    Dirt I cleaned off the bathroom floor after it had been "cleaned twice"

    Update: Business owner harassed me via text for my honest review. Also wanted to add that the owner was never at my house and did not see it in person to verify that it was done properly. She said initially it will take them 3 hours at $210. That was what was agreed upon ahead of time. After the fact she said it would be 5 hours at $350 and I told her I could not afford that. She said she would do $300 for that amount of time instead, to which I said okay. After they were done and with the house still not properly cleaned, I informed her as such. They spent maybe 15 min going over a couple spots, not over an hour like she is claiming. She then told me they have to leave and they have children and that I was offending them, after saying they would stay as long as needed to finish. I didn't want to argue anymore so I paid $260 and let them go. It wasn't worth that because I had to go back and re-clean my house the next day. She has no interest in taking responsibility for her business, only for blaming her customer for incomplete work. I have no ulterior motives, I still need a good cleaning lady for my house in the future and for my in laws house as well, which I told her. If the work was satisfactory, why would I burn that bridge? I am so shocked that a business owner would act this way, to harass me for my honest and complete review. Attached are the screen shots of her texts. We had two ladies come in to clean our empty, no furniture house for 5 hours (10 hours worth of work between them). I had stated that this was a post construction clean and we needed it done well. Initially the owner said it would only take 3 hours, but when they got there they said it would take 5 hours to make sure "it's really clean". I said fine, I really needed our house done. When I returned, there was still dust on many of the surfaces and the bathroom floors and tubs were not done properly. I found food on the floor in the bathroom, bottom of the toilet not clean, dirt still on the floor. I asked them if it had been done, they said yes. I told them it was still dirty and they said they would re-do it. After they redid it, I came and cleaned the floor myself for 5 minutes and all kinds of nastiness came up (pictured). Microwave was not cleaned, there was cobwebs still on the walls, etc. I informed the owner that I wasn't happy with the work done and she got upset with me and said they worked hard and I need to pay them. $300 is a lot of money to for work not done properly, I even sent her a picture of the dirt I picked up and she still blamed me and basically said I'm difficult. I am disappointed and really surprised by the owners unprofessional nature. I never write bad reviews, but this was very unfortunate.

    Deep cleaned by 4 bed 2 bath in about 6 hours with 3 people. Not a huge house, but they a great job in just 6 hours.

I call and ask how and to break down the price. Everything that was quoted to me was wrong. I even called a second time after appointment to get quote and it was the same price. Set expectations with your customers, double the quote is not the business model you should be going for.

No one had remarked on the cleanliness of the place as a major issue. Even new kitchen counters had been recently installed, so we weren't expecting major issues other than a good scrubbing of appliances. Thinking everything was fine especially for a smaller space. I left the apartment for 2+ hours - hoping to come back to a clean place. Unfortunately, I couldn't discern a noticeable difference in cleanliness of the kitchen. I ask the cleaner what's been cleaned in the last three hours - opening cabinets and pointing to the dust. After three hours, I just asked for the cleaner to leave. Gia's explanation was that the apartment was "pretty dirty and not brand new so it's just difficult to get rid of everything for the first time cleaning". I couldn't see though that much had been cleaned. Even the brand new counters looked dirtier than before. I ended up just wiping down the counters and picking up a broom - sweeping to see that there was still dust on the floor. The cabinets still unopened and items hadn't even shifted. The appliances had visible crumbs and dirt streaks/smudges. Definitely disappointed after shelling out $160 even after asking them to leave. It was more of a hassle to deal with scheduling the cleaner, leaving the apartment / picking up cash, and still to clean the apartment. After they left, neither myself or husband could tell what was cleaned. I'm just going to have to go through the expense of hiring another cleaner.
