I like the nail salon I'm in love with my nails I. Will for sure come back to that nail salon everything went great

This is my usual preferred nail salon that is until one day they overcharged me for service and I notice they are sometimes racist. Whenever I go I get mani and pedicure and it's never over $100, this time I went showed her the picture of what I wanted she told me she couldn't do it, now mind you it was only hand painted artwork, no rhinestones or extra and if you have been a nail technician for more than 4 years I don't see why you couldn't do it, so I asked if someone else could, bc thats the style i wanted, they didn't do it but charged me $165 then im like no way, she went down to $135, I have not been back since. Also notice that if drinks/beverages are complimentary why is it not offered to EVERY paying client, I am African American and I always have to ask when I go in but other race get offered immediately upon service. And I always tip but they lost a loyal client with that picking and choosing. Treat everyone equal!

0/10 if I could give 0 stars I would tbh. I called before going in to see how much they charged for just painting my toes n I was told $10 for regular nail polish. Once I get there I told the guy I wanted pink French tip. He proceeded to do white French tip with clear pink, I never mentioned white. I But I was ok with it until they sat me on the UV light and realized it was a simple line and didn't even try to clear it up to make it look neat. I asked a lady to call him to fix it n he just went over it and didn't fix the part I told them about . I felt like he was in a hurry since it was packed but if you can't do your job right don't do it at all . I got charged $15 which isn't bad but for what I got is a big no but also what did I expect for something so cheap !

Went on a Friday evening, very nice inside and pretty busy. I got the super deluxe pedicure for 45$ which includes a 10 minute massage. The pedicure was average and I asked for the water to be hotter but she said that it was already as hot as it can get and it was nearly warm. & as my boyfriend was paying for our pedicures I realized my second nail was not shaped straight. I only came because my boyfriend's been here before and I was excited to try it but didn't really leave satisfied.

Nina did it once again! Absolutely amazing really took care of me. I love that I could show her a picture and she will help me achieve what I want. She's always very kind and if I'm my introverted mood, she'll let me listen to my book/music and just ask questions when need be.

Kim did my nails and she did a great job!! She took her time and tried her very best which I really appreciated. She is also so sweet and patient. The salon itself is a little dirty though which is why I gave it 4 stars but for the price it's good. Nails were $85

Recommend the pedicure, ladies very good at working the feet. Super comfy massage chairs and the will offer you something to drink as well. Try the hot towel treatment and scent -scrub massage, will have your legs & feet feeling fresh! Fellows don't be shy, ladies like a clean feet guy.

ZOOM IN ON THE PICTURE AND TELL ME THATS CLEAN Super disappointed, wanted to give this new spot a try because it looks really nice. But this was the result of a simple clean "manicure", they rushed everything and after I let the girl know the sides of my nails were bad she stated it was just powder. She put the base and the coat over the "powder" so how is that even going to come off, not to mention Main lady said she'd fix it but there shouldn't be someone needing to fix things if it's done right. Never again.

I did these Saturday...it's Monday and they already coming off...My nails never ever grow fast, they grow pretty slow actually. I paid $35 dollars for just clear, no color, and the coat... I can tell this lady rushed my nail because it is already lifting, there's gap between my real nail and the acrylic, and the gel is already coming off! I trusted this place so much, but I really don't know what is going on now...

I chose Wayside nails because I saw positive online reviews. I was able to book online using the website waysidenailshouston.com and chose Cathy because of positive pedicure reviews. When I got there this morning they didn't know who Cathy was and didn't know anything about online appointments! So I chose a technician available, Gloria, who I thought did a great job. My $35 spa pedicure took 30 minutes. When I went to pay I asked the receptionist about the Monday 20% discount. She didn't know anything about that so I pulled up the website and showed her. So she called the owner who said they don't have a website! Although this website has the correct 900 Wayside address and some of the same technicians listed along with all the exact same services and prices they claim that it is not their website. Who would make up a fake website? And why Wasn't the owner aware of it? Well they are now and promise to take it down. I am attaching a couple of photos of the website to prove that I am telling the truth. Otherwise I would've given them a five star review and would recommend Gloria.

First timer! As a French tip girlie..I can appreciate this set. Very friendly, clean professional . Oh and my nails look bomb! Might be my new go to nail salon.
