I have been very pleased with this service. I first used them last year for a "deep cleaning". I was repainting and doing other things to improve my home interior. Although I know several people who use a cleaning service, I had never used a cleaning service before. The first time was like a miracle. The lady worked very hard. My shower stall, for example, went from a condition where I thought I might have to replace it, to appearing like it was practically brand new. Since then, with the help of a good squeegee, I have kept it looking good. I have used them twice afterwards for complete cleaning and again encountered hard working women who know what they're doing. My house was in desperate need of a deep deep clean. The crew was great, spent 4 hours scrubbing every nook and cranny. Will be using them for monthly service going forward so it will become a bit more affordable going forward however it was really dusty and bad so I know they really did a great job and needed the 4 hours it took. We had a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1000 sq ft house cleaned that we are in the process of selling. It was in need of a deep cleaning - and the two women that cleaned were hard workers who did a great job. Update: Business owner harassed me via text for my honest review. Also wanted to add that the owner was never at my house and did not see it in person to verify that it was done properly. She said initially it will take them 3 hours at $210. That was what was agreed upon ahead of time. After the fact she said it would be 5 hours at $350 and I told her I could not afford that. She said she would do $300 for that amount of time instead, to which I said okay. After they were done and with the house still not properly cleaned, I informed her as such. They spent maybe 15 min going over a couple spots, not over an hour like she is claiming. She then told me they have to leave and they have children and that I was offending them, after saying they would stay as long as needed to finish. I didn't want to argue anymore so I paid $260 and let them go. It wasn't worth that because I had to go back and re-clean my house the next day. She has no interest in taking responsibility for her business, only for blaming her customer for incomplete work. I have no ulterior motives, I still need a good cleaning lady for my house in the future and for my in laws house as well, which I told her. If the work was satisfactory, why would I burn that bridge? I am so shocked that a business owner would act this way, to harass me for my honest and complete review. Attached are the screen shots of her texts. We had two ladies come in to clean our empty, no furniture house for 5 hours (10 hours worth of work between them). I had stated that this was a post construction clean and we needed it done well. Initially the owner said it would only take 3 hours, but when they got there they said it would take 5 hours to make sure "it's really clean". I said fine, I really needed our house done. When I returned, there was still dust on many of the surfaces and the bathroom floors and tubs were not done properly. I found food on the floor in the bathroom, bottom of the toilet not clean, dirt still on the floor. I asked them if it had been done, they said yes. I told them it was still dirty and they said they would re-do it. After they redid it, I came and cleaned the floor myself for 5 minutes and all kinds of nastiness came up (pictured). Microwave was not cleaned, there was cobwebs still on the walls, etc. I informed the owner that I wasn't happy with the work done and she got upset with me and said they worked hard and I need to pay them. $300 is a lot of money to for work not done properly, I even sent her a picture of the dirt I picked up and she still blamed me and basically said I'm difficult. I am disappointed and really surprised by the owners unprofessional nature. I never write bad reviews, but this was very unfortunate. read more

Timing: I called on a Monday and requested a Saturday appointment and got a confirmation right away. Cost - competitive rate, not the most expensive or cheapest. Quality - the two women who cleaned my home were courteous and very good. I was happy with my cleaning. Payment - We Mean Clean takes all kinds of payment, Zelle, Venmo, etc. Cons: Although the women were very good and nice, it was a bit difficult to communicate with them, as their English was very limited. We recently renovated our townhouse and were in serious need of a deep clean. Our entire townhouse was dusty from all the construction debris and it needed some good ol' TLC. I found We Mean Clean on Yelp and based on other reviews, I decided to give them a shot and WOW am I happy I did. Originally I was going to go through Molly Maid because they were the most recognizable name I had seen, however they were charging 3x as much as We Mean Clean was. They quickly priced themselves out of my budget. Also after reading their reviews, I felt it wouldn't have been worth it. So We Mean Clean it was. I spoke to Veselka and we moved the conversation to text. Honestly, being able to text her what I needed and book the cleaning in 5 minutes was so quick and easy. I'm always on the move so being able to text her what I needed was a nice added touch. She let me know Victoria was going to clean my place and we set a time for 3 days later. We had scheduled the cleaning to begin between 9 and 9:30am and to my wife's surprise, Victoria was already waiting outside the townhouse at 8:50am. Promptness always earns respect in my book. She is a workhorse. Although our townhouse didn't have many items in it, there was dust everywhere. She really paid attention to detail and even vacuumed inside our kitchen cabinets to pick up all the wood dust there, something a lot of other cleaning services won't do. When my wife came back to the townhouse, she was shocked at how clean it looked and how nice it smelled (nothing quite beats that just cleaned smell). All in all it took a little over 4 hours to clean the living room, kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. The place was spotless and now the moving in can finally begin. We are very satisfied with our service and the icing on the cake was the call I received from Veselka immediately after Victoria was done cleaning. I recently used We mean clean for a move in service as we just did a rehab on our new home and the dust and construction grime was crazy! so first the good, the team of two that did my cleaning were great, they got our place move in ready and were both very nice. That being said, when I initially reached out to this service I spoke with the owner who went over all the information with me over the phone quoting $45 an hour for this service so in my mind I thought was reasonable since it was heavy duty cleaning and my regular cleaning lady charges me $26.00 an hour. So when it came time to pay I was shocked when the woman told me it was $45 per hour per person and they have a crew of two, I was never told that this was a per person fee and in fact, over text messages the owner said that she would decide day of whether to send two or three people but again never mentioned that it would be an additional fee, thank goodness she didn't send three or it would have been way more than I was able to spend. When I spoke to the owner after she simply said sorry and that was about it. I would not use this service again and should have just stuck with my regular cleaning service! read more

I came into town to help my aunt clean and organize her home after my grandmother passed away. So when I had called I told the lady I needed a crew it was a lot of work. She insisted that the 2 ladies were more than enough. Well the work took 10 hours (wasted a day) when I got there, the ladies did nothing but complain. Obviously if it's that bad I called a cleaning company for a reason. We spent $1000. I understand it's dirty that's why we haven't moved in and the previous people let the house go. I saw one of the ladies cleaning with a toothbrush. Now I see why it took so long. I was paying by the hour. Then come to see my main window was still filthy. One thing I said that needed cleaning were all windows sills. Basement wasn't done either . When I called she said for an additional price they can come back. After that long and that price no thank you. I do not suggest them. Plus one of the ladies asked if we had oven cleaner, she forgot hers. Wtf you are coming to clean and asking for cleaner. I didn't even move in yet. By the way, you cleaned my stainless steel fridge with an SOS pad. Thank you it all scratched up now. So what do I do now?....I paid the lady. The work was a lot and a lot of hours were invested.
