My tech went to their warehouse and picked up the unit, and within an hour was back and at work pulling down the old unit and installing the new one, complete with all new copper piping. He cleaned everything up and we walked the home together making sure everything was working. YES!!!! HOT WATER EVERYWHERE!!!
