Came all the way from Florida (Jersey girl) to enjoy a good home bagel. We all know Jersey is elite when it comes to bagels. Found this place by chance and it hit the spot. Great place!!! For some reason we had never been in here. They are extremely friendly and accommodating. I had an American wrap except on a hard roll ( chicken cutlet, bacon, cheddar cheese and lettuce...I asked for no tomato and no ranch dressing ). It was hot delicious!! And the bacon was nice and crispy. My husband had a cheesesteak with pepperjack cheese and he loved it. We liked the rolls too. Both sandwiches were nice and hot. They came with a pickle and macaroni salad. We have also had the crumb buns, blueberry muffins and a poppy seed bagel and all were excellent. We got everything to go. Service was very fast. They were open Christmas Day and New Year's Day until 2pm which is nice to know. They have a pretty large selection including sandwiches, wraps, gyros, French toast, pancakes and other hot breakfast options. There are a few tables available. It was cold in there so we decided to do take out. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back! read more

It was late afternoon so the bagels weren't fresh out of the oven. I ordered one everything bagel with olive cream cheese and a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese. The spread serving was generous and tasty. Same with the veggie spread my sister had. I also ordered a plain salt bagel. I had that later in the evening with some plain cream cheese it was nice and chewy and a very tasty bagel. I would stop again. read more

Overall 5/10 got two bagels the Taylor ham egg and cheese salt pepper ketchup bagel is hard not soft or warm and a French toast bagel with cream cheese which was the highlight I'd give the French toast a 7/10 overall everything was ok would not be my go to. read more

I asked if he can cook the eggs in frying pan not on the grill since the grill was greasy not clean he said yes but he still use the grill without cleaning it when I asked why did you use the grill I asked to cook my eggs in frying pan . I am a coffee fanatic, and I don't just go anywhere for coffee, if the coffee is good, I will come back! Try Hot coffee, they also have decaf for my non-caffeine friends They also have iced coffee for a hot day or any day! I found this place when coming to do my nails, I needed to get a quick snack and coffee. My nail appointments are usually long. I happened to meet Sam first I came in when it was closing time and he took great care of me! I felt really bad for coming in when it was closing, I was the last customer and I asked what time they slosed and he said "now" I said "I'm sorry! I didn't know!" He said "its okay what can I get for you!" I said "Anything I'm hungry I just want a snack" We agreed on a Turkey sandwich, it was the best turkey sandwich ever that he made for me fast, quick and when it was closing time! After that day I kept coming for the Coffee and for the iced coffee and then I met Justin, who is awesome! The best customer service I have ever come across. The owner is Mo, he is very caring and attentive to all his customers. The nicest person I have ever met. He knows the regulars and what their favorites are and if you don't like something he will make it better. I have tried the breakfast brunch platter, breakfast bagels. First time ever going here, I decided to order lunch here during my work break. Was pretty disappointing. Asked the man at the counter if there was croissants and bologna. They had neither, so I then decided to order a lox and cream cheese bagel, lightly toasted - ended up being on the burnt side and just "okay." When I was waiting I noticed a block of mozzarella cheese in the fridge casing that was moldy, disgusting as well. As a New Jersey guy, I will always give a bagel shop one chance. Wayne Hot Bagels & Cafe will get plenty more chances from me. Stopped in this past Saturday morning with my fiance for our ritual breakfast while my stepchild is at her Taekwondo class nearby. For a Saturday morning, it was not crazy busy (was also a holiday weekend so that probably had an effect) and we were promptly taken care of. There is some seating, not too small, not too big; my guess is most folks grab their items to-go. I went for a whole wheat everything bagel (plus point there because we know not every location has whole wheat everything) with veggie cream cheese and my fiance had a WW everything with cream cheese and bacon. Bagels were super fresh and tasty and the veggie cream cheese was great (plus point because the spread had plenty of chopped veggies in it). We opted for coffee next door at Glaze Donuts (which probably was not the best choice) but will definitely try their java next time around! Highly recommend to folks in the area looking for their bagel fix. read more

This is a new bagel cafe in Wayne. Wayne has many Bagel Cafes and some are better than others. I'm happy to say my experience here has been great on several occasions. It's more of a NYC deli/cafe with everything from hand rolled Bagels to made to order Salads. The staff is very nice. I'm glad to see another option in town and happy it's a good one. read more

Had a very bad experience & will not be back. Not worth the risk with this ongoing pandemic. The guy at the counter took 2 cash payments with gloves then proceeded to grab our bagels with the same gloves. THEN gave my husband an attitude because he wouldn't take his order! These guys really know bagels. Not only is the staff super friendly but this place is a true neighborhood place. You can eat in and or take out. You can sit at one of the small few tables and indulge in an enormous Taylor ham, egg and cheese sandwich while watching the news or chatting with fellow diners. It's just a cute, cozy place. Their bagels are really, really good and they have a wide variety to choose from. Usually the bagels are warm and chewy and just delicious. If you can, pick up the little 4pc sweet piece of heaven at the register. They have a small container of baklava with 4 small bite size pieces that are so good. Love this place. read more

I come here because they're close by and they have everything gluten free bagels which I can't find anywhere else. But that comes at a price, I always drop 7-10$ here for two bagel sandwiches (one gf). My gf bagel sandwich with just egg whites costs me $5. Otherwise they're pretty good and the owners are very nice. The bagels are fresh and always available. They make fresh juice which is really good and worth the $ for the amount you get. read more

Listen, I get it that credit card companies charge you to process card transactions...And I get it, you have a bottom line that you want to achieve without raising prices. It's bad enough you have a minimum for card transactions but most people will never complain...what is worth a complaint is an added "non-cash" fee of 3.7% that if I didn't ask for my receipt, I would never know about because it's not posted and the cashier never mentioned it (ps its also illegal). When you tell me $9.31 I expect to pay $9.31. I'm not petty enough to dispute the charge on my card for .34 but that's scummy business practice, not cool guys. read more
