I feel that the staff at this location generally cares about customer service. When I visited on 1/28/2025, Blaine who was in the middle of stocking plywood, stopped what he was doing, took the time to ask if I needed help, gave me great advice on selecting and finding the appropriate product and helped me pull an 85 lb sheet of plywood off the stack and load it onto my cart. My experience with Lansang was also great as she patiently helped me find the SKU for my plywood and sent me on with a smile. I would only surmise that the authentic customer service that I experienced is a direct reflection of the management team of this Lowes and I am greatly appreciative of this for someone who does much of the work on their own and frequents this location about once a month on average. The only time I was disapointed when coming to this store 6 times over the last 6 months was when all the 3/8 inch compression fit brass couplers were sold out, but that was sorta on me as the online stock did say there was a limited amount. read more

Well, here I sit waiting for some tile I ordered aweek ago. I had to go to two stores because neither store stocked enough for a back splash job, which didn't make me super happy, but I was dealing with it. Came to the second store to pick up repurchased and pulled tiles....and they canceled my order. I told them I would pick up on 12/18 and was told that as long as I picked them up prior to 30 days, all would be okay. On 12/16, I received a phone call, and the caller ID showed Lowes, but I was painting and couldn't answer. Because I did not answer, they put the tiles back and refunded me. I may have gotten a notification, but to an email I don't use often. I show up today and have to wait for them to pull the order again. Of course, this never is a quick thing, and here I sit. I'll start out with say Tamra is inconsiderate unprofessional bitch. Went in to buy heating pellets and saw they had two different kinds and when I asked to buy the ones I wanted she argued with me trying to tell me there all the same, after a few minutes of trying to explain to her there not all the same she finally agreed to give me the product I asked for. Then I told her I was parked with trailer at the opposite end of loading zone and if I should pull up to gate in order to come in to the area Iv always been loaded at and she said yes, so I pulled up to unlocked gate and sat there for almost 15 minutes so I opened the gate and drove inside the loading area as I always have done as I was standing there waiting for her to get product off shelves she noticed me standing outside the gate, turned off the fork lift and told me to get out of the loading area that I wasn't supposed to be there and I asked so I have to leave my vehicle here unattended and she yelled back no take your truck and trailer and get it out of this area and that I wasn't suppose to be in that area and then said loading area is in front of the store. Well I have never been loaded in the front of the store where there is no parking for trails, lots of vehicles and people moving around, no signs telling you anything about no entry or loading area. After waiting almost 45 minutes she finally arrived with my product that was on a damaged pallet and instead of lifting and putting it in my trailer she slid it in and damaged the decking on my trailer and when I pointed it out she said there is nothing I can do about it no my fault pallet was damaged and as I was trying to talk to her she drove away. She was obviously having a bad day and taking it out on customers. If there not going to use the area on the side of the store for loading anymore they need to build an area and mark it, away from parked cars and enough room for trailers to park read more

2 stars because of the shining light above the BS from everyone else for our sales guy, 1 star for everything else that happened. Purchased 3 appliances. Informed of delivery date which was a few weeks. Day before, I call the store because I hadn't received a call with a time delivery window as the salesman told us. Lots of shuffling and putting on hold just to be told it would be another 3 weeks because they didn't do their job and get the items out of the warehouse in time. Items are finally delivered. The 2 delivery guys did their best, One didn't speak English at all and I wasn't sure the other one completely understood me. I had to ask them to level the dryer as one of the legs hadn't been brought out completely. They didn't remove any of the wrapping on the fridge, had to do it ourselves and also assemble the inside. Set-up of appliances meant full set-up. Scratched and dinged the garage wall and doorframe as well. 2 months later, Bosche fridge is falling apart. It took many calls to Lowe's and to Bosche to get the thing carted away and a refund on it and the extended warranty. No one would service the fridge and was told it was because where I live, which should have been known and stated as such at the time of sale. He had my address to set-up the delivery. Besides that, I had ordered blinds the same time I ordered the appliances. Appointment for the blinds expert to come to my home to measure the windows comes and no person, so I call them. After a few more calls, it is discovered that neither the blinds expert in their store nor anyone else she said she called were willing to come to my home for this service. Had to get a refund and go elsewhere. Came here two other times to play other things and was either told to go find it myself because they were busy by an employee or told they didn't know. read more

Any available carts in the store....nope! Hey it's summer, any stack outs of charcoal to make my trip easier...nope! Get told a vanity is one price by one of employee, then $40 more from another then ask for manager and could not get one to come! The employees all look miserable! The store culture has completely changed, absolutely no different than Depot. Need to use the bathroom, seen cleaner at truck stops? Plenty of clearance plants though...only because they don't get watered.... read more

i ordered a gas dryer online to replace a failed gas dryer and paid extra for installation. when it was delivered, the installer spoke no english and his partner had no idea they were supposed to install as well as deliver. clearly the installer had no certification for gas installation. turned out the dryer had a broken gas connector so back it went, next day, after 5 hrs of waiting, two new people showed up. again the installer had no english or certification. at the end of the visit i was informed that they were from a third party contractor--not employed by lowes. when i called the local lowes to complain about the process, poor service and unsafe practices, they hung up. many questions about ethics, legalities, fair labor practices. i won't do business here again. read more

As a new homeowner I'm here a lot and the employees are always very helpful and kind. Just today one lady went above and beyond helping me find an air pump for a flat wheel barrow wheel. And then the gentlemen (Jason?) checking everyone out at the pay kiosks was super gracious while simultaneously helping me look up my Lowe's rewards and a person next to me with a veterans discount, even with the man behind me who was being pretty verbally impatient. (even though there were literally three people total in line and he had to wait maybe 2 minutes...) That they are still able to be so zen after black Friday is a feat. I bought an extended warranty for my stove. I filed a claim as my oven was overheating and would not shut off unless we unplugged it-very dangerous! I filed a claim a few months BEFORE it expired. They said I would get an w-mail-did not happen! Called them again and by this time it had expired but the person on the phone said she saw that I did file a claim before it expired and again told me I would receive an email-again NOTHING!! Went through Thanksgiving and Christmas without an oven and have not heard from them. Wrote a letter to the store manager and of course, never heard a word!! Their advertising that they will take care of you is bullshit!! This also happened to my son's father-in-law. Don't buy appliances there if you expect them to be fixed if they break!! read more

They had it in the store, reserved to me, but it took 6 weeks! I never got the refrigerator. They stopped communicating with me, and I couldn't even check my order status online. Is there anything LESS THAN 1 star?? Because that's what Lowe's deserves. LESS THAN 1 STAR. You CANNOT COUNT ON LOWES. They don't ship in a timely manner, if you buy an appliance do not believe that they will call you in 24 hours (as promised, to schedule) to install, because they won't. EVEN THOUGH YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE. Furthermore, if you ever apply for any rebates be sure to wait nearly half a year and then some because your rebate will be "in process" for as long as they can not pay you your rebate. You can't call and get a hold of ANYONE at the store. We've literally, without exaggeration have called 10 times and held for about 30-45 minutes only to get continuously transferred to a department that just won't pick up. And when we finally got fed up and asked the person that kept transferring and transferring our phone calls she said "customers who are physically here are top priority." And you know what? If that we're true, I wouldn't have to spend MINIMUM 15 MINUTES IN PERSON looking for an associate as 99% of us do at these stores. So not only do you not matter as a customer when you call, you also don't matter when you're in person at the store and we all know that based on all of our experiences there. Save yourself the trouble and don't go to Lowe's, they are a big disappointment, a waste of time and they don't live up to their name. Unsatisfactory and unacceptable. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. read more

My person went into Lowes to pick up my online order and was told it was not available even though I got an email saying it was in. That was confusing. I went in a few days later and picked up my online order a d the item was available. I asked about the return policy and was told it was 72 hours because they were specialty items. I asked why they were specialty items and was told because they were ordered online. That did not sound right so I asked to speak to the manager. I had to wait a good while for the manager to come out. I spoke to the assistant manager Joey who said I have 90 days not 72 hours. I was happy with his explanation of the 90 day return policy, but now I don't trust employees at Lowes because they just guess rather than make sure they have the correct info for customers. By the way Joey is a very good looking young man. You should meet him if you are ever at the Martin Way store. read more

A fucking joke! Everytime my husband and I shop here its an issue. We waited hours last time for someone to cut wire for us, they asked US to take a lunch so they could go on their own lunch break. Today we bought a septic tank for over 2,000 dollars and asked for help loading it on our trailer, 2 men came out and thought they'd lift it in, clearly that didn't work. Waited almost 2hrs for help with a forklift and NOBODY showed! Not even to say they weren't coming to help. We ended up buying lumber and building a sled to get it in ourselves. If you plan on buy large or bulk items I dont recommend going to this store. They are not willing to help, and you are on their time, no care for their customers. And this is only 2 of my many complaints. Sadly I had to give a star to post, but otherwise I'd give 0! read more

Lowe's in Lacey has great products and good prices. What they don't have is rudimentary store/customer communication. Here's what happens: You find a sales guy who says, "The guy who "really knows" isn't there, but will be tommorrow. The next day, guy-who-knows is either (1) not there (2) working at another store or (3) didn't see the note left in the department. Guy Who Knows will never see that note. Notes always vanish., We finally connected with Guy-Who-Knows. He recommends an appliance but it has to be ordered. Days later, Lowe's says the shipment has arrived. Unfortunately, they can't determine which store got the shipment. We go to the store(s). Lucky on 3rd time. We're told delivery guys will call. They don't, but show up the next day. My advice: If the product is in the store and can immediately be loaded into your vehicle, go for it. Do Not Ever count on "The Guy Who Knows." read more

Recently I had the unfortunate experience to go to the Lowe's on Martin way East because it was in the immediate vicinity and had the displeasure of meeting up with Mark the head cashier of that store I advised the cashier at the self checkout that a product of which two cases and two of the same materials were side by side were $9.98 as shown in the photos and were ringing up at $17.98 I advised the cashier cheerfully about the discrepancy and she called Mark who refused to speak to me and he stated to her from far away for me to go take a picture with my phone so I did that and when I returned I was told that they were different item numbers and (Somebody) must have moved them. I again asked to speak to Mark who again refused to assist me so I went to him and he advised me again that they were short staffed (again) not my problem and that if I wanted the item I could pay what it was ringing up or Not and was dismissed ‍I have to say this is by far the worst customer service I have ever received.. Wow! Never going to set foot at this place again in life! Military, make sure you now register online for your discount. Yeah, instead of just getting it at the checkout counter like they have done for who knows how many years, you have to now register for a Lowe's account. When then at the counter they use your phone number to give you your military discount. Here's the good part. Anything you buy now (keep the receipt) when you register online for your military discount, will be refunded and put back on your card or however you paid. I usually do 90% of my hardware shopping at a smaller, "local store" on Olympia's west side. However, when I need selection to choose from, Lowe's is where I do my hardware and home maintenance supplies shopping. They usually carry 2 or three of the same thing, by different manufacturers. This allows price and feature comparisons. One small, but important to me, sidelight - there is another national chain / big box store near-by. I shop at Lowe's because the aisles are not cluttered and the lighting in bright, unlike the orange painted store, even though their prices are comparable. This feeling of openness improves the sales experience for me. read more

Very disappointed. Neighbor called today as her new Lowes $1,200 refrigerator was dropped off at her house. The delivery crew said they would not hook up the water which I can understand so I volunteered to do it for her. But to just to drop it off in the middle the kitchen and leave it without at least removing the plastic coating on the refrigerator is unacceptable. They even put the doorhandles on knowing that they would have to be removed to get all the plastic coating off. Took us close to an hour to remove all the inside packing and tape plus the outside coating. Then I had to get some tools so that I could level it since they didn't even bother to do that. This lady is in her upper 70s and lives by herself and this is the service that Lowes gives to their customers. Totally unacceptable! read more

The employee who sold me the item would not take responsibility for what happens to my order, she indicated to the other employee, who was trying to be helpful, that once she sells an item she has nothing to do with anything after that. Once the other lowes employee discovered my order after it was mislabled, I was told an incorrect delivery time from the delivery department. When trying to change delivery schedule, I kept being handed off to another department. After no resolution, I have to take time off work to be available for delivery. Frustrated and disappointed. I went to the store twice and both times I was the only one there doing curbside so clearly it wasn't as busy as they made it seem. Once I got my notification to come get my order 8 hours later I arrived and called the store 5 times. I never got an answer. I went into the store and watched the lady working the counter who knew I was there walk around touching the same things over and over in an attempt to just ignore me. This review is regarding Lowe's Maintenance Service. I purchased 3 major appliances Nov 16, 2019 and purchased 5-yr maintenance agreements on all 3. I was told that the extended agreements would begin when the manufacturer agreement ended. Not true. My real complaint is that now, 2+ years later, I can't get through to schedule a service call. In the last 2 days, I've spent 3 hours waiting on hold. The last call dropped after me waiting more than an hour. This is the worst and I've had it. They say they value our business? No they don't. If they did they would hire more people to answer the freaking phones. DON'T BUY ANY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FROM LOWES. You won't get any service because they won't answer their phone. Oh and get this.. The number to schedule a service appointment is the same number for their "Complaint Department". Do not purchase any major appliance from Lowe's.
