Chad Berry was very responsive to our text for service to our Samsung dryer. While he does not work weekends (and we called on Friday afternoon), he fit us in for first thing on Monday. Based on my description and his experience, he diagnosed the issue over the phone (and he was 100% correct). He called ahead and confirmed his arrival the day of service. He was friendly and congenial, brought a towel to wipe up the dust in the dryer casing, worked quickly and answered all of mine and my husband's questions about the current issue, and any future problems this specific unit might have. Berry was good with phone response and working within our timeframe. Trouble is, after we explained the exact situation with our dishwasher door, he brought only half the parts. The same exact repair he councils a customer about on his facebook site. The door still falls to the floor the way it did before his $263.07 bill and 35 minutes of absolute non-repair. My Saumsung dryer went out earlier this week (not heating). After searching appliance repair - which is difficult given that we are under the "Stay at home" orders due to COVID-19 - I found Berry's appliance. Chad got back to me quickly, and scheduled for two days later (I live a bit out there so it was a drive). He showed up when promised, and got right to work. He checked the fuse and thermometers - both good - but the heating element itself was bad. He got the work done quickly, and worked with me to identify some of the issues that led to it. While he was fixing the element, I was vacuuming out the dryer - our vent hose had failed and for a while we ran it without one. All told, he was here for about a half hour, on a repair that would have taken me several hours. He checked to ensure the dryer worked before he left. I now know who to call for this type of repair, and he said he does "all major appliances" so it is something to keep in mind. I highly recommend him. read more

Chad is great! We were having wash machine issues and were debating repairing the current one, or buying a new machine. Chad came out, (called when he was on his way and arrived on time as promised), and looked into the issue with the old machine. His assessment after checking the unit was that a replacement would be the best course. He recommended a reconditioned machine from a local dealer and only charged $75 flat fee for the service call. The peace of mind knowing if the replacement was the best course instead of trying to repair the current machine was worth the money. I have used Berry's Appliance Repair twice now and have been completely satisfied both times. Last week I called Chad about my stove and broiler not heating up. He was able to fit us into his schedule the same week! No oven is a REALLY bad thing in my house! We thought he would have to remove and send in the control panel to have fried circuits replaced. I took my own advice -- "Call Chad" -- when our refrigerator water dispenser stopped working. He quickly figured out that the water line in the back of the fridge had frozen so that no water could get through. After a dose of his heat gun, were getting drinking water again. I bought a Samsung washer and dryer set almost 5 yrs ago and after 2 1/2 yrs the dryer went out. Didn't have a warranty on it so I just used the washer and either hung dry my clothes or took my clothes to the laundry mat. Called Chad on Saturday, made an appointment for Tuesday 9:00 AM. Dryer quit working. Tuesday at 8:00 Chad called and asked if he could come early, at 8:30. That was fine with us.
