We just had a new water heater installed and it couldn't have been easier. Our installation was a little complicated because we were also getting mold remediated from behind the old water heater, so the removal and installation had to be done on separate days. Alex was super accommodating and even sent someone out again after we discovered our shower has a "pressure balance valve" that prevents any water flow without a pressurized hot water line. I think it's great that they specialize in water heaters and probably do a ton of installs. Lots of experience. I assume that's why they were able to provide an affordable quote very quickly, and the install looks and works great. One piece of advice / feedback: ask them to flush your new water heater. Maybe they actually did once with mine, but I noticed a slight propane smell from the hot water for the first day. We had a water heater start leaking in our rental and since it was 14 years old we decided to replace it. Brian came out and had everything done in less than 2 hours! New water heater looked great and was working fine. Strangely enough the water heater in our main house also went out! So Brian again came out the next day and replaced the water heater and again did a great job. A few weeks went by and the first water heater started shutting itself off. Relighting the pilot light worked but the next day it did the same thing. Brian came out right away and replaced a sensor. But then the next day it happened again so he replaced the thermostat. While he was there, he asked if it was possible that we had a water leak. We never saw any water so didn't think it was the reason. Well it cut off again and when he came out again, he walked around a bit outside and found a bad water leak under the house! We're very grateful for the fast service and finding the root cause. They don't do other types of plumbing repair but at least we knew what the issue was. After fixing the leak, no more issues with the water heater. Ray, their technician, came out and attempted to fix the unit. Ray was respectful and very helpful. He gave us a few options and we chose to install a new unit. They came the next day and replaced the unit and actually charged us less then what they initially quoted us because they couldn't fix the original unit. I cannot say enough about all the people I dealth with at this company. Matthew, Alex and Dave were all fantastic. Dave repaired my water heater at a very fair price. The unti was almost inaccessible, and, Dave, like the other techicians, could have easily bailed and said I needed a new water heater. THIS COMPANY STOCKS PARTS for somewhat older hot water heaters. Mine was a 2009 model, although it was not installed until 2012. All I heard was "obselete" or the equivalent from the other plumbers. But, Matthew explained that they have "kits" to fix older water heaters and that is exactly what Dave did. Although I thought Dave was fantastic, I told him that I wanted some assurance that the pilot on the burner would not just go out (as it had been relit by another company twice) leaving me to very soon need to replace the hot water heater. He spoke to Alex and agreed that I would only pay for the basic diagnostic service call until we had a few days to test out the unit.
