About 14 months after the initial cleaning, an appliance repair company discovered a brush was lodged in the dryer duct. When I called Capitol to address the stuck brush, they denied responsibility for it. They gave excuses for why their air-hose method had not removed it, and were unwilling to do anything about it except charge me for another cleaning. Regardless of whether they left the brush there, it's clear their service did not remove it. In my view, a professional cleaning should have included removing any obstructions like this. It's pathetic that the appliance repair company discovered the probelm that the duct cleaning professionals had missed. I reluctantly made an appointment for another cleaning. The office representative said a manager would call me to discuss the situation. The manager never called. I waited for the technician, who never arrived. When I called to follow up, the office girl told me that she had canceled the appointment, which she did without notifying me. I made another appointment, again agreeing to pay for another cleaning. I sent them a photo of the brush stuck in the vent under the porch, along with details about the tight access (roughly 10 feet in with no crawlspace), and ask them to confirm that they could remove the brush at the agreed price. They did not reply to my email. When I called, the girl in the office assured me that she had seen the email and the photo, and that they could remove the brush for the quoted price. Great, but would it have killed them to acknowledge the email? After waiting two weeks for the appointment, the technicians arrived today--90 minutes early, when I was not ready for them. They had no idea they were there to remove a stuck brush. After wasting about 15 minutes of my time while I was supposed to be working, they determined they could not remove the brush. I told them I would be going with another company and asked them to leave. From start to finish, this company didn't do a single thing they said they were going to do. I don't intend to deal with them again.

It was bumped up against a copper wire and literally melting. He quickly repaired that, explaining as he went along. Discovered some other glitches and needed to come back a second time, in 2 days with an ordered part that he replaced. Now the heater is working correctly and that was well worth the money. I liked the office staff and their excellent communication skills. Highly recommend their service.

I know the compressor.is working. The compressor run for 30 second and shut down wait for 2 minutes will start again and it shut down after 30 seconds, and it has good pressure inside the compressor. I paid $130 for that useless system diagnosis report. I have another guy come to check. The guy went up to attic, then he find that wet sensor is dead. That is the problem, $60 fixed. They came and repaired my garbage disposal, and because the repair was so simple (stuck piece of old plastic), they did not want to charge me the full price. This was such an honest gesture. I was fortunate that my house was only 60F inside but my pets were cold, and they couldn't just put on a sweater all day. Their technicians (Dale and apprentice) colluded with the landlord of the home to provide a report saying that there was no HVAC cleaning necessary, and no safety hazards in the home. I have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and have been very ill in this home. I provided the company with my doctor's accommodation letters that I also provided my landlords, stating that I must have the dust removed from the home in order to reside in the home safely. And because the homeowner is their client, this company created a false report and refused to hear pr address legitimate safety concerns. Highly unethical company. Clearly just in it for the money. Avoid at all costs!

During a real heat wave I honestly couldn't believe he got the parts so fast. Ben and his crew worked until 2am to install our nee heat pump.
