We used this company on our house a while ago, and they did such a great job we had them back. My house looks brand new with sparkling clean windows throughout. They are meticulous, cleaning screens and window sills as well as the windows. They have ladders and all the right equipment, so no streaks. They showed up right on time each time we have used them, and are very polite and careful. I will never do another window myself, ever! read more

We are so glad a friend referred us to We Do Windows. I wasn't expecting the level of service we got. The team of I think 7 came and commenced crawling all over the house. In a good way. What I appreciated most was how much they were able to accomplish in one short visit. The windows, even the tallest most difficult to reach were shined up. But more important, the window slides, the sills were all cleaned. If a screen was broken they fixed it. The whole repair shop was on their trucks. They re-attached bricks that had fallen on the chimney. They cleaned all the gutters that had been neglected way too long. And for no extra charge they will come and clean the gutters again after leaves have fallen this winter. I cannot recommend them enough. If it seems pricy, it really isn't when you think about how many service calls it would take to, to different handymen, contractors or roofers to accomplish all that home care. We cannot say enough! I left a message at the company number during off hours last weekend requesting to schedule service in the next 2 weeks. I did not hear back to schedule a time or get estimate at any time. I wondered if they were on vacation for the 4th of July & decided to wait a few more days. This business has serviced my home at least twice in the past although it has been several years. This AM (July 5th) I had a phone message from the receptionist stating that a person was outside to do the windows. I was surprised as I had never received a call to make this appointment or an estimate for the service. Had this scheduling taken place I would have been ready. I called back immediately to state that I had not had this appointment scheduled & to attempt to reschedule. This is when things got bizarre. The receptionist stated that we had talked to each other & that we had confirmed this appointment. She denied getting any message over the weekend. She insisted repeatedly that this had occurred (on Monday) when I am certain that the conversation absolutely did not occur. I checked with the only other female who lives in the house with me, & she also did not talk to anyone at We Do Windows. I am 100% certain that I never received a call to schedule and provide an estimate for this service. Had this mix-up been handled professionally I would have understood. I asked her to consider this possibility & I attempted to find a time to reschedule. When I finally voiced my frustration at her insistence that I was wrong, she stated that I should call someone else for service. I recently had the windows of my empty house that was going in the market and they were going to do a photo shoot for ads. I hired We Do Windows and they sent Jorge. When he arrived I was surprised to only see him with a ladder, bucket, brush, squeegee, spray bottle as I was expecting him to have other equipment such as perhaps power brushes, or electric shammys scrubbers etc. to scrub the windows squeeky clean and shiny. I thought he would wash the screens but he just dusted them. He didn't clean the window rails as he said that was the house keepers job. So I had her vacuum the window rails the next morning. He also used the wrong sponges because he left my windows scratched when he had been scrubbing them in circles and up and down. He didn't leave them sparkly, squeeky clean as I would expect from a professional window washer. I won't use them again. That's why I gave them one star. read more
