Really wanted to love this restaurant. Reviews are fantastic, but our experience fell far short. Believe it or not, we visited on a very slow Monday evening, and we felt as if our waitress could care less if we were there. Had to ask to hear about any specials; planned to order a bottle of wine, but the list was limited to grocery store brands; and waited for our waitress until our meal was practically finished to order a second cocktail. Unfortunately the gnocchi with short rib ragu was mediocre (ragu yum--but gnocchi inedible). Husband's ribeye was quite well done instead of medium--no sense waiting for the waitress to ask about the temperature. Saddest of all, after returning the menu to our waitress politely commenting that the wine list was disappointing and declining to order, we were never offered an actual wine list which we realized was sitting at the hostess stand as we walked out the door. read more

Had brunch here the other day and loved it! Breakfast burrito was very flavorful and filling. The real star of the show was the chicken and chive waffles. Wow the waffle was amazing! (Unfortunately forgot to take a picture). The hangover burger was also ordered and a bit much for my taste. Also, the service was great! Not the place to go on a holiday. Thanksgiving 5:30 reservations but not seated until 6 only to be told they were out of 3 side dishes and one main dish. It was a prefixe dinner and they called to confirm 2 days prior. They were not prepared. Turkey was tough and undercooked. Out of Stuffing!!!! Out of Sweet Potatoes!! Mac and Cheese dry. Asparagus undercooked. All around bad meal and really disappointed us. read more

The Warren is very nice. The inside area of the restaurant is very well done. However, the outside area which has plenty of room is lighted like a football stadium. Whatever designer they used should seek another profession. It cannot cost that much to put dimmers or hanging lights in because the atmosphere is not that good. Our waiter was like a Carny. He would not shut up & was constantly over explaining our choices. The good news is the food was very good. Large portions. The bad news is the Warren is very expensive. Would we go back? Went for dinner. When you first enter you are impressed by architecture, clean modern. The outside part of the restaurant is bright an airy, comfortable. Now you enter into the inside part of the restaurant which seems to have a not well lit and lit side.the bar is excellent but a bit small. Excellent choices of bourbon, rye, whiskeys and many white liquors. The service is excellent. The downfall is the average food/ taste and presentation. It should be noted we had the shareables no dinner. The octopus is very basic and very average. The beef tips were overcooked and tough, the cauliflower was a roasted head - bland. I visited to this new Naples restaurant recently and frankly it was very disappointing. The decor is upscale and the owners obviously put a lot of time and money in to constructing the restaurant. Sadly the layout doesn't work. I'm not overstating when I say it is the loudest restaurant I've ever been to. We immediately asked to be seated outside, which was much quieter and nicely set up. We started with oysters and they were excellent. Somewhat pricey, but worth it. However, the main courses left a lot to be desired. My date ordered a Caesar salad with salmon and I ordered a seafood/pasta dish. The lettuce was wilted and the salmon was burned which should have been obvious to the server. I ordered a seafood pasta dish that was awful. It came in a brown, gravy-like sauce which did not compliment the seafood. The dish had a very small piece of tough lobster, two or three scallops and no shrimp that I could find-although it was supposed to contain shrimp. We sent the dishes back and ordered oysters again, and again they were excellent. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. The restaurant is very expensive; the food is-for the most part-third rate; and the noise level is off the charts. We both decided that this will be our first and last visit to Warren. read more

Tonight we decided to eat at The Warren for our first anniversary and we weren't disappointed. The food was perfect - Lamb Chops, Ribs, Sirloin Tips, and Cauliflower Rice. Went to Warren from a recommendation, and we were not disappointed. Asst. Manager Dan was extremely helpful is seating us in a great spot outdoors. The food was outstanding. We decided to go with 3 appetizers (shareables). The Mussels were unbelievable; large size and plenty of them, cooked in a wine butter sauce, and included sweet sausage, served with crostini. We also had the Lobster Mac & Cheese, which was huge (a meal in itself) and very flavorful, as well as the fried chicken sandwich, which was very moist, and the fries were excellent. For dessert, we had the Chocolate Cake, a multi-layered cylinder with 3 or 4 different chocolates, and the bread pudding, moist without being over-drenched. The service was good, but they're still working out a few kinks since they opened only a few weeks ago. They have a fine selection of wines and Top-Shelf Whiskey. We ate outside in a little bit of a chill, but the heaters kept us very comfortable. All in all, is was a great experience, and Warren is a welcomed addition to the Naples restaurant scene. Beautiful ambiance. Amazing bar full of whiskeys, bourbons and the like. They have a nice selection of beer, wine and cocktails. We only ordered the cauliflower to share but it did not disappoint! Attended a wine tasting event with a friend this evening, which was well worth the money. The Pours - there were 5, were generous. Prices on the wine, if you chose to purchase, was a steal. After, we went to the bar and had dinner. Lobster Mac & Cheese, Seafood Bolognese and Bread Service. Prices were spot on. Lobster Mac & Cheese - chunks of lobster, not every bite, but a majority, great portion size. Bread service, you pay everywhere now - was worth the $11. An entire hot, fresh loaf. We had two others join our table and I still came home with 3 large slices. The Bolognese was generous with 2 scallops, 4 shrimp, 1/2 a Maine Lobster. Again, generous portion size. I would give a 4.5, but it won't allow, so I will say - only negative, Bolognese was not salted, and the Lobster was a tad over done. Once I added salt, it was delish. Fresh tomatoes - nice texture to the sauce. Service was quick - friendly and atmosphere was great. Will go again - read more

The food served was very good, it was not always what was ordered. The drinks were slow to come, the wrong appetizer was so slow to come we decided to keep it. A second unordered set of drinks arrived after a while, total chaos and lack of communication amongst the staff. The noise was deafening. This place is newer and is a mess. I was really hoping the Warren would become one of our new go-to places. The reviews were positive and the menu looked good. Sadly, our first trip turned out not so well. Our party of 6 arrived a little early for our 6:45 reservation and went to the bar for a drink. The bar itself is very nice but it was very difficult to get a bartender to take the order. Once he did I was shocked that a "whiskey bar" doesn't have any Canadian whiskey -"yet". Really? Two months after opening , Crown Royal is on their bar menu and they don't have any?? We were seated promptly and things seemed to be going well but then went downhill when our server became inattentive. Long story short, the subsequent drinks we ordered took forever as did the entrees-which arrived cold. The "good news" is that word got back to the GM that we were very unhappy campers who was very apologetic and comped our ENTIRE tab. I can't remember the last time that happened and give him and his restaurant high credit for standing up to their mistakes. Of course, we would rather have had things go the way we hoped and paid the check. This review would have been 1 star but for management's "stand up" behavior so they got 2 stars. What a disappointment Service sells and had they executed it, it probably wouldn't have been bad. For starters, the servers have no clue which table is which. Whatever they did or didn't do to educate and train serving to get the tables correct, they need to revisit. Food, was OK, I'll give them that but nothing to die for. Our server specifically, though nice, was very confused and slow. Ordered dessert, which after 45 minutes never came and the server, never even came to address it even after 30 minutes i told her it didn't come, it still never came after she knew it wasn't brought to us. Asked kindly for the check after the near hour wait for it and still she took 20 minutes to return with the check because supposedly the printer was out of paper. Oh, and the lighting. If you go here, do not sit outside of ambience is important to you. It's as bright as a chow hall and they can't dim the lights so even at 9pm it's like broad daylight. Not at all appealing. And they allow dogs on the patio for dinner. Brunch, I can see but this portrayed caliber of restaurant should not allow pets on the patio during dinner hours. And I love dogs, just being frank, it's unappealing. Be better. I get it you been open a month but that's inexcusable. Through all of this, not one visit from a management caliber person either. I'm a hospitality executive and expect the highest of service being in the industry. This place has a ways to go. read more

Had dinner there last night. Beautiful restaurant. Seated promptly. We ordered some drinks, Manhattans, and was told by the server that the drinks may come without cherries because they were low on cherries. Really? You're a bourbon bar and you don't have cherries? Not to mention the prices, and you don't have cherries? Well, we did get cherries, but it soured the beginning of the night. Service was slow. We asked for a wine menu, never received it. The server told us the SA's (server assistants) did not show up for work. (Please don't tell me the problems.) The entrees were just okay and lukewarm to cold. We had to send one entree back because it was cold/undercooked. The server was nice, but clearly overwhelmed. The manager comped our whole check. I know they're new ,so I'll give them a pass. I had dinner last Thursday at the Warren. We arrived at 7 for a 7 o'clock reservation. There were 6 people at the host station and they did not have reservations and were seated before us. When we were seated waitress did not approach us for about 10 minutes. It felt like a long time. When she did arrive she was engaged and service was good. Food was also very good. The only thing I found really disturbing was while we were eating a man in a suit came with a spray bottle of cleaner and sprayed the table next to us while we were eating. I could smell the chemical. It is a big pet peeve of mine. Not sure if he was a manager or a host? I will return but will eat at the bar. Also it is really loud. Go early or late. read more

I stopped in last night for a quick bite to check out this new establishment. I was surprised as to how busy this place was as the location is a bit off the main Downtown area drag. The decor is stunning, all staff I encountered were friendly and professional in appearance. I found one empty seat at the main bar and was quickly greeted by a gentleman who called himself Double D - very nice, quick on the trigger with asking what I wanted to drink and provided me with an impressive drink and food menu and excellent service throughout my stay. The bar staff seemed to be trained to help eachother as everyone pitched in to make sure my water was kept full and my needs were met. I ordered the Brussel Sprouts Salad with chicken, absolutely delicious. Upon completion of my meal, I stopped by the restroom, equipped with a friendly attendant. This is a new spot in Naples' design district, and I've already been 3x and will be back 100's more. I should preface with saying I'm a BIG bourbon dude, and one thing that's always sucked about Naples is their lack of bourbon around town and the extreme overpricing it brings with it. This was an absolute wet dream for me. 700-1000 whiskies to choose from. Pappy 10 priced at only 50 an ounce? When you can find it here, it's usually over 100. The restaurant itself is absolutely breathtaking. True craftsmanship at its finest, and it's centerpiece is hands down their bar with a library of spirits. I will also say, this town tends to get boring with wine (gf and mother are big wine heads) and the lists around town get repetitive and boring. When I first saw the list I was impressed to see many wines I haven't seen a lot around town. Refreshing to say the least. One of the bartenders (who I will get to in a minute) informed me their beverage director, Jessica is the main culprit behind this list and all I can say is bravo! Now, the bartender/s. I've seen, what I believe, to be most of their line up, but I have to speak on one in particular cause I've had him 2 out of my 3x. He goes by B.C. Which was a new one for me. This guy is not just awesome to talk to, he's also fun to watch. The time I came for lunch he was alittle clunky, but he was also doing alot of prep work around the bar too for their dinner service that night so I didn't think much of it. However the night I came to dinner and sat at the bar, he was bad ass, and looked to be right in his element. There were two guys and two girls working the bar that night. Both dudes seemed to know their stuff, while the girls looked alittle new and panicked. I watched BC make drinks, sometimes 3-4 at a time, and then he'd scan the entire bar/bar area for the next thing to do and BOOM right to it. He was making drinks other bartenders were yelling at him too which I found impressive. I've been around town trying to sell clients on this beautiful place called Naples, so I've seen a lot of bartenders. I've seen faster than him, and I've met funnier than him, however, someone that's as complete as him? He might take the cake. He carried that crew that night and it showed to both myself and the two folks next to me. I remember when I used to play baseball back in the day and I would get into these zones where the strike zone seemed huge to me, and I was unstoppable. That's what it looked like watching him behind the bar that night. The third time I actually sat at a table with some friends and family and we had a sever Brandon. Huge beard that I was jealous of. Dude knew the menu like the back of his hand. My mom was blown away by that. His service was top notch, and anytime I plan to sit in the dining area he's gonna be THE guy I ask for. Lastly the food itself is effing amazing. I've had the sea bass, and the damn good burger and both were off the chain. All the apps I've sampled have been top notch too. Excellent all the way around. I had two managers stop at my table that both were super friendly, and hospitable. I'm totally blown away by this new spot, as Naples has nothing even close to it to offer. Especially if you like whiskey. Do yourself a favor and go see BC at the bar or my guy Brandon at a table, you won't be disappointed. read more

My husband and I went in to sample the Warren for lunch before our upcoming dinner reservation a week and a half later. It was outstanding - top notch - we split the chopped salad and shareable ribs - and could not stop talking about how fabulous the meal was. Robert the bartender was full service and we asked him to tell the chef how wonderful everything was. Next thing you know the chef , Rich Achaia, who is outstanding, comes out to greet us. I cant give this restaurant a high enough rating - I made our anniversary dinner reservation and brunch reservation to bring friends at the same time.
