Fast WIFI! Yes! We've had so many problems with WiFi. Spots in our home where it wasn't strong. Spots where it went in and out. We bought the latest, greatest equipment (we thought). Still not great. Kevin fixed this. He had us send it all back to Amazon. He told us what to buy instead. He set it up for us. Now we have great WiFi all over the house, upstairs, downstairs, garage. Then today, he helped me set my new computer up with email (complicated, 9 accounts, all feeding into one Exchange server). He did it remotely. I had a very serious problem. I have a variety of specialized programs running on Windows 7 that would not run on Windows 10. My CPU and power supply gave out at the same time on my Win 7 machine due to a faulty fan that caused overheating. Kevin recommended a replacement system that I purchased from Amazon directly along with a solid state drive so he was able to clone my original Drive over to the new one sector by sector, file by file so this new computer worked identically to my old one - Except this one was a screamer - Lightning fast! This was a massive technical achievement done economically and quickly within a few days. Kevin is the maestro of computer tech. You are in very safe hands dealing with Surfside Computing. Kevin is awesome. He knows computers and probably could fix them in his sleep. Enough of tech stuff, customer service is equal and above par. I do not have time for tech problems and have severe anxiety mounting in almost screaming fits........... he could have easily fired me as a client, but didn't. Excellent work at competitive prices! Had to replace a laptop computer screen. I emailed Surfside Computing the make and model of the laptop, they emailed me back the Amazon vendor page with the replacement screen that I would need (very good price), and the price to instal new screen. The installation price quote was the lowest of the 2 other quotes that I received. Once the screen arrived, I delivered the laptop and screen to Kevin at Surfside and the work was completed the same day (a few hours). I am satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend Surfside Computing! The network service in my home went down - no service on computers, tablets, xbox. Cox claimed no problems on their end; Cisco reported viruses on one of my laptops which was to have dire corrupting results to our whole system - they would fix it for an exorbitant yearly fee. Kevin knows all aspects of IT including wifi installation. I had issues with Wi-Fi coverage in my home for years even after trying several different possible solutions. I got two quotes.
