When I noticed a water leak from the water heater, I immediately called the Fidelity Home Warranty and I was told somebody from Water Heaters Only would be calling to set up an appointment. I received a call with in 30 minutes from Bill working for Water Heaters Only to schedule an appointment. The appointment was set for 08/23/2014 between 8 am to 10 am and Bill told me that Ron from Riverside would be there. On the day of the appointment, Ron called at 7:39 am to let me know that he was on his way, he was coming from Riverside and he would be at my home in 30 to 40 minutes. Ron arrived at 8:10 am introduced himself and took a look at the old water heater. After looking at the water heater, Ron immediately told me that he was going to recommend to install a brand new water heater and he was going to talk to Fidelity, get the paperwork ready. After Ron recommended the action plan, Fidelity immediately call me to let me know that they would authorize to install a new water heater and any upgrades like the drip pan would be out of pocket. I was very happy and Ron immediately worked on installing the new water heater with a drip pan. Ron showed thorough professionalism, gave 100% attention, made sure everything was done right, and I was satisfied 110%. Ron knew what he was doing right from uninstalling the old water heater and replacing it with a new one. Ron explained what to watch for and safety tips very clearly. Ron gave importance to customer relations by making sure that I was completely satisfied and if I had any concerns or questions. Ron never showed any frustration during the entire installation process and was always smiling. I would definitely use Water Heaters Only for my future needs and if it is Ron it is a double bonus. I recommend Water Heaters Only strongly. read more

I don't know why these guys don't have 6 stars! Don't call anyone else!!!! David, who answered the phone early on Sunday morning was kind, nice and polite. He understood my situation and promised me he would have his tech out first thing this morning, which he did. Tony, the tech, was beyond awesome! I don't know what else to say! He knows his water heaters and he figured out why my less than 5 year old water heater broke so soon and explained everything. He promised me he would install this one perfectly and I would have -0- issues going forward. He gave me a 2 hour estimate for the water to be off and he was right on schedule. He is a blessing to Water Heaters Only and deserves a big bonus for the job he did for me, because I have a house and a duplex.... So there are 2 more water heaters just waiting to break and I know who I'm going to call and who I'm going to ask for. If only my miserable Airbnb guest had 1/2 the kindness that Tony has, this would have been a perfect experience. But no... She's a nasty lady who obviously doesn't realize, now a days things are not made like they used to be and they break sooner and faster. And I have no control over that! Thank God for David and Tony because at least now I don't have to hear he bitch at me her hair is dirty and she needs a shower. In my opinion, she needs more than a shower. She needs to learn kindness and understanding. Thanks Guys!!! You're the best. read more

Water heater died early Saturday morning Sept. 22. A good friend Recommended Water Heaters Only. Phoned and spoke to Bill. Ball park figure on the spot. A little high but he promised to have an installer out in 2 hours. About one hour and 15 minutes Mario showed up. Friendly, smiling and neat. Took a look said no problem, then turned and looked at the 16 steps leading from the street and said, "extra man" and the cost. He called Bill and no one was available, but can do between noon and 3 on Sunday the 23rd. Ok. 11:30 Suday here comes Mario, has old heater out and all plumbing ready for new heater, extra man shows, helps carry old one up new one down then he leaves. Told Mario, I thought I bought him for the day, he could cut the lawn , do some watering. Mario laughed and finished up. Great job. Mario left the area neater than when he came and it was a pleasure having him here. Price is a little high but the quality of the heater and installation made it worth while. I well recommend WHO and Mario to my friends and neighbors. Before he left I had Mario sign and date the tank, as it was a master piece. Work order #103255 Pat F read more

Who would have thought that the replacement of an old, leaking water heater could be such a wonderful experience! From my phone call to the friendly, knowledgeable dispatch person to the complete installation of a new water heater in a single day and at a price that was half of what I was quoted by the local plumber -- and that included taking away the old water tank. Water Heaters Only, should be proud of its installation rep. Daniel Van Hove. He not only installed the new tank but also explained the manufacturer's warranty, Water Heaters Only 1 year guarantee of parts and labor, the need-to-know functions of the regulator, safety valve, etc. and what to do to increase the life of the tank, such as flushing it every 6 months to reduce sediment from minerals in the water. Daniel also left the area cleaner than when he arrived. There was absolutely no evidence of water tank leakage when he finished. This is the kind of service that gives you confidence in a company. read more

Sadly our water heater died this morning. I called Water Heaters Only and first contact was Valerie. She was so nice and helped me figure out some options for replacing our water heater. While we were chatting she was setting up my appointment. Less then an hour later Tony arrived. He was super knowledgeable and extremely comforting of my anxiety over dealing with a big a replacement. He shared options on size and brand that would be best for my family. Once I made a decision, he went to work and under two hours all was complete. Bar none the nicest, most knowledgeable team I've worked with on a home repair, EVER. I wish they did more then just water heaters, I have few other things I need to deal with around my home. They are for sure a GOLD STAR standard. read more

It is late at night and a pipe to our water heater was leaking. The pressure reading was very high (120 psi). We called Greg at Water Heaters Only. After sending him a photo, Greg expertly and patiently guided us how to relieve the high pressure in the water heater tank and shut off the water supply and gas valve to our very complex system with its befuddling array of pipes and valves (the radiant floor heating system is tied in somehow). The water heater is now safely shut off until it can be repaired in the morning. Although the company doesn't service our particular water heater system we are grateful to Greg for saving us from a potential overnight burst pipe, or explosion. Thanks Greg! read more

Had a water heater emergency over the course of a weekend...no hot water for two days. I had plans the whole weekend, so there was never a good time to get it fixed. Not fun! Found WHO on Yelp after hearing about them from a local plumber, called them on a Sunday at 9:30pm, and thank goodness Randy picked up and was able to make an appointment for first thing Monday morning! My technician, Mark, was pleasant and worked really fast. Thankfully I only needed a couple of parts and not an entirely new system, which was also amazing! Reasonably priced, too. Highly recommend! We had our water heater replaced by Water Heaters Only in May of 2023. The technician, Max, was extremely knowledgeable and helped us find a water heater solution that fit our specific needs. Install was swift, and as convenient as it possibly could be. After the job was completed I noticed some scratches on our brand-new dryer. Water Heaters Only did everything they could to ensure we were a satisfied customer and ended up replacing the dryer. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and quality of work we received. I would highly recommend Water Heaters Only to anyone looking to get water heater work done. read more

I'm a resident of Ventura, Ca which is a bit out of the area but Water Heaters Only were professional in coming to my area seeing my urgency...Last minute and needed HOT water! Homeowner: Stefen P. Install Date: 11/22/14 Installer: Ron G. Replaced my leaking GE 30 gallon with a Bradford White 40 gallon. Ron had to fix some of the shotty work the previous homeowner did and it turned out great. Installation was clean, and he explained everything that he was doing. Price quoted up front was exactly what I paid (including all new hoses, straps, etc.). Also, the scheduling was very smooth and Ron showed up well within the window they gave me. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs water heater service. read more

We received a flyer in the mail and since we had just been talking about this exact subject we decided to give them a call. We were happy to hear that they could come and do it on the same day and in fact showed up exactly in the 2 hour window we were promised. Fabian our technician was great. He explained everything to us in detail. It was not an easy job and he even had to remove a door to get the new tank in the closet of our 70 year old home but it worked out great! We give them a total thumbs up !!!! Thanks again read more

Great service, I would definitely recommend to friends and family. I had full confidence in Neil, especially after he took the time to explain everything in non-mechanical terms. He was great, very professional, polite and appreciative for the business. My entire unit needed replacing as well as pipe work. Neil had everything we needed on hand and took care of it immediately. I'm thankful that there is still this type of work ethic out there. Homeowner: Katy and Cliff R. Technician: NEIL 11/13/14 read more

Water Heaters Only put in my 75 gallon water approximately two weeks ago. Everything is great ever since. I had issues with how to set up the water heater due to limited space in height. His answer definitely relieved my worries. Fabian came out the following day, put in it in a sense which exceeded my expectations. He installed a fresh gas trap, even added a brace because new regulations demand three braces instead of 2 for earthquake safety. Do not squander your time and money with other ones. read more

After having awful (neglected) encounters with 4 additional sellers, Tony at Water Heaters Only replaced my unit swiftly and professionally just 24 hours after I called to request a quote. The price was a little more than other sellers, apparently because the tank itself was high quality and cost. The installation/service charges were as low as the very best price I found anywhere. Please prevent the box shops and make 1 call to these guys: your cold water issues will be over! read more

Reviewer: Tyler Hiatt Install date: 8/11/14 Installer: Neil I would highly recommend water heaters only. Not only did they show up on time and do a great job, they also took the time to explain every step along the way and provide the latest safety precautions (proper space from wall, single aaction shut off lever, water pan drain, etc.).
