The service is always great! Jordan, the manager, and Trina, our server, were so attentive! And we can't forget Harry the bartender. Our drinks were so good. Everyone made excellent recommendations and made the evening one to remember! The restaurant has ample parking. Handicap parking is in the back if needed. Come check it out in all the seasons. I know I'll be back for the next menu change!

Sat on the patio and it was a surprise heat wave and the umbrellas were still in storage. It's a hot one but oh so nice to be outside! Bring a hat and check the chairs before sitting in shorts! Served by Amanda today and she was impeccable. Knew exactly what we needed and when - water pitcher on the table and refills. Checked on us just enough to keep everyone looked after. The honey toast was the popular item at the table today ... loaded brioche with strawberries, syrup, and sweet topping. Everyone was pleased. Also a Juicy Lucifer - huge patty! Much squishing to fit in the toothy human. The chips were crisp and popular theft item at the table. We should have ordered an extra side serving! The celiac (me) has the special brunch item - croque madame with gf toast and hollandaise sauce and hash browns on the side! What a feast that was! Got a take-away to go. Gf bread is available to modify dishes that can be adapted. We had waters and lemonade to drink and the lemonade was really tasty! Would recommend. The photo of carpaccio was from our previous visit - not sure it's on the menu any longer but it was also fabulous! I might post a photo someone took of the honey toast if they share with me!

The staff were really great and observant and saw that when more people arrived for our party they moved from behind the counter and moved tables together for us so we could all sit together. We ordered The Queen $16.99 on the black bun $2.99 (extra)and it was very juicy, definitely something you want to eat right away because it was rich in sauce and juice. The black bun was interesting. We also ordered sweet potato fries $5.99 (not cooked crispy enough for my liking, cactus cuts $6.99 (really crispy but tasty), and regular fries $4.99 (perfect crispy level and very lightly if anything tasted like non-salted, which I kind of liked more). I also got to taste The Colonel $10.99 - which I liked this crispy chicken burger quite a bit and this is what I'd come back and order). Friend also tried the butter chicken poutine $9.99 and commented that it wasn't too spicy even though they don't like any spice- so might even be a good kids option if your looking for one. A large spacious bathroom and parking in and around the strip mall area.

The menu is above the order counter where I was pleasently surprised to see that the prices are actually the same as on their website. The prices are very reasonable. I picked The Farmer's Feast and my guests both selected the Oilers burger. I can't say that I could see any connection between the names and the burgers but that's okay. My burger was quite tasty and tender. This was definitely not a fast food frozen beef paddy. Surprisingly it wasn't even very messy. We ordered yam fries and onion rings as well. Ambiance was non-existent but perhaps that's why the prices were so good. If you are looking for a good burger at a very good price then check out Meat The Bun. I recommend it.

We showed up around 7:30pm and waited only about 10 minutes however there was a customer who walked in after us and was seated before us because they were quite pushy with the hostess saying they were only 2 people and I'm sure they can sit down now. Found that to be a little bit annoying but not the restaurant's fault. They did have a contact tracing sheet in front and everyone was using the same pen and touching the paper all over so not sure how sanitary that is....I guess just make sure to sanitize before and after and it's fine. The place does have a lot of dividers up between patrons and tables. The staff does wear masks properly as well and I did see them wiping tables and chairs in between guests. The menu is a QR code too which is nice. We ended up ordering a round of Bellinis as they were on special and a bunch of wings. The wings seemed a bit less cooked than they could have been. On the inside they were not as hot as I would have liked but they were tasty still. The nachos were delicious! Lots of banana peppers and jalapeños which is what I love so they were definitely my favourite. We also opted to try two desserts, the leprechaun pie which was minty and a bit frozen, it was delicious. The s'mores cake was also really yummy! Super sweet tho but tasted like a deconstructed s'more. We had to flag the waitress down a few times, she was really busy that evening, as we were missing cutlery, needed water refills, wanted to order dessert, and had to send 10 of the wings back as they were really not cooked as much as we would have liked. Luckily the rest were ok. But overall it was a very enjoyable experience and food was good.

Slightly toasted baguette slathered with pate and mayo and LOADED with your chosen toppings. And at $8.95 for a cold cuts sandwich (well worth the extra $1.50 for slivered jalapeño), it's maximum value too. Best bread. Best ingredients. Best price. And on the Southside too, where I live. Seriously? I'm so glad I found this place. Got a Vietnamese iced coffee and it was awesome. Then I got another to go. With that, I added the mango salad sampler. It's fresh and tasty, but a big awkward. Like it's missing something. Maybe some lettuce? I dunno. I might not get that again. I repeat though, it was tasty, just not worth I think. There's a ton more on the menu. And based on the banh mi, I bet it's all made fresh. I'm probably coming back tomorrow. Good job folks!!!
