OUTSTANDING SERVICE! This is the first time I've hired the crew from Air Tight Heating and Cooling Systems and it will definitely not be the last. Carlos (the owner) returned my call last Friday and scheduled my appointment for today, Monday at 0800. Robert, Jose and Juan arrived right on time. Friendly, cordial, polite and careful not to dirty the carpet by covering with tarps. My dryer stopped working so rather than pay a very expensive bill to have it serviced, this was the way to go first. Certainly happy I did. They cleaned out a very clogged dryer vent of gobs of lint, running the machine hose clear to the top of the roof where it vents. Then they cleaned out the complete air ducting system, replaced the exhaust filter, installed a new exhaust grill and tuned up the furnace. All done in four hours. In the meantime, Carlos stopped by bringing me a box of twelve exhaust filters, no charge. I would highly recommend everyone have this work done every 1-2 years and call Air Tight, Carlos and his crew, to do it. BTW my dryer works great. read more

Robert and Debie are fantastic people. As are their sons. Pleasant people to deal with. Wife and I bought a 30 year old house, with a 30 year old HVAC system. Home inspector said there were serious problems with the furnace. Called Air Tight for a more detailed inspection of the HVAC system. Robert came and did an inspection and found and showed me the really bad issues with the furnace. In my mind, this was a serious safety issue. Wife and I decided to replace/upgrade the entire system. What a pleasure to have a reasonable, professional, clean, on time vendor after dealing all week with fly by night heating and cooling system thoeves who rippind me off for $179 and did nothing. Carlos and his crew do very good work. They quoted a complete a/c condensor, furnace and replacing all my attic ducting. The quote was very fair. They were the middle of 4 quotes I received. Carlos gives you 3 prices and explains the differences between each. Absolutely does not pressure you to go with the most expensive. I picked the middle one as a good choice for me. Thank you so much Carlos, for an amazing job cleaning our dryer duct vent. Our dryer had started taking much longer to dry our clothes. We had Carlos come out and he ran his Roto Vision camera through our duct vent and it was very clogged. Doing laundry is never fun. Having to run the dryer for three cycles to dry clothes is even worse. Carlos from Air Tight Heating and Cooling Systems took care of our problem. My wife and I are seniors and our heater went out. I called AirTight and spoke to Carlos. He explained to me that there was a standard $69 fee on all service calls. He told me he would be there in about an hour as he was close by. He got there on time surveyed the situation, explained to me that he would have to get a part.
