Best boba ever? The tapioca here is sooooo good I used to drive all the way from Augusta just to get it. Sushi is super fresh- very soft and good. OK prices, expensive but what sushi isn't. I personally prefer this place over the other sushi in the area. Service is nice, it's never been too crowded for me and I always leave happy :)

A fabulous dining experience the service was incredible. The people were so friendly and so accommodating. The food is just heavenly. Eddie from Kansas

Boba made w/ real tea, not the fake artificial-tasting stuff that's pumped w/ sugary syrup. And they have crystal boba!

The BEST boba shop in MidCoast. They use real tea & real fruit, not artificially-flavored crap. Get the cheese foam topping...it's essentially a light whipped cream that tastes like cheesecake. It's way better than the translation sounds. You'll thank me later. Many flavors to choose & they have crystal boba which is major. The sushi is also quite good. Service is wonderful & lovely decor.

This place is decent if you're local to Brunswick to itch that Japanese craving. Loads of ramen, small bites, sushi, bowls, boba. Ordered Oreo cheese drink that had this lightly whip cheese that paired well with oreo, fun as a dessert drink Rolls were huge and often broke in half but still quite good. Eel was a little fatty, avocado was fresh. Again, a decent spot with friendly service.

Ordered takeout online on my way to Brunswick. Watami called me shortly after submitting the order to confirm I understood one of the items ordered was raw fish on rice and not sushi. My husband did know this but we were very appreciative for the call to confirm. Conveniently while on the phone, we asked for them to wait to prepare our order as we were still 25 minutes out. They agreed happily. Watami is located in the old Pedro O'Hara location which is down a set of stairs. There's a large free parking lot directly adjacent so no driving around trying to find a parking spot. We parked, ran in, paid and were back at the car in 5 minutes. The space and decor was nice. I'd definitely return for a dine in experience. The food was nicely presented in the takeout containers. The avocado salad was absolutely the star. If you like a lot of avocado, this is the salad for you. Everything else was delicious and fresh as well. We wished we had ordered more!

For food, we ordered a rice bowl with pork sausage and a noodle bowl (with lobster and clams). Don't remember the names. Both were absolutely fantastic. The flavor profiles are just incredible. The earl gray had a great flavor topped with an excellent syrup while the honey was mild and the chocolate shell didn't add anything, although the 'honeycomb' bits were delic. Crispy eggplant special - good, very small portion Pork katsu sandwich - pretty solid, interesting pickle Pad mee korat - good, small portion Value: Aside from the soft serve, the portions were very small for ~$17 price point, and the food was good but aside from the earl gray soft serve, didn't amaze to the point of paying a higher price point. We showed up with a small line waiting to get in/pick up orders. Once inside we waited a little bit for the staff to arrive to greet us, once they did we were told it would be a wait for a table or could sit at the kitchen bar right away. We snagged the two furthest bar seats with a slight peak into the kitchen watching food being prepared. They had QR codes around for you to scan to pull up the menu. Overall it's a small space as well as being a thin and narrow space. Be ready for a possible wait for a spot to open up. To start off we grabbed some cocktails, my wife got their Shiso Lucky (Roku Gin, shiso, lime) and I got Kochi Sunset (Shochu, yuzu, blood orange). Also for a starter we decided to have the Lobster Buns. Cocktails were great and well made. The lobster buns were a fantastic unique way of enjoying lobster. My wife did find the texture of the bun to be not ideal but overall enjoyed it. Entree wise we both decided on the duck ramen. We both enjoyed it very much, my wife could have done without the menma (fermented bamboo shoots). I wish it had more duck in it honestly. The duck was extremely tasty in both the normal meat and meatball. For our return eventually we will both likely try a different ramen to branch out. Overall a pretty solid overall experience. Some small changes could make me change it to a five star from my current four. It certainly fulfilled the ramen craving and I could see this being a no -brainer for stopping at during the brutal winters Maine has.
