    First time turning on stove made popping sounds. After first service they found this burn in the back.

    Our purchase started out amazing. It was when there was a problem with the Jennair stove we bought and Jennair/whirlpool continued to tell me I would be getting a new stove. Long story short my stove could have burnt my house down. I was without a stove from Aug. To late November. I finally called McKinney's after no help from Jennair to get my new stove. I thought that they would be more helpful as they supported the product being sold at their store. When they finally got my new stove in the store I was told it could not be delivered for another 16 days after already having no stove for a number of months. Chris told me that he was sorry but he had had so many new customers that day to buy products that I was a few weeks out for delivery. I asked to talk to the owner. Chris told me he did not know his schedule and I would have to contact him myself. I said this was ridiculous and he told me it was not. I said I needed a new frig and based on the lack of support I was getting I would go through another store. He told me to go to another store. I called and talked to the owner who was nice and was able to get me on the schedule for the following Monday to have my stove delivered. I asked him if they could at least plug it in and make sure it did not make the popping noises the first one did and make sure it got to temperature. He assured me they would. Once they dropped it off that is all they did. They refused to plug it in to double check it worked this time around. I called to let the owner know. I have yet to hear back from him and it has been over a month. Jennair wrote me to let me know that the person who delivered would hook up and McKinney's told me they don't do that. So I was left with a new stove, but had to pay 2 times to get the down draft hooked up. McKinney's is a great store as long as nothing goes wrong with your appliance. The lack of customer service when something goes wrong is disappointing for a small family owned business and I guess it is back to the big box stores for me.

    Update: Hey Kari and Rob it wont let me message you back. Your guys said it was grease that came off the hinges. I wasn't home when they installed it and my husband let them in who works remotely and just let them do their thing so neither of us know how this came to be. I just know when I got off work my floors had these spots dried onto them and upon further inspection of the unit there are scratches on the side too. It doesn't look tracked in from a previous job, but like it dripped off the unit. Anyways I tried to send this to you over message, but it wouldn't let me send it on here. Here is added pics of the drips before I cleaned them up which to my relief did come up, but still not how I want to come home to grease stains on my floor new floors and my house left in a worse state after your guys had been there. Upon further inspection to realize they also installed a scratched unit I'm really upset. I noticed it last night upon my husband and I going over plans for the rest of the laundry room. He thought it was sticker residue he told me, but no it turns out it's actually scratches where the finish has been removed off the side. We paid $200 extra to get this finish and we were sent a damaged product. I'm really upset to see not only was my house not left in the state it was in when they arrived, but they installed a damaged unit and left it all this way. My husband or I will be calling you to follow up on this as soon as we can because this is not acceptable to me and we paid for a new unit and being sent a scratched washer when we paid full price does not seem fair to me as a paying customer. It's honestly a bigger headache for me to even address from here, but I do want it made right because it seems really unfair to be sent the unit when it has already been damaged.

    Jeff was very helpful would recommend McKinney's Kitchen Aid not a direct replacement vent path had to be re routed but placement was adequate Oven temp had to be calibrated and 4 prong plug can be changed you void warranty though

    Awesome GE oven purchase.

    This business might be a scam. They have come out to fix our refrigerator twice - and no complaints…read morethere. But - the same problem persisted weeks after the second fix. I tried calling - left a message. Again, left a message. Left another. Then my wife. Then me again. No call back. So - I was frustrated and scheduled an appointment. I didn't get any confirmation, so I called again and got the answering machine. I called back from a 503 number and low and behold, I finally talk to someone. They said that I have an appointment (tomorrow at 1PM). I saw something like - 'I must have missed the confirmation message' but there was none. The next day transpires and it is a no-call no-show. It is the absolute worst customer service I have ever had. I left a final message saying it seems like you are screening your calls and not responding to me for what I can only think is you don't want to have to fix the repair you made that did t work. Then my wife started calling again and again... got someone that said they would 'transfer her to accounting' -- HAHA! There is no 'accounting department' - what a scam. I just can't believe you were just so bad at every aspect and interaction. All the calls, the messages unreturned, no confirmation for the visit, the no-call no-show, how easy it was to get a hold of you from a different 503 number, and then the lie about the accounting department. How are you even in business?

    Wholeheartedly recommend! My 10 year old Samsung dryer suddenly stopped working. Was able to…read moreschedule online in a couple of minutes, and they came within 2 days. Quick diagnosis (broken belt), quick repair and reasonable price (total after tax $300.00). New machine would have been $900.00. 5 year warranty on the job. Nice guys, tidy, vacuumed everything up, gave me advice on how to avoid repairs with my washing machine too. In and out in no time. They also repaired my gas stove a couple of years ago with no fuss. Thanks much!
