    Tiramisu

Definitely a money grab.. Service is nonexistent with absolutely no water refills or politeness to customers. My food in the beginning was good but the tiramisu I had gotten was soggy, wet, and made me gag. Sure most people go here for the ambience and look of the place which is probably the only thing I liked. Over all I wouldn't recommend going here for a regular brunch with a friend. It gets pricey...

Cinnamon bun latte and crème brûlée iced latte. Both yummy but a tad sweet (although expected).

Ambiance in this restaurant is very unique and beautiful. I had my daughter's 16 th birthday here…read more Booking the party for 15 guests was a nightmare! No one ever answers the phone!!. I had to go down to the restaurant to book the party and a second time to confirm the reservation, 2 days before the party. Service was good except we were rushed out of the restaurant after 2 hrs due to the staff needing tables for reservations after our group. Food presentation is top notch however the food itself is very mediocre for the price. I was also not impressed that they would not allow me to bring in our own birthday cake even though our total bill was close to $800. I give this restaurant a 3/5 stars

You…read moredefinitely go for / pay for the super pink / super flowery ambiance more than for the food, because for the super pricey $28 price point the food was fancy "sounding" but definitely not up to par on the plates put in front of us. We both ordered the Seaside Benny & hash browns; over medium which should have been 50/50 yolk set / yolk runny. Hashbrowns were just meh, the typical bagged cubes from Sysco & deep fried. Hollandaise was sparse and not really enough to even cover the also sparse seafood mixture (with canned crabmeat for $28?!?!) on plain bread (not brioche & not an English muffin). Better breakfast can be had at other places for sure. Service was fine but definitely a one time & one time only visit to channel the girly side. There was an extra jewelry / trinkets / gift merchandise selection for girls / women of all ages on display at the front. We both had $9 specialty coffees: a salted caramel pumpkin spiced latte & a cinnamon bun latte.

Happened to be in the area and wanted to try this one out…read more Lots of parking in the strip-mall communal parking lot. Lots to see and lots of board games. Place was 100% full 6PM so there wasn't room to play a game or too even if we wanted. I wanted the twist Ice cream but staff said they could not swirl it so he recommended the milkshake. BUT turns out he was wrong and they are able to twist the ice cream and so I paid more for no reason. We tried an Ice Cream and Milkshake - same toppings - oreo, brownie, cookie dough. Milkshake was 4/10 pretty bad. Super thin, like 1% milk thin, oreo cookie started to separate immediately (fall to the bottom). Cookie dough was either not added or so blended it got lost. Texture was Not good. Ice cream with same toppings was 8/10. Could find cookie dough in this one and ice cream was decent. NOTE staff did say it was his 3rd shift so I understand he is new but it was too bad I paid more for his lack of knowledge and query not accurate recipe as I do hope the milkshakes are better than the one I got.

The service was very friendly, they're a newer cafe so speed of service will likely come with time. The drinks were very tasty; my husband had the Chai-mander Latte, I had a Wyndon Fog (which may have been the best "London fog" I've ever had) and the kids had a Pika Juice. The decor was very cute and fun, they had an area to get pokemon trading cards, a shelf of games you can play while you're there, all in all a very fun place to be. I would've rated higher if they had more poké-menu items, when I read there was a pokemon themed cafe I got excited for a wide range of interesting pokemon themed coffee, tea, and treats, but the special menu selection was a little underwhelming.

Cute little cafe & even with limited windows has the impression that it's bright & clean. Friendly service but I got the impression from the empty display & everyone looking like they were finishing up that things were closing (even though the hours online state much later). Thus I didn't ask about their unique options beyond what was available for cold & hot drinks nor did I sit down. Selected a hot white chocolate and my tongue has confirmed it needs more than the walk to the vehicle to cool off kind of hot. Perfect for the drive back home.

I think it would be nicer if they collaborated more and maybe even had some the art displayed here. But the K-pop tribute is interesting too. I was also looking at their menu and came for the croffle but they were out. Apparently it's very popular so they didn't have any. Sad face. I was encouraged to try the Hotteok (brown sugar pancake - Korean) which the aroma was amazing and it was so sweet and crunchy with the walnuts inside. I also had the sweet iced pumpkin latte, but it didn't have as much pumpkin flavor as I had hoped. I also couldn't see the bathroom or signs for it.
