Jessica helped me from start to finish, recommending the most appropriate washer size, wash cycle and the dry cycle. Also, she helped me navigate through the app and made it very easy. So happy I found this place! I had some bigger items and extra loads and was looking for a place in the area. Called to find out what kind of payments they accept. The app is super easy to install and use cards. This place is the most clean and comfortable laundromat I've been too! Not only that.....friendly, professional and responsive service! That's priceless! Jim was hospitable from the first phone call.....and even came around and offered free water bottles. What service! I didn't get any pics this time and will surely be back when I have the need! Machines are new, clean, efficient and reasonably priced! WaveMax is exactly what you'd want from a laundromat and more. Cleanest place I've ever been to and there is always at least one friendly attendant there to help with anything you need. Anytime I've asked to purchase something I foolishly forgot to bring, like dryer sheets or detergent they're happy to give me a small amount to just be able to wash what I have, which says a lot to me as a patron about how much they care about their business and their customers. That kind of hospitality is rare and is what keeps me coming back. read more

The staff/owners of WaveMax are amazing. They are friendly, helpful and so knowledgeable about different fabrics and how to launder and dry them. They've helped me on several occasions by transferring my large rugs from the washing machine to the dryer when I've had to leave the facility. read more

I love this place! Janet and her husband have an amazing, friendly, and super clean business! You can pay with the laundry off, or use quarters. Very convenient. I came to know this place when my washing machine took a dump on me. I had to wait three weeks for my new one to arrive. I love this place! Super selection of washer sizes, clean place and Superstar attendant Sarah and I got the right size machine, a few complimentary scoops of soap, a bunch of quarters and I was washing. 27 minutes later I was drying. 8 minutes later I walked out and am sitting in my truck right now. I was going to my regular coin laundry place but it was so packed and I decided to google other laundry mats. I found this place and was done in 30 minutes! I usually spend an hour and fifteen washing and drying my king size bed comforter. I also spend a lot of time fluffing and adjusting my comforter in the dryer and I didn't not have to do that at all here! The dryer spins left and then goes right! I didn't have to fluff anything! I used to start the temperature at high and added so many extra quarters just to still have a damp comforter. That was not that case here! I over payed because I was so worried my comforter wasn't going to dry but let me tell you that 16min on medium heat did the job beautifully! I appreciate knowing that my comforter came out of the washer so soft and clean and was beautifully dried in such a short amount of time. My fiancé and I were amazed with this laundromat's washers and dryers when we visited three weeks ago. We returned for a second time, but since the folding tables were all occupied, we took our clothes home to fold. Unfortunately, once we started folding, we found A LOT of dog hair on our black clothes--even though we don't own any pets. That was the only thing that really disappointed us. I'm so relieved to have found this gem of a laundromat run by Jim and Janet and their family. They've taken off the burden of washing and drying massage sheets for my chiropractic/massage office. They're super friendly and really care about their customers and their services and their rates are extremely fair. The parking is a bit tricky sometimes. But worth it. Good place to wash $ Dry but annoying that the workers there will claim back and forth that the last wash is at 8:30PM or 9PM.

Busy during the day. Personally I wouldn't come back because of parking is limited. It took me 30 minutes to get a spot.

Highly recommend! I came here to wash my Cali king mattress topper. I showed up with it half soaked as I tried to wash it at home first before realizing it wasn't possible. I showed up and was greeted at the door with a cart. I asked which machine would work best and I believe he was the owner told me I could use a couple different ones but recommended the larger one since it costs the same as the size down. I downloaded the app and loaded some money onto it, scanned the QR code and was on my way. I've never been to a place with an employee present. Most laundromats you're on your own. I was informed of the different settings and even entertained for some time in conversation with the employee or. They have candy available for a little pick me up as you wait.
