So sad to see how much this place has changed this was my favorite laundry mat but they made a huge mistake hiring a new employee who acts like she owns the place. And not in a good way if you don't talk to her about her personal life the whole time you are here she is super rude and likes to yell and harass you! No one cares about your personal life just do your job! read more

OMG today was my first time visiting WaveMax Tustin and I absolutely love it here. JESSICA was literally amazing her energy was so pleasant and she was soooooo helpful in answering all my questions learning to navigate the app. I literally will not be washing anywhere else from here on out! THANKS SOOOOOO MUCH JESSICA!!!!!!! read more

So happy I found this place! I had some bigger items and extra loads and was looking for a place in the area. Called to find out what kind of payments they accept. The app is super easy to install and use cards. This place is the most clean and comfortable laundromat I've been too! Not only that.....friendly, professional and responsive service! That's priceless! Jim was hospitable from the first phone call.....and even came around and offered free water bottles. What service! I didn't get any pics this time and will surely be back when I have the need! Machines are new, clean, efficient and reasonably priced! Highly recommend if you're ready for something much better than the usual dusty laundromat Parking can be a little tricky as it's a small lot.....and totally worth the extra effort. Thanks Jim and team.....your efforts are not unnoticed read more

Jessica was very helpful. She told me which machines to use and even gave me laundry soap, because I had forgotten mine at home. If you have some laundry to do. Come here! read more

All I can say is this place was awesome. Walked in someone there to explain the process and saw what I had and recommended the machine I would need. Not many laundry mats have a good rating but now I know why this has 4.5 stars. This place is very clean and have many amenities and options. But the most important part is the help I received. Jessica helped me from start to finish, recommending the most appropriate washer size, wash cycle and the dry cycle. Also, she helped me navigate through the app and made it very easy. I don't give many 5 stars but this place earned it. read more

This was my first time here. It is very convenient as they have QR codes for payment. There is no need for coins or cards as in other places that I have been to. I will definitely come back here! Especially for those comforters. read more

WaveMax is exactly what you'd want from a laundromat and more. Cleanest place I've ever been to and there is always at least one friendly attendant there to help with anything you need. Anytime I've asked to purchase something I foolishly forgot to bring, like dryer sheets or detergent they're happy to give me a small amount to just be able to wash what I have, which says a lot to me as a patron about how much they care about their business and their customers. That kind of hospitality is rare and is what keeps me coming back. read more

I love this place! Janet and her husband have an amazing, friendly, and super clean business! You can pay with the laundry off, or use quarters. Very convenient. I came to know this place when my washing machine took a dump on me. I had to wait three weeks for my new one to arrive. I love this place! I still come back to wash my area rugs in their huge washing machines! did I mention the machines are Electrolux Professional. Such a good brand. My laundry and rugs always come out so clean! This laundry mat is ran by family! They really care. Janet and her husband also offer complementary detergent, and dryer sheets if you should need them. If you ever have questions, they're right there to help you! I'm so glad I found this place. I've always had great conversations with Janet too! If you decide to come here, tell them Jenean said HI! read more

This was my first time being here because I needed to wash a bunch of towels from the office. Bright, fresh and clean environment, professional machines, and staff are very friendly and helpful. The owner upgraded me to a larger washer, helped me pour in detergent/bleach and explained how the dryer works for me. I'll definitely come back here next time! read more

Needed spot to wash my boat cover. Yelped laundromats and although 9 miles away good reviews and I was on my way there. Super selection of washer sizes, clean place and Superstar attendant Sarah and I got the right size machine, a few complimentary scoops of soap, a bunch of quarters and I was washing. 27 minutes later I was drying. 8 minutes later I walked out and am sitting in my truck right now. WaveMax Laundry - 20' boat cover clean as can be now!!! - Laundromat Near Me - Tustin, California

I was going to my regular coin laundry place but it was so packed and I decided to google other laundry mats. I found this place and was done in 30 minutes! I usually spend an hour and fifteen washing and drying my king size bed comforter. I also spend a lot of time fluffing and adjusting my comforter in the dryer and I didn't not have to do that at all here! The dryer spins left and then goes right! I didn't have to fluff anything! I used to start the temperature at high and added so many extra quarters just to still have a damp comforter. That was not that case here! I over payed because I was so worried my comforter wasn't going to dry but let me tell you that 16min on medium heat did the job beautifully! I appreciate knowing that my comforter came out of the washer so soft and clean and was beautifully dried in such a short amount of time. I will come back again with all my comforters and blankets. read more

WaveMax Laundry - Washers at WaveMax - Laundromat Near Me - Tustin, California

My first visit to this location was very positive! I arrived to find Courtney cleaning and wiping down the machines, carts, and tables. She graciously answered all my questions about the operation. The prices are very reasonable and the workhorse machines had me in and out in no time at all. I plan on returning very soon. Thank you for a wonderful experience! read more

My fiancé and I were amazed with this laundromat's washers and dryers when we visited three weeks ago. We returned for a second time, but since the folding tables were all occupied, we took our clothes home to fold. Unfortunately, once we started folding, we found A LOT of dog hair on our black clothes--even though we don't own any pets. That was the only thing that really disappointed us. But overall this laundromat it's good. read more

Writing this review while still using their services, it's that good. I came in and really needed help on how to maneuver the machines and Jessica has been so helpful with everything. She has a great attitude, helpful, and very kind. I work in the service industry, and she is a treasure to have for this company. Thank you to WaveMax, I will definitely be back for more services. read more

First time here, had no clue what to do, seriously I was totally in the dark. The girl working (Jessica) was incredible. Absolutely a total doll. She walked me through everything, step-by-step. She went out of her way to make sure I understood how the machines worked. She just was amazing. Totally adorable and I'm coming back cause it's just so much easier to wash my clothes/dry them all at once. She definitely needs a raise. I'm so glad I found this place. Deb read more

Super high-tech for a laundromat. Gone are the days where you search the couch for loose change, or change a $20 for quarters. The app based system is great, sets a timer for you and there's a real time status of available machines so time wasted on your turn. Highly recommend for larger comforters, duvets, and bulky items read more

I came in to do a load of laundry and needed help. I had never used a laundromat for my laundry before. The girl working in the front, Courtney, was amazing! She was so helpful and nice. I will definitely come back to do my laundry. read more

I'm so relieved to have found this gem of a laundromat run by Jim and Janet and their family. They've taken off the burden of washing and drying massage sheets for my chiropractic/massage office. They're super friendly and really care about their customers and their services and their rates are extremely fair. The parking is a bit tricky sometimes. But worth it. I've been very happy and so is my husband because I'm not using our machines to wash every day. I highly recommend. read more

I have come here many times, as I love the facility, but had moved out of the area. I came by today to wash some bulky items. I wasn't sure how to do some things (use the remaining app funds I had saved up, plus specific questions about my visit today; then I found Jessica working today, and she was super helpful, twice, despite being busy with her chores. She was totally knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I'll def come back for the well-run, clean facility w/efficient machines that are eco-friendly (w/A/C btw) AND the friendly staff. Thx Jessica ;} read more

Alejandra does an excellent job. Always attentive - place is clean. Fair prices and they are super quick.

Very clean facility. Parking can be a pain so try to go in off hours. The machines are amazing get your laundry clean and are really fast.

Good place to wash $ Dry but annoying that the workers there will claim back and forth that the last wash is at 8:30PM or 9PM.

Busy during the day. Personally I wouldn't come back because of parking is limited. It took me 30 minutes to get a spot.

Been coming here for the last couple months and all I gotta say is this is the best laundromat I've been to. Staff is very friendly and all the machines are always working, clean and in great condition. read more

So clean! Helpful on-site staff. Huge, fast washers and dryers for bedding, down and synthetic comforters. Liked the QR code option.

Highly recommend! I came here to wash my Cali king mattress topper. I showed up with it half soaked as I tried to wash it at home first before realizing it wasn't possible. I showed up and was greeted at the door with a cart. I asked which machine would work best and I believe he was the owner told me I could use a couple different ones but recommended the larger one since it costs the same as the size down. I downloaded the app and loaded some money onto it, scanned the QR code and was on my way. I've never been to a place with an employee present. Most laundromats you're on your own. I was informed of the different settings and even entertained for some time in conversation with the employee or. They have candy available for a little pick me up as you wait. Very clean facility and friendly staff! I will most definitely be back when I need to wash my mattress topper! read more
