We hired We Mean Clean to do a deep cleaning of my mom's condo. She's handicapped and can't do a lot. Magdalina and her mom came out and did a fantastic job. (And they were so nice and friendly). The bathrooms were pretty bad with soap scum and hard water stains but they got both bathrooms sparkling clean! They also did an amazing job in the kitchen, wiping down all the cabinets, scouring the sink and stove. Every surface was cleaned and disinfected. They also did the vacuuming and dusting (even all the ceiling fans). The whole place smells fresh and clean. We will definitely use them again. Highly recommend! read more

I've only once hired a home cleaning service when I had a coupon, but I'm glad I made the leap to have a regular cleaning service. I found We Mean Clean via Yelp and chose them because they had the largest number of positive reviews of cleaning services in my area. Recently, I took on a full-time job, and in addition to some other side gigs I have, this left me with basically one day off a week. I was starting to get really frustrated and hopeless about the state of my home. When I called We Mean Clean, Veselka returned my message right away. Booking was convenient and easy via text. I've had We Mean Clean staff at my place three times now, and each time they arrive on time and do a great job. The staff are positive and friendly, and they do a thorough job. I feel so relieved now that I am able to outsource some of my most time-consuming home tasks, and I will be continuing to use We Mean Clean for their services. The rates are reasonable -- $25 per hour per cleaning staff. For my two bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment that also has a basement area, the total came out to about $150 per time. The people I spoke to, and that I had contact with were very nice, but I couldn't recommend them. I would not recommend this service. First off neither lady spoke English! How could I be sure they were NOT going to use a scrub pad on my custom made sink? I could not communicate with them at all! This was a post remodel deep clean. They did not open cabinets or drawers and wipe them out. They brought a flimsy stick vacuum that could not reach crevices around door frames or stair rails. The cleaning materials they brought were old and previously used- sponges- yuk! Word of mouth can be your best sales promo and there won't be anything positive from me. Disappointed. I don't usually write reviews, and I rarely write negative ones. But after going through my house after they "cleaned", I am beyond upset at all of the damage they did. They actually left my house in worse condition then before they started!! They used the wrong products on my nickel faucets after I showed them what to use - it corroded several of my handles that will have to be replaced. They also left dirty rags in rooms, and when I went to use my vacuum a few days later, I noticed they had vacuumed up small rocks. I found a deep scratch in my porcelain tile floor and I'm guessing that one of the rocks that they sucked up in my vacuum had to of scratched my floor!!! When I texted with the owner, she said that the women who cleaned said that it was already like that. My house is a brand new build and I am very particular - it was NOT there! Three ladies showed up for a deep cleaning and they worked hard and stayed until the job was done. The great thing was that they came with all the supplies and I didn't have to provide anything. I was a bit worried when I had to remind them to clean under furniture in the living room, and noticed after they left that under the beds was not done. I was also quoted 2-2.5 hr timeframe the night prior that ended up being 3.5 hrs. I was told by owner that my place needed a deep clean vs maintenance cleaning after the fact. This can be costly if you are on a budget so keep in mind that it will most likely take longer than estimate.
