We were living out of state and visited Michael at Great Floors for carpeting, LVP flooring and granite countertops. We were here one week and then gone for a month, before permanently moving to Olympia. A lot of communication, moving parts, changes and questions/answers were needed to complete this large project in a month's time. Not only is Michael delightful, but his attention to detail was unpresented. We felt he 'had it covered' every step of the way. Working with Michael and his assistant was simply a pleasure. The most important message we received from Michael was making sure we were happy with the service, products and results. In addition, he offered services over and beyond what was expected. Pricing was fair with him utilizing the 'best deal' for us and negotiating with the granite supplier. We come from big cities and noted it was refreshing to have such a positive experience. At the end of the day, the crew did a fantastic job cleaning up the site and putting away all tools and such so that we were still able to function during the renovation with little ones in the house. When I visited on…read more1/28/2025, Blaine who was in the middle of stocking plywood, stopped what he was doing, took the time to ask if I needed help, gave me great advice on selecting and finding the appropriate product and helped me pull an 85 lb sheet of plywood off the stack and load it onto my cart. My experience with Lansang was also great as she patiently helped me find the SKU for my plywood and sent me on with a smile. I would only surmise that the authentic customer service that I experienced is a direct reflection of the management team of this Lowes and I am greatly appreciative of this for someone who does much of the work on their own and frequents this location about once a month on average. The only time I was disapointed when coming to this store 6 times over the last 6 months was when all the 3/8 inch compression fit brass couplers were sold out, but that was sorta on me as the online stock did say there was a limited amount.
