I cracked my iPhone screen pretty badly and needed it fixed. He warranties his work for the lifetime of the phone. The screen isn't from apple but I haven't had any issues so far. My daughter and I visited the office and were greeted by Abdullah. There was another customer before me so I was listening to his conversation with that customer. Abdullah is very knowledgeable and he quickly diagnosed the issue on the phone for that customer. This gives me a lot more confident that I picked the right place. Once Abdullah was ready for my daughter, we explained the issue and Abdullah quickly plugged it in ( phone was out of charge) tested and informed that the way it was charging, there might be other issues but he will do more test to confirm. We called Abdullah just shy of an hour and was informed that he was finishing the repair. After we arrived, Abdullah greeted us and informed that the issue is just the screen and he had not observed any other issue on other components. He informed that there was water ingress inside the phone which confirmed my research on iPhone 14 tend to have moisture issues that cause screen issues. My daughter's phone look great and worked just like before! Overall, the experience was top notch and Abdullah is professional, courteous, and straight to the point. Unfortunately one of the parts wasn't working properly when it came in, but that was not due to anything Daniel did,but was the fault of the place the part came from. Daniel reordered the part and then repaired it again from scratch. Two weeks later, today in fact I noticed that the cover was not closing flat on my computer so I took it in to him today. Long story short, I dropped my laptop awhile back that caused minor damage where I was able to just…read morepop the pieces back together. Fast forward to about a month ago where I closed my laptop lid and CRACK - something happens where basically the bezel, back over, and hinge gets damaged to the point where it looks like I ripped it apart when I open my laptop back up. Tried to fix it and somehow made it worse by messing up the screen and man, I've done my fair share of taking computers apart before but I wasn't going to mess with my laptop after this series of unfortunate events. His quote was reasonable in comparison to the cost of a brand new laptop and now that I've had it back for a couple weeks; I can honestly say it feels brand new.
