SIMPLY PUT. THE WORST BUSINESS I'VE EVER BEEN TO. I brought in my phone with a cracked screen to be repaired. I came back later in the day to pick it up and the new screen was scratched and not little scratches. The phone looked like someone had taken it and rubbed it all over the concrete. It was clearly a used screen taken off of another phone. The person working said he would "take off $20 as a favor!?!" Instead of $260 with a new screen, he was going to do me a favor and charge me $240 for a scratched screen. I took my phone to OFFICIAL SAMSUNG for the same price and got GENUINE FACTORY parts - NOT SOME SALVAGE. AND BTW - THESE GUYS CAN NOT WATER PROOF YOUR PHONE. THE FACTORY CAN. read more

Darrell (not sure how to spell it) was absolutely amazing today. Went in with 20 min left before closing and he fixed the phone screen and multiple problems that had been acquired through a different phone repair place which I had been to 5 DIFFERENT times! He explained what had happened, helped right away & fixed it in 10 minutes. DONT COME HERE AT ALL ! IF I could give negative stars I would ! Brought my phone iPhone in last October to get the screen replaced because it was cracked .. literally two days later the screen started to come up and made a clicking sound and I went back in and they told me they didn't apply enough glued to the screen and it was normal so I had to drop off my phone for three hours again while they replaced the screen which takes 10 minutes to do when I first went there the first time. The Day after they fixed my phone the second time the screen started to come up and I can hear a clicking sound which was the same thing I heard the first time they fixed it. Now two months later , my phone works but the touchscreen doesn't at all and it works when it wants to and I'm using Siri as we speak to type this negative review. I wasn't even going to post a review but I was just looking to give someone a heads up when looking for a phone replacement place ! Definitely don't come here. After a horrible and final experience with Verizon, a year and a half ago, I went to Cricket mobile for a free phone included with their monthly service. But suddenly today, the phone had no sound. I couldn't call and get my messages, the phone would vibrate but not ring, nor could I listen to audio books. Today I took it to Darryl who fixed it within 5 minutes - no charge. Well, the cracked screen was replaced That's about where the good part ends It's unfortunate but I took a chance, decided I'd try a place that charges a bit less to have my screen changed To my dismay, my phone was returned in less than working order (the screen itself protrudes from the phone now, as if any sudden drop could cause it to fall out completely) The home and sound buttons stick, the lights don't work correctly and to top it off? My memory card is missing. So I feel it is safe to say, I got ripped off (Pleasant as they were to me, it is what it is) Hate to say it But please avoid this place My phone is in worse shape now than when I had it repaired A sticker protector from Marshalls would have been a wiser investment Lesson learned read more

You get what you pay for. My husband was recommended this shop even though I was hesitant after reading reviews. We took our Ipad in to get the cracked screen replaced. The website said $60, he wrote me up for a bill of $80. When I showed them the website he changed it to $60 no problem. Started saying one of his employees must have messed with the prices on their website. No big deal, I thought they were still nice guys. Then my husband went in to pick up the Ipad the next day and that's where they lost stars. The guy who rang him out made a snide comment about how we were "those people who made him change his prices." When my husband responded with, "it was on your website." He replied with, "Well the website was wrong." Sorry but how was that our problem? If you have price advertised that's the price is expect to pay. Once we got the Ipad home we realized the ipad was knicked and scratched up from where they lifted the glass. The glass isn't in very well, it clicks when we push on it. The screen isn't cracked anymore but I wasn't happy with the service my husband received. read more

After seeing the guys on the street corner dancing with the street sign, I decided to give this place a shot to see if they could replace my cracked screen. I have always seen this place off the exit on my way home but never had reason to go until I saw the guy on the street dancing. Actually I wouldn't call it dancing as he had no rhythm and apparently his body was just moving to the sound of his headphones and normal traffic. I thought what he was doing was quite hilarious so I had to pull over and see what kind of deals this place was going to offer. I'm glad I came because I got a better deal than I expected only paying $70 to replace my cracked screen. Most places charge $100 plus tax so it was good knowing I had some type of savings. I was a little skeptical at first as the outside signs looks great (especially at night), but the inside isn't the nicest and the employees didn't have the best customer service. Anyways, it only took them about 45min to complete the screen replacement and now I'm good and back up and running like normal. I'm even writing this review on my new screen so I'm happy. Everything seems to be working fine and the price was more than fair IMO so I'm definitely satisfied. The reason this place doesn't get 5 stars is because the employees were a little ghetto but other than that I would come back to get services done on my devices in the future. read more

WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF POSSIBLE. This was literally the WORST service I have ever gotten. Please run far away from this place. So I came here to get a minor crack fixed because I heard it's cheaper than other places..well you get what you paid for. I came back 2 hours later for my phone & he hands me my phone with a HAIR 2 INCHES LONG UNDER MY GLASS. Once I point it out and tell him I'm trading my phone in for a new one soon and they will not take it in this condition.... he says "oh if they say anything bring it back" I said "are you kidding me no. You need to fix this." I came back an hour later and he was barley getting to it. He handed it back & all around the phone there are indentations where he had pried the screen off. It was rough and ridged. To top it off I can see straight under the glass and see the light. Love it. Please don't waste your time here.. It's a bunch of kids it seems like. The owners of WiiFix contacted me and apologized profusely for my troubles, which involved having to bring back my phone 6 times after they botched every single repair (no apologies received any of the times), ultimately rendering my phone useless. The owners offered to send me a new phone. The first two they sent me had some problems, but they worked with me closely and I now have a newer, better functioning phone. Although I still cannot recommend Wefiix's repair services, I must commend them on their desire and willingness to rapidly solve my problem. Thank you. read more

Well, I've only been there once. So this review is based on a first time visit: Atmosphere: adequate Cleanliness: appropriate Prices: reasonable; fair; we called to compare with other places and they appeared to be the best; those areas include Murrieta, Temecula, Lake Elsinore Customer Service/Staff: excellent (if they put up with my feisty attitude, then they are good in my book); they were pleasant to talk to. Turn-around time: more than reasonable; my phone was fixed in literally 2-3 min; my friends phone was repaired in 1 hour, less than the 2 hours given. Comparison: I had taken another phone in the past elsewhere and this place far exceeds the other place in all counts noted above. Location: Not the best but not the worst. They are located in a high traffic area; from our direction, it is not the most convenient but not enough to deter me from coming back. My Loyalty: Although they exceeded my expectations, I cannot say that they have my loyalty. I would have to do business with them more than once on order to make that commitment. Conclusion: As of the date of this review, I would recommend this company for cell phone repairs, based on a first time visit. I was referred to WeFiix by a friend, and decided to try it out for a shattered phone screen. They fixed my iPhone 5s screen in under ten* minutes!! It's like new! I'm probably more excited about this than is normal, but hey, it's the little things. The pros: Quick, friendly, and affordable. The cons: None that I can see! I had gone to another place locally and they quoted me one price...but then ended up telling me, after attempting to fix it, it broke further and they needed a part and it would take 2 days to get it in. 2 weeks later no part, and not fixed. I explained my dilemma to guys here at WeFiix and they fixed my phone within 1 hour! Even cut me a break on the cost! The store was clean and open, the staff was friendly and super helpful. Thank goodness for honest businesses. I got a quote from several people and decided to go with WeFiix as I had used them before. Upon my arrival I was immediately greeted and asked what they could help me with. I was there to replace the lightning port for my iPhone. The gentleman who helped me looked at it, asked if it could be dirty. He then proceeded to take a small tool and removed a clump of junk. He then plugged in the cord and voila. My phone was good as new. No charge, no shenanigans. Please support this business when you need help with your electronics. My wife dropped her cell phone and the lower half of her screen went out. They replaced the screen but, although the screen was now working, the internal damage to the cell was beyond repair.
