Went to Ross to get a filing laundry basket, they ALL were broken or missing a wheel. Literally all of them. I'm wondering if they were cheaply made or was someone just rough with them. I just settled for a regular plastic one, I'll get a roller one another time from a different location. I also scored a new hair care product I'm excited about. And it was a really good price! One thing about Ross, the beauty section will never disappoint. Really nice shoes in the shoe section as well. I like this Ross. It's not the biggest with the most choices, but it does the job. It's pretty organized and they have a decent variety. The lines can get a bit crowded during busy times but not horrible. Their dressing rooms are pretty small. If you're looking for a bigger Ross though, this isn't the one for you. THEY NEED MORE CASHIERS. People aren't lying when they say the lines are always LONG. Longer than at other Ross stores and only 1-2 cashiers at a time! Senior discounts in Tuesdays! The store is full of bargains! Plenty of selection. I get greeted at the door every time.

Long lines and only 2 cashiers open. When they have 5 other staff members joking with each other and looking at their phone. AVOID the bathroom here at ALL costs!!!!! There are 2 stalls and one has been "Out Of Order" for MONTHS!!! This bathroom seems to never be clean it's disgusting. The floor is filthy but you'd think since it's only one toilet they would be attentive to it and actually clean it. And the toilet paper.. seriously this is a joke... This location is a hit or miss but is pretty much for those living in Paramount or close by that do not want to drive far and wide to shop at Ross. Selection is ok but not great. At times there are long lines here and there. It is clean but they tend to move stuff around from time to time. The parking is good but there are locations with better parking and better selection of items. Only stop here as a last resort or if the selection is not important to you. The good thing however is that there are banks across the street as well as Wells Fargo in the vicinity and restaurants for those who are hungry. read more

Not a huge fan of this location, been here since they opened a few years ago and it's usually a hit or miss, most of the time it's a miss. It's clean, nice and spacious inside but the inventory seems to be getting smaller (lots of empty shelves) and I don't find much to buy anymore... maybe I have too many things already, or my wallet is shrinking... lol... but I think they are drastically cutting back on their stock for some reason. I remember one time feeling like the cashier had something against me personally. As I stood in line to pay, she waved me to her register, the one closest to the entrance for returns or something. She didn't greet me, but rang me up and bagged my item, and after I slid my card and getting approved, she turned around to help the next person. No thank you, and not even handing the receipt to me, so I had to rip the slip off her register and take my bag off the counter. Should have saved the receipt to report her rudeness and for her to get retrained. There are lots of other people out of work who would be happy to see paying customers in their store. One other issue that I always find odd is that some Ross stores (not at this one) have invisible / movable checkout lines (and sometimes at other department stores as well) where people are already standing in "line" in between racks or wrapped around like a snake but there are no roped off line markers or lines on the floor. I am usually a big supporter of shopping local. However, when it comes to this Ross I have to go elsewhere. They have terrible customer service. Today I went there on an "emergency." They had a line waiting to check out but no cashiers. The lady that was suppose to be at the register was also doing customer returns and showing the jewelry items in the display case. When they called for back up it turns out everyone was either on break or busy. Who does this? If my daughter had not had her heart set on the items we had selected I would have walked out. My advise is that if you can avoid this Ross for your own good do so and NEVER EVER go to this location if you are in a hurry because you will be late. read more

This Ross is so much better than the 3 Ross's I shop at in Orange County. It is better stocked, better employee coverage and friendliness too. As the checkout line lengthened, more help was called for, and the manager, Julio, came up immediately to help out. They have a great selection of shoes, jewelry, purses, and even ties and gloves. I did not have time to check out the clothes, but the racks were all full. I'll be back when I am over this way. read more

Although this Ross may not be the most organized and neatest, there is high foot traffic and a lot of people go so it's bound to be busy most days especially weekends. Even though we are going through a pandemic people still show up and buy hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise. It is important to take into consideration the long hours that all the associates undergo wearing a mask and being physically active moving and organizing and being respectful to all customers. There is no need for rudeness or disrespect towards the workers. Regarding the covid 19 guidelines and social distancing requirements the cashiers and associates do there best to limit the amount of people coming into the store. This being said it isn't the workers job to babysit and tell people to social distance. It is ones own job and responsibility to follow those requirements. Overall it is a great store and has great merchandise. read more

This Ross store needs to improve and get things together. There was this one time where I waited in line and they had people asking the cashiers if they could cut the lines because they were "in a rush" and the cashiers would let them cut the long line of customers who we're waiting ahead of them. Wtf! Right in front of us! Also they keep getting their price tags wrong. First time here, first let me start by saying everything is out of order very messy. The employees cursing at each other about what goes where. Second you can't get anyone to help you because apparently they are all busy doing go backs. Third when I got in the purchasing line the cashier that was taking care of that particular line grabbed someone from the return line which was being taken care of by a different cashier. When she finally called me she had an attitude like I was the reason she was having a bad day. When I finish paying she told me to just grab my receipt which I had to lean over to get. Very unprofessional. I only came to this location because hey I was at Starbucks and I love to shop at Ross. Will never return to this location, the staff needs help.
