Veselka and her team are AMAZING!!! Her team is wonderful who came and cleaned our new house after construction. They did a wonderful, thorough job, and I am so pleased! I have already had my MIL and mom who used and will use them and I plan on using them for all my cleaning needs because I'm confident in what they stand for...they mean clean!!! In addition, they are very flexible and very responsive! read more

Very very impressed!! It was very easy to set up an appointment via text. In terms of communication, very responsive and transparent from start to finish. Clean was very detailed and thorough. Rates are also very comparable. I actually think you get more value more of the money you pay compared to other larger companies who are super strict on charging by room/appliance/item, etc.! read more

Hired We Mean Clean to clean my house before move in. They were out of this world. Literally top to bottom of the house (including the basement) was cleaned. The owner, Veselka, was really easy to text to make an Appt and leading up to our service date. read more

I've been using We Mean Clean for a few months now and am very happy with the work that they do. Scheduling is easy via text and the owner Veselka is very attentive to make sure needs and expectations are met before, during and after the job. VERYYY disappointed! I don't know how they got such bad reviews and did a horrible job. Do not use them! Complete liars! They said they liked dogs and didn't. They did not do anything near a good job. Very upset. (And now she's commenting here with lies! She is crazy! She kept harassing me and I had to block her just because I wrote the truth! The police will be contacted if this does not stop! This woman is truly insane.) read more

I'm 7.5 months pregnant and can no longer get my house as clean as I'd prefer, so I called Veselka on Wednesday and she got me two excellent cleaners ready to go on Thursday. We used This service for move out cleaning and maybe these ladies are used to cleaning apartments and small houses (as they have great reviews on Yelp) but we have a 4000 sq foot luxury home that was essentially empty and they did not do a good job for "move out professional cleaning" . I had to clean many areas after they left! Definitely not what you want to be doing right before a closing! read more

We Mean Clean did an AMAZING job. They did a move clean for us, and the entire place was spotless. I highly highly recommend them. There were parts of our house cleaned that I didn't think were possible to clean. Thank you Sonia and Albena for the amazing service! read more

I cannot say enough good things about "We Mean Clean!" First time having someone clean my house and I was nervous but they were thorough, professional, kind and just wonderful ladies (Ida and Zada please forgive spelling) that cleaned my house today!! My husband bought this for me as a gift because he asked me what I wanted for my birthday. Oh what a present this is!! I don't have to lift a finger before our party tomorrow. My son came home from school and said "Wow, mom this so clean and nice!" Happy kid, happy parent!! I highly recommend them to anyone. Velseka was very responsive and got back to me right away and was easy to talk to and very professional when I first called. I hope to use them again! read more

I contacted the company online one evening and received a response right away, well after work hours. I needed some help with a deep cleaning after some construction work. Not only did I get a quick response, but I also was able to have 2 ladies at my home, fully masked and vaccinated within a few days. They brought all their own equipment and did a terrific job. I never write any reviews but this company is amazing. The owner of the company is so kind, flexible and understanding. I have had the pleasure of having My house cleaned using this company three times. They are so thorough, friendly, precise and trustworthy. I honestly have never felt so comfortable having someone clean my house. I always look forward to coming home after I know they have cleaned my house. They are so cautious and respectful and follow all of the necessary COVID guidelines. I honestly would give them 10 stars if I could. read more

I was looking for a regular service to sign up for to get bi-weekly cleanings for our home. I emailed several other services and literally never got a response. The owner of We Mean Clean was very prompt and professional in contacting me back after my inquiry. She was very clear on the duties performed by her cleaners, and literally had someone at my home on a Sunday afternoon three days later. Now I literally felt bad for the person coming over to clean! Work had been hectic and I knew our house needed a LOT of deep cleaning!! The woman was VERY quick and efficient, and had the entire place immaculate in under 3 hours. I was very impressed with how much she was able to accomplish in such a small amount of time. I also appreciated how the first appt being an hourly charge, she still worked quickly! The owner called me within 30 minutes of the cleaner leaving to ensure that I was happy. And set a very fair rate for future cleanings which I felt was a very competitive price based on other services quotes for the same job. Overall I would definitely recommend this cleaning service. read more

We Mean Clean is amazing! My place looks wonderful. The cleaner was so nice, punctual, and thorough. Will absolutely use them again!

Mirsada and Vanya cleaned my house within three hours. They did a great job. I really liked how they also organized and tidied up my place along the way. The way they just placed my pillows made my place look like a hotel suite. They also seemed like they enjoy what they do and It shows in their work. They charged me $40 an hour per person. Compared to the other services, they are definitely affordable. They also bring their cleaning supplies and tools with them. One thing I learned was that you have to be very specific what things need to cleaned so you dont have regrets later. Communication is key. read more

I'm a repeat customer. I appreciate being able to schedule by text. Easy communication and payment. House looks great.

Happy to report another thorough, amazing clean from terrific Veselka and her crew! Treated my parents again to another clean to get their house ready for showing (they're selling it) and didn't give it a second thought to text Veselka to set it up. She, as always, was responsive and timely in setting up the clean. My parents were beyond happy again with the clean and it made the pics of their house glow! We Mean Clean is a terrific, consistent, and above all appreciative small business that you should support. I wish I lived in IL because believe me, I'd get our house cleaned by We Mean Clean! Thanks again Veselka and crew! read more

I had We Mean Clean do a move-out cleaning. It was a difficult position for both them and me as I was already gone from town. They arrived on-time and stayed until everything was done. My realtor checked it out and said they did a great job. He even took their info so he can refer other clients to them! Only wish I knew of them earlier so I could use them for regular cleaning. read more

These ladies have cleaned for us a couple times now. They are hard-working and efficient, and leave the place looking and smelling great!

Had a deep clean done today by We mean Clean. These ladies showed up ready to work- and they did a great job! They were thorough, efficient and friendly. We hadn't had our home deep cleaned since the Covid shutdown, so it needed some serious TLC. The owner has been responsive since we began our scheduling process, made sure she was clear on anything I wanted extra attention given to and was quick to check in with me when the job was complete to make sure they did I was pleased. I am so happy with the job they did that I am scheduling them to come back twice per month. read more
