And like most sushi places, when you become a regular, you get the choicest cuts and other fringe benefits like extra pieces or on the house pieces. The food is so so. It's a convenient location. I've dined in once which was good service. But this is the second time I have ordered sushi rolls for take out and man are they CHEAP on the soy sauce packets! I spent a little over $30 for 3 rolls and when I asked if I could get two plastic to go sauce cups for soy sauce they said no because they already have me packets.....they gave me 3 with no chop sticks! I don't know about everyone else but for 3 rolls and $30+ later I think good customer service would to not be so stingy on what they provide. I asked for some more and the lady was annoyed that i even asked and only gave me 2 more. If there's an extra charge I would be happy to pay it so everyone can actually enjoy their meal. My VERY diverse family stopped in while visiting grandma and the couple at this restaurant went out of there way to make sure that we all got the food we wanted. They even cooked up some teriyaki tofu that wasn't on the menu and that they were making for the first time. Everything was delicious. Going back again next time we are in town. read more

Terrible service. My boyfriend, my son and I went here for our first visit. It was vertu slow and wet were the only table in there ordering. They brought out 2 out of 3 meals we ordered. Waited for over 5-10 min for our 3rd meal and finally asked if it was coming out and the quiet said he "forgot" but would bring it right out. We said no as we did not want it. I think this place is awesome. I come from Seattle because he gets some very fresh fish...freshest in town for sure. Now, the rolls are not super fancy or Americanized. They are traditional rolls. But, they are excellent and his prices are reasonable. If you love sushi and sashimi and like to maybe add a roll in, you will love this place. The sea urchin is wonderful. I actually love Wasabi Factory. When I first ordered sushi from here, I was a little bit disappointed to find that pico de Gallo was sprinkled on top of my tempura sushis. I didn't find it appealing at first although now I actually kind of like it. Part of me does wish that Wasabi Factory did have a happy hour sushi, but the lunch specials are pretty decent. Also I think you get more sushi in comparison to other sushi joints in Everett for the price. Their bentos are pretty good, as I've always picked sushi as one of my two choices and I prefer the yakiniku beef. We once ordered the vegetable tempura with it but didn't like that a lot of the vegetables are startchy vegetables. They are fairly quick and very nice, which is part of the reason why I like Wasabi Factory. I do wish this place was a little bit cheaper, but again, the lunch is great. read more

I went here with a group of 8 people and all the dishes were good. We ordered rolls, mussels, poke, ramen, bento boxes, and sashimi. The sashimi and poke were fresh with great texture. Finally decided to stop by this place after hearing about it, driving by it, and literally living within 3 minutes driving time of it. Firstly, the decor is nice and the bar area is pretty cool. Music is pretty loud but that's ok, not overly loud where you can't hear your s/o. My girl and I walked in after another couple and we were promptly seated. There were only 4 of us in the restaurant so the service was pretty attentive. Secondly, the waitress seemed anxious. I'd assume she was new or something because she couldn't answer some simple questions I had about the menu and was hesitant with some things. She didn't pretend to be nice/friendly either... :/ The chef was cool though. We ordered 3 things and initially got 2, Hawaiian and Kamakazi. Being silly, we were looking back and forth at the menu and we kept questioning if those two rolls on the side were two different things or just one roll split. As we were almost done, we concluded that it was indeed one roll split (Kamakazi) and we didn't get our Crazy Sashimi roll.. We got just our Hawaiian roll and Kamakazi. The chef was cool about it and the waitress was kind of 'eh' for lack of better words haha. Hot sake was good, food was good and flavorful and the quality was fresh. Larger pieces. Good spot to go to if you want sushi after 9. (They close at 10 and 11 on weekends I think). I want to like them more and give another star, but I'd have to try more stuff off their menu and maybe have a different waitress... I really like this place, not my favorite but it's definitely up there! The dynamite roll is so good! But super rich so I like to pair it with nigiri or a more plain roll. The lion king is A-mazing! Again super rich! Love that they have happy hour and there's a good variety of foods on the menu. There's something for those who aren't exactly sushi lovers, as well as some items that are great for experimenters! Bring your iPhones so you can google! Came to this restaurant with a party of 4. We ordered a variety of dishes. My husband wanted teriyaki and sushi. What arrived was microwaved left over teriyaki. When we brought this to the attention of our waiter he hardly spoke English reheated the teriyaki again which was not fresh. We have been patrons of Wasabi Factory for quite a few years, but recently the Sashimi California plate lacked flavor and rolls a bit too firm and cold. I expect tuna to melt like butter in your mouth, and this lacked texture and taste. The teriyaki chicken was undercooked as well. We will continue to go here as the service is top notch, but for the price, I'd expect flavorful and properly cooked meals. read more

This place is the place for me to go when I crave for sushi. Their sushi always fresh. I also love their appetizers and especially their "special ice cream." I would say service is great, but I think due to their limited English, they could not talk very much or understand very well. To satisfy a sushi craving or just some good old japanese food, the Lunch bento specials are a good value. Usually I get the Chicken Teriyaki bento which comes with miso soup, tempura, salad, and california roll. Sushi can be a bit expensive, but the quality justifies it. You pay for what you get. Since I will not be going back, I will never be able to give a review for the quality of their sushi which is a damn shame because I had a craving for sushi last night that if quenched... would have made me a very happy camper and a WEEKLY repeat customer, possibly for life. My 1 star review is for the complete lack of hospitality we received when we attempted to enter this location last night at approximately 9:40 PM, 20 minutes before they stop seating. We were greeted and told they were closed... Even though they were clearly not closed. More a case of the server/bartender wanted to go home and refused us service and seats even though the sign on the door said they close at 10 PM. The door wasn't locked, the open sign wasn't off, and I will not be coming back. EVER. *It should be noted this incident occurred about a month ago. I only logged into Yelp now to be informed that I never finished my review. Looking for sushi tonight and still not going back to this unfriendly joke of a late night hotspot. read more

I'm not sure if we'll be back. We ordered spicy tuna rolls and Seattle rolls. The Seattle rolls were pretty good but the spicy tuna was really fishy like it wasn't fresh. None of our rolls were very cold and they didn't hold together well either. Maybe it was just an off day but room temp, extra fishy tasting sushi is something I don't want to experience again. My best friend at work recommended me this place & I love it! It's a bit pricey but it's soooo good! The Lion King & the Spider rolls are my absolute favourite. They're so big & they're always fresh. I don't recommend their calamari tho, it was very oily & the breading was too thick; no bueno. I mostly get take out orders & they're usually pretty quick. But even for being everett this place is out in the middle of no where! Pros: Happy Hour is cheap, Full Selection, Good food presentation, great alcohol selection and easy to get a seat (when i was there at least). Cons: Over sauced, the more you put on it doesn't necessarily mean the better you get. Service was mediocre (and that is being generous) abd slow! Even though we were one of the few groups in there, it was later in the evening, the service still wasn't that great. The sushi chef kind of had the get the heck out I want to go home look.... not a fun atmosphere to eat in. Speaking from having been here numerous times over the course of 3 years, and then taking a hiatus as I lost my sushi in crime partner, I still believe that this is one of the better sushi restaurants in the Everett area. Please understand the "Everett" area. There are always going to be better/higher end sushi restaurants, but nothing comes close to the technique and the taste that the chef puts into his technique. I arrived today, and only had a 30 minute lunch. I seated myself, and was promptly given a menu and my drink order was taken. Within 3 minutes, I made my selections (Hawaiian sushi roll, and the California roll). Both for comparison to past visits and to try something new. My meal was delivered within 10 minutes, and looked outstanding. The California roll tasted like any other California roll. The rice was not super sticky to keep it together, but I also needed to refresh myself with the use of chopsticks, so I take 1/2 blame for the not staying together for the first 4 rolls. The rest of the 4 rolls after getting used to holding the chopsticks stayed together beautifully. The Hawaiian roll was superb and held great flavor. I am not sure what the sauce is that the chef uses for the Hawaiian roll, but it gave it great taste and mix it with a little wasabi sauce and soy sauce, and it's a phenomenal dish. Overall, I give 4 stars as I wish the chef was as more enthusiastic as he used to be. The past 2 times I've been in he's been more quiet and he used to be outgoing and so much fun. If you're in the area and looking for a good sushi/bento box place, I'd highly recommend this area. Parking is a little tough at times, but again it's worth it for a short drive from work in this area for a great fresh sushi meal. read more

I live very close to this amazing resturant, and sure glad I do. I've been gorging on sushi from the first week this place opened til now! If you like sushi, you will LOVE this place. I've been to many a sushi joints, and this is my absolute fave. The only thing I don't really like is the fact that they don't play underground hip hop like they use to when it first opened! Unless I jus thavent been going on the nights they do. I'm not going to give Wasabi Factory one less star because of it though, The food is great! Look I dont know what they put in the sushi rolls (other than the ingredients specified on the menu) but for some reason it just tastes soooo much better than other places. Keep it up! read more
