My issue is not necessarily with Walmart itself. It's more with the salesman at the back of the store specifically the one for AT&T named Moe. I think he definitely needs to look for a career in a different field. I was busy shopping and he stopped me but I was trying to be polite and let him give me his sales pitch. I asked for his business card but instead he tried to get pushy and sign me up for service. One time I went in and I was 8 months pregnant and One of the guys who pushes cars was blocking my car when I wanted to leave he then left the cars and went inside the store I waited for a couple of minutes till I got of went inside and saw him just walking around inside. So I don't know if it's because of Black Friday or if this walmart is "naturally" this bad (but I mean, it's already more than a week past Black Friday so....) I just came back from here today hoping to buy Beats Tour in-ear headphones BECAUSE walmart.com said that this store had it in stock. But of course I tried calling them first..... No answer... Three more calls later.. Still no answer. But I came to the store anyways since my cousin egged me on to go. We arrived and went to the electronics section and the Beats by Dre collection has its own mini stand.... But where are the headphones? Turns out they're hidden in the glass drawer under the display.... But the glass wasn't see through so you wouldn't even know where the products are. So I go to ask a worker (might I add that this walmart is VERY understaffed and don't know much about where/what everything is... It was hard to even find any sales associates walking around). So the worker opens the glass doors and woooow.. That beats stock was hella empty... Like 5 products actually there. I show the worker that the website shows they have what I want in stock at this store so she looks up the UPC code and she told me they have two in stock... But don't know where they are in the store/inventory. I was determined to get these earphones so I asked if there's any way to be contacted /if/ they ever find it... Nope.. But she offered to look in their "huge boxes and rows of inventory" and told me to check back 20-30 mins later. I came back and couldn't even find her, but she had told the electronics cashier that she didn't find it. Well anyways going around the store further to find a humidifier.... The staff didn't even know what or where it was... And told us to check garden.. Or sports.. I'm determined to get my earphones... But I don't know how determined to want to come back here... There's a reason that this Walmart only has 1 and a half stars. I ordered an item online and set it for pick up at this store location and it said it would be ready the next day. The day it was supposed to be ready, I called the store to confirm but when I called the store, I was constantly being redirected and hung up on. They would make me stay on hold for half an hour before hanging up on me. Thus I decided to go to the store personally and the woman at the Pick Up station was rude and did not seem to care at all about customers needs. The parking lot hasn't been swept with the sweeping truck since the Pleistocene Era, and the clientele hang about the outside of the building like gnats. I should have left at that observation, but silly me, I thought it was a SuperStore. NOT! Inside, the place was full of kids with runny noses running all over the place (where's a caring father when you need one in this single mother world). The shelves were pretty much running empty. All I was in for was a bit of supper and something to drink from the grocery section. I found it, but it's not anything I'd ever want to get again. Really off brand WalMart kind of stuff. You mean you can't find a can of chili here on a Sunday evening? Something that simple? YUP! Thank God they had the self checkout option. Relatively pain free and out of there. The regular checkouts looked like they were moving at the speed of molasses. . . scratch that. Slower than the speed of molasses. Don't want to give molasses a bad reputation. . . just this WalMart location. It truly stinks! If I were Wally World management, I'd fire the managers and start from scratch. I've been to scores of these stores over the decades and have not found ANY to be so disappointed in. This one takes the cake. You have been warned. There's a Hispanic grocery market just south of this WalMart in the same center in back of the Taco Bell. Didn't go into it, but I'd check it out first if in this immediate area. I went to your store today and the person working at the entrance with the guard look at me and ask you need a mask? But I had a mask that was not good enough for them... The law requires to cover my mouth and nose and it was covered my mask it's clear but it covers what the law requires.they call the manager and she said no problem come in. This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to!! First of all, they had a computer for me to order pictures at 8:30pm and it turns out that they close at 8pm. Normally, Walmart would shut the computers down if photo print is closed. So I had to come back for my pictures the next day. As soon as I came the next day around 6pm, it turns out they lost my pictures and the photo print lady left early and closed so I wasn't so upset. I came 2 days later. I mobile order my pictures in the morning before they open to pick them up on a few hours. I just went to pick up real fast and the cashier had me waiting until her line went down. As soon as I got a hold of the pictures, she reviews them and refuses to return the pics to me because I needed a release form from the photographer. I ended up arguing with them and I ended up just wasting valuable time because I had a flight coming up. I don't recommend this place at all. read more

As a neighbor to the Walmart my back yard is up against the loading dock. I only ask that they follow EPA rules and not allow trucks to idle past the permitted 10 minutes and follow the regulations of loading and unloading between the set hours of 7am and 9pm. 630am on Sunday's is ridiculous and store management doesn't care to do anything about it. I have made dozens of calls and simply no one cares. If you had a semi truck literally in your back yard you'd say something too! It's a shame the the worthless workers there make the store look bad because not all of the people there are horrible. A nice young man named daniel helped me and was very kind. And even went out of his way to help me get someone as well because I can tell he was very busy (hes a manager I think) He was very polite which isn't common these days in younger crowd. He went above and beyond, which I wasn't expecting, especially for Walmart. A young man named Brian also helped me and he was sweet and quick at his job and took the time to help. Ypu need more people like them here! They're the only reason I'm giving 5 stars because they deserve the recognition. Now when I needed help in the lock up items I got the most rudest women. She had a huge keyring full of keys and she claimed she didnt have the keys, I understand she might not have them but she also has a radio on her hip so she could of called but instead left. she came back around walking without a care in the world and I had to practically beg her for assistance. She finally yelled on her radio as she tried to power walk by me. I heard her telling whomever on the radio that she "don't do fucking keys" and went around the corner. I know those keys in her hand belong to the store and only leaders have keys, so I assume she doesn't like her job. I think the company should do her the favor and grant her wish and cut her from her position. I didnt get to read her name tag but it started with an R. and she has short hair. I went to this Walmart to get a money order for my Rent. The register next to me shut down and Emma an area manager was called over to fix the issue. Emma ended up unplugging the registers while we were completing my money order transaction. After the system started back up, Emma said the transaction was canceled and I should have my money, & that it didn't go through. After checking my bank account the money was instantly deducted from my account. I had ZERO DOLLARS. I called my bank and the bank assured that Walmart in fact completed my purchase and I should've received an money order. Emma kept debating me on how they didn't charge me, (when the bank sent confirmation that it was charged.) Emma was laughing at the fact that it'll take 5-7 business days for the return. Kept speaking with an argumentative tone. ( they took my rent money..so why is she debating with me?) I'm a college student and needed to pay my rent that day. Emma said there's nothing they can do, while laughing and being unprofessional. !!!! Today is the 7th business day and I still haven't received the refund. First off, it's my fault for going to WalMart so I guess I deserve this... A friend of mine recommended this place for a motorcycle battery because they are stocked behind a glass showcase and only an associate can get them for you. I was in a hurry so I trusted the cashier and he told me I could return the battery. I didn't notice and the battery was used. I never left the building and I went straight to returns. They're trying to say I can't return the battery because I opened the box. The manager didn't want to talk to the cashier in front of me and tried referring me to the assets protection manager. We gotta do better. Wasting my time and my money. The manager on duty accused me of opening the box and filling the battery with juice and said it was on the camera. Cmon WalMart. The asset protection manager wouldn't even come and speak to me and the associates acted like they didn't know her name nor could they provide me with the general manager's name. 45 minutes later the manager comes back acting like she is doing me a favor by refunding my money and still claims I opened the box. The sales associate couldn't even get me to the GMs voicemail or email. I let the assistant manager know that I never opened the box and we could subpoena the footage. I called immediately and I was on hold until I spoke to the GM and she already knew who I was talking about. WalMart, your staff accepted this used battery back and tried to put the burden on me. Again, my fault for not checking and for assuming it was a fresh battery because it was behind a glass case. Thank God I never left the store. The GM gave me a basic apology but I made it clear from the jump that my intent was to give her the information as the GM so she can train her staff better and avoid these headaches. Came in at 4:55pm to the tire service which closed at 6pm and they didn't want to help us balance out my new tire which takes about 5-10mins.
