For weeks I've had problems with little flying bugs. Some people said they were fruit flies, some said drain flies. All I know is I'd be reading at night and look up and there'd be 20-30 bugs on the wall nearest the lamp. I think they were drawn in my the light. So for the last month I've had to leave my windows closed as soon as the sun went down. And with the heat we've been having that's torture. I checked out my screens and they looked good, maybe a couple of teeny tiny holes but I heard they could make their way through. After hearing from 2 places that they couldn't help me for 2 weeks I was resigned to leaving the windows closed. I was very disappointed in the customer service or lack of customer service that was provided. I tried to schedule someone to come out and give me an estimate on a retractable screen for a balcony. Jason said someone would come by on three different occasions, but no one showed up. They didn't bother to call to reschedule or say they couldn't come. I went with a different company and they were much more prompt and came to give me an estimate a few days later.
