Just moved to the area and tried them out. Beyond happy and grateful! Service was outstanding. The people and the way they go above and beyond. When I get an oil I expect to be out an hour or so, but they were willing to get me a ride home and even pick me up!!! They do a full check with a report and a link, suggesting what is urgent and what can wait. They can address it all. I can't always count on having someone to pick me or drop me off for car stuff, so having that shuttle service was the most amazing. I recently took my car in for an oil change, and I was blown away by the customer service I received from the moment I entered the building to the moment I left! Setting up the appointment I told Michelle I received a flyer and wanted to try them out. Very close to my home and they are family owned. Took my car in and was greeted right away. It was going to take possibly up to 2 hours, so I just dropped it off. They offered to give me a ride back to my house...what! I was not expecting that! About 90 minutes later Michelle called to let me know it was ready. When I returned to get my car, she remembered that I had a flyer, and it was a coupon for the oil change...I forgot all about it. It was in my car. She started to walk out to get it for me. Hmmmm...she didn't tell me to go get it she headed out to get it herself. It was indeed a coupon and gave me $20.00 off my oil change which was a reasonable price to begin with!! Michelle told me that they did inspections and that my car was in great shape. They didn't try to sell me things that I really didn't need. To top it off...they washed and vacuumed my car! What!!!! I was blown away with their customer service!!!! So rare these days! I informed my husband we will not take our vehicles anywhere else for anything! I absolutely love we fix it. I started going here 6 years ago as a college freshman, weary about being taken advantage of by mechanics who can tell I know nothing about cars. We fix it is amazing!! I was consistently impressed by We-Fix-It from the moment that I pulled into their parking lot. They made the whole process of getting the dents fixed on my car seamless. Not only does my car look good as new, but the whole process was easy! The price was reasonable (less than I expected), staff was friendly and easy to communicate with in person/over the phone, and they even called me an Uber home when I dropped my car off to get me home! I was not expecting this and was overjoyed. It's rare these days to find a company that not only takes pride in their work but also their customer service. This is an unfortunate review. I have spent thousands with this company over the years in complete trust with two of our family cars with faith they are a family owned, honest business. Bad Decision. These involved two distinct incidents involving our truck and our car that I received second and third opinions on that ended up being small fixes. I have lost my faith in the integrity of this company when these large costly fixes were diagnosed third and second times for free, then they were remedied and I am now driving both cars without the initial issues after 6 months. I waited to write this review because there was a chance I could be wrong and that wefixit was being honest the whole time. That's not at all the case First incident AC was loud, cold air spotty. wefixit: 'Full AC compressor replacement' They charged us to remove freon, and put it back in. Said this was normal. Paid for the services, left without it being fixed. 2nd and finally 3rd opinion. Compressor just need to be tightened for the noise and refilled with freon. This is the on the second summer, no noise, cold air, no issues. Savings: $800+ from We-Fix-its initial quote Why did we get charged for freon they removed and refilled when we brought it to the next mechanic, it wasn't at full capacity? That's theft. Second incident. Replace a starter relay on our truck that would have been over $500+ with labor. I asked to look at the vehicle, to see why it would not start every once in awhile, saying tires are my main concern and stressed the 'getting an opinion.' Cost me $250 for them to tell me they need to replace a starter relay. I had to buy tires instead and cannot afford the rest. Got tires. Went to emissions. Just needed to replace the gas cap. Almost a year later, no issues. Starts just fine. Second and 3rd opinions just to check if they are being honest? Starter relay is fine, it had to do with a free gas cap. This makes me wonder if past repairs were warranted? How much money did this business take from my family? Message me if you want more info. I have all the records. read more

Had an issue with my car, they were able to fix it, in the process there were other issues that came back up. They tried to blame me for a part that I installed weeks before bringing the car In. The second I left the shop my turn signals didn't work. I filed a complaint with the bbb and they bent the truth in the dispute heavily blaming the customer for things that were wrong "customer banged on dash to get headlight to come on and laughed it off as it were a normal thing he does" I can go so much more into detail but I'd stay clear of this place for anything electrical. My gut feeling is that there is some dishonesty when it comes to repairs, pricing and overall quality of work Fact of the matter is- they fixed my issue, other serious issues came up - I was blamed for them because I changed a part weeks before bringing it in and they worked. I brought it in to get fixed and it came out inoperable. $1500 in repair costs. 800 in labor and 600 in parts and the car doesn't work. Would take my car anywhere else but here. read more

Amazing customer service by the manager and office staff to go along with amazing service on your vehicle! I brought my vehicle in for a big service on my rotors and the manager matched the price from a different shop that I went to and his mechanics did a great job!! Then the manager checked back with me a few days later to make sure that I was satisfied with the service. I have never experienced that at a mechanic shop. I would advise to come give this place a try and you will most likely keep coming back. I actually came back for a special promotion they had on an oil change. $19.99 for full synthetic! I had the best experience here. My car needed battery service and was broke down at home. Andreas was very friendly and professional when I called. I wasn't able to bring my car to them, so he sent a couple technicians to me. They were also very friendly and professional, and were able to jump start my car and take it to their garage. The great experience continued as I arrived at the shop to pick up my vehicle. The guy at the front desk was also super helpful with explaining to me what they had found wrong. The customer service is outstanding here. I thought they were very quick and efficient as I had my car in time to get to work. You even get a complimentary vacuum and car wash with your service, which is really nice. I would highly recommend them, and will definitely be returning with any future car needs. read more

I had the most amazing experience here and i wasn't even a customer. I'm a young female who had an extremely awful day, to make things worse i went to fill up my tire with air next door at the gas station because the pressure was low. The air machine was broken and ended up taking all the air from my tire instead of filling it up. I called this auto repair shop and Andreas answered and immediately dropped what he was doing to come help me. He informed me i could pull into his center next door and he would fill up my tire for free. I immediately felt safe and protected and i was so thankful for his help. The most impressive thing about this shop is they were able to get us in and out in two days, after one shop spent an entire day diagnosing just to tell us they weren't able to deal with our problem, so referred us to a diesel specialty shop that was two weeks out! Being from out of town we didn't have that kind of time. So I started shopping. WeFixIt had great reviews so I called. Got in the next day and were provided a loaner car while they diagnosed the problem. Later in the day, Thomas, our contact, called to say they could fix it, but needed to order parts which would take another day, so keep the loaner and we'll contact you tomorrow when the parts get in. And they did, and Thomas kept us appraised of how things were going. I was also contacted by Andreas, the owner to make sure we were being taken care of. I had a question for him, which he relayed to Thomas and I had a phone call with the answer in less than an hour! These guys are AWESOME! If I lived in Phoenix I would never take my vehicle anywhere else. Reasonable price for way above even excellent service and customer care. i can't recommend more highly. read more

We-Fix-It did a wonderful job looking at my car and giving me safety-based opinions. They made sure I understood what I paying for also. Follow up to be previous review: I took my car back for some other repairs and they mentioned my radiator needed replaced due to a bad patch job. I took it to another local mechanic and they told me it was a good fix from someone else that did not need attention. I am going to be switching mechanics now. read more

Lack of stars for saying they specialize in European cars when in fact they do not. Moved to AZ and obviously had no idea where to go that could be trusted. They have awesome customer service but definitely seemed uptight after mentioning Yelp... Relllaaaxxx. My friend also brought in her Benz to get her AC looked at and after they charged her $200 to "probably fix it" she had to go to someone else to ACTUALLY fix it. Not to mention they used the wrong oil for my VW. Went for a window repair and it sounded like sand was stuck and wouldn't roll all the way down. Just be real about what you can handle. read more

I originally came here when a coupon for an oil change was left on my car & since I was fairly new to Phoenix at the time, I needed to find a new mechanic. That was almost 2 years ago, I've been bringing my car here ever since & don't think I will ever go anywhere else. The customer service is amazing, Dean & Andreas are so friendly & helpful. You get quality work, the prices are fair, they give out loaner cars while they're fixing yours & they always clean my car for me. I constantly receive coupons in the mail, Thanksgiving cards, news letters, etc. Andreas checks in with you to make sure everything is going smooth. I'm from Los Angeles. Unfortunately, My brother lives in Scottsdale. and Unfortunately, again, the car i sold him 2 yrs ago broke down. and now, because he doesnt know anything about engines and as a sign of brotherly love, I told him I'd fixed it. He used a search engine and found a couple of places but the rates were better here even tho it was 15mi further away from where he lived. I did try renting one of the "storage garages" but they wont let me work on the cars there anyway... I got there on a wednesday night and started work the next morning, since the crankshaft pulley broke, we had to charge the battery and chance that we'll make it, which we did. Upon arrival I signed in with Mario, he had me sign a few forms for liability and basically said i pay 10 bucks an hour for no lift or 15 with the lift. i chose the one with the lift and boy it ended up actually saving me time. With those rates, i am given a set of Standard and Metric open and box wrenches, 1/4, 3/8"s and 1/2" base socket tools, extensions for the socket tools, various pliers, 3/8" angle and 1/2" pneumatic tools. i could also use their cherry picker, and parts washer too. The only bad at that time was their power washer was broken and there was no torque wrench available. altho the guys were kind and willing to let me use their high quality personal ones. I did bring my own so i chose to use that. They also have a couple of real mechanics there and if you ever get stuck, you can always ask for some advice. I havent gotten stuck so i didnt really have the opportunity to find out. They can speak either Spanish or English. So, after I signed in, one of the guys drove the car in and set it up on the lift. Lift was real easy to operate. i probably went up and down at least 10 -15 times depending on what i needed to work on. I didnt finish the engine swap that day so i had to come back next day. i left most of the parts out and put what i could put away in the car. They say to put it away in case a sand storm blows which isnt unheard of in Phoenix. There wasnt any food place nearby but a Circle K was beside it for cheap water/sodas and bananas. :) One of the coolest stuff of working on my car in this facility, IMHO, was having a BIG swamp cooler directed right at me. Remember this is Phoenix Arizona, and the day I was working on the Car, the temps were 110F and maybe 90F in the shade. the swamp coolers was probably the only thing that kept me going in spite of the heat. and i was able to complete the reassembly and engine swap in 19hours total. Oh and they can actually source and buy the parts for you too. A guy in the next lift replaced his complete suspension himself and ordered most of the parts from this place. he said it comes out cheaper. but dont take my word on that since that one is second hand info. All in all, a very good experience. I wish we had a similar places in Los Angeles. i woudld subtract half a pt for the broken and missing tools. but since i cant. its ok. According to the Bro, car is still humming and actually runs better now. One last advice, nothing to do with this place. if you are doing mechanic work, please dont scrimp on the nitrile gloves. it will save you some skin issues later. read more

Unorganized & Unable to Communicate. After receiving a promotional flyer from this company, I decided to give them a try. My first attempt was on July 3rd. I drove to their location and the gate was locked. I called the office # and got the voicemail. I left a voicemail and was never called back. There was no sign on their gate, office door or on their website, facebook page or other social media saying they would be closed. Even their voicemail message did not mention the business being closed. I left a facebook message and did get a response back (on facebook) saying: "Good morning Jarrett. Sorry you missed us on Friday. We were closed that day for the 4th of July holiday. Would you like to come in sometime this week? I apologies for any inconvenience." So on Tuesday my boyfriend and I went to their business to get an oil change. They informed us they could not do it that day so we made arrangements to get the oil changed in both of our cars on Wednesday. The owner, Adres, spoke with us and apologized for being closed and for not posting a sign. He said they decided last minute to close their shop. On Wednesday my boyfriend took his car in as scheduled (or so we thought) and they did not have record of him coming in today. After he dropped his car off they called to tell him his oil change would be more than the promotional flyer rate that we brought our cars in for ($19.95). When we picked his car up to trade mine in for my scheduled (again, or so we thought) oil change and they charged him $44 (instead of the $19.95). Then, the front desk guy tells me they don't have time to do my car today and would need to schedule it at another time. They could've told me that when I called to see if our other car was ready so we could trade it in for the other car to get an oil change. Sorry but after two strikes you're out. You don't get three chances with me to earn my business after several failed attempts that included miscommunication time and time again. I will not be returning here for any car services or recommend this company after my experience with them. read more

I have used the U-Fix-It-Center a few times. The biggest job was fixing my air conditioner for the dreadful Phoenix summers. It was pretty much a breeze. I can turn a wrench but had little idea of what to do to fix it. Andres and Doc totally helped me figure it out. They have all the tools you will need and if you aren't comfortable doing something the staff will help you out. An honest, local repair shop you can trust. I had a mysterious and very serious problem with my car where it would up and die on me while driving. The Ford dealer was at a loss and would give no promises when described to them. But Andreas, the owner, and his crack team were able to diagnose the problem and fix it. He told me what they were doing and what they wanted to do along the way, so in no way was I surprised with anything. I have always hated getting my oil changed because they try to up-sell you constantly and tell you your car is about to explode unless you pay for their most expensive supreme service. I wanted to find a place with good reviews because my car is new and this would be my first time using someone outside of the dealership. I was also hooked by their offer of $20 for $50 worth of service. This was a huge plus because I need synthetic oil, which costs quite a bit more than a standard oil change. This is truly the best service I have ever had regarding any issue I've ever had with a car. This company well deserves all 5 stars. I was able to drop my car off without an appointment and get it back in a very reasonable amount of time, exactly when they said it would be done. The total cost of my oil change was $35 including tax, and I was also pleasantly surprised that they had given me an exterior wash and vacuumed my interior. They were so incredibly kind and well-mannered. I got a Happy Thanksgiving card in the mail, an additional coupon, and a follow-up call to make sure my car was running well. I went here because of Yelp and I was thrilled. All I needed was an oil change ($29.95) without a swindle or hustle and that's what I got. They checked my other fluids, told me they were fine, even checked out how my brakes were doing, told me everything was working great, as I knew already, so it was refreshing to find an honest mechanic. They do oil changes in the morning, which is perfect because they have a Keurig with a ton of coffee and tea options. They finished it within an hour, as promised, and they even washed my car for me! They overcharged for a coolant system flush that I may not have needed. I just stopped to talk to them, they convinced me to leave my car, and when they called, Andreas pressured me for almost twenty minutes to let them start working on the car before coming in to read the work order. If you check in through the phone app, you receive 10% your first order. I kind of felt that Andreas explained things that were not important while skipping details I wanted to know. I did not have any idea they were going to do a coolant system flush and $170 for it seems too expensive. He also said that they would call and give me updates, but I needed to phone and ask if they finished the four-hour timing belt replacement after two days. He had said they might need to change some additional gaskets and seals, but I do not know if they needed it. Just so you know, a free shuttle stops directly in front of the shop. Even with the coolant system flush, the overall charges were average based on what I saw from AutoMD.com, while this shop has far better reviews. To the best of my knowledge, they did the job properly. read more

To begin this review, I want to share that after my Inspection, I had over $5,000 of fixes on my car. Typically one in my situation would be stressed with such a high ticket, but Andreas literally was the most amazing person to work with. He took care of covering partial costs with my warranty, set me up with amazing finance options, all the while communicating clearly and giving me options on what could be done now and what could wait. the techs did a great job and the vehicle runs amazing.
