Once I asked for a propane fill, I was directed to drop my tanks by the fill station just outside of the office to the left of the building. Once my tanks were filled up, I headed back in, paid for my propane and off I went. I appreciate the friendly and patient gentleman who helped me got me squared away with mindful intent. I noticed that there is clear abscence of propane refill reviews for this side of Lacey and I've always had great experiences with the Central Welding Supply in Seattle (4th Ave location) and figured I would drop by this location to see if I would get a similar customer experience. I was glad that I did. I am very well aware of the alternatives. I am not a fan of propane tank exchanges for numerous reasons at the big box store on the other side of the block. Nor am I a fan of going to the other locations where the employees give you the feeling that you're bothering them every time you ask for a propane fill.

I spoke with Darrel , owner. I told him I would pay the billed price for the auger motor which retails for $89.99. they need a profit margin which I understand. But they said nothing about a $350 service fee. Darrel states the customer should have asked.... first he offers a $100 discount then offers 50% discount to $315 and tells me do business elsewhere. I bought this stove from this business and have had them do all the service for over 30 years. NEVER AGAIN. Dishonest business/people.

No you can't help me because you don't want to help me. I had to go to DT Olympia to get this paint from a different Benjamin Moore dealer. I will NEVER take my business to Mallory Paint again.

Today, Saturday the 24th of July, I called to inquire about out order and learned this store is not even open on Saturday, and they don't even have a method to leave a message. WOW a new low in customer service at a time when stores should be busting their chops to deliver. I called the Seattle store and they told me it's a corporate policy to close stores on Saturday if the volume is not there! I could expect this type of penny pinching from a Mom and Pop store (and where ARE those Mom and Pop paint stores anyway?), but not from Rodda, which is owned by Cloverdale Paint of Canada - THE LARGEST PAINT manufacturer in Canada. I contacted regional supervisor Brian Tracy, 425-591-4166, by phone today and since he was "not in" I left a message just inquiring about the Lacey Store and that we would no longer be customers. I pop in maybe once a month and I always have a very good conversation with the lady or the man who run this store. They are very experienced in the hydroponics and indoor field. They can field questions and know what you're talking about. I've been here probably a dozen times and made a couple phones call to the store, all have been positive experiences. I also EXTREMELY appreciate that they've never tried to upsell me on anything and seem genuinely interested in helping me figure out what I need. Now this is a mom and pop's store, so it's not going to have Amazon's selection and there might be a couple friendly dogs running around.
