This is the most GHETTO Walmart I have ever been to. I hate that it's crowded especially in the aisles. Some/most people here have a lack of courtesy. If you're standing in the damn aisle and people in front and behind you can't get around because of you blocking a walk way... MOVE THE EFF OUT OF THE WAY. I also had to come back to this particular Walmart twice to return defective products. First was a spray paint remover that had a nozzle missing...Then that one time I had my once in a blue moon craving for Pringles. I come home to find that some GHETTO/BROKE/CHEAP a$$ had already opened and consumed a quarter of the can. DISGUSTINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG. Not to mention seeing people just sneeze into the air without covering their nose/mouth. GROSS. Also, while waiting in the long return lines (because of all the money gram transactions) you could see fake everything. Fake hair, fake Gucci, Coach, Louis Vuittion... anyway... who in the world would use a fake Louis Vuttion bag...WITH MEDICAL TAPE AROUND THE HANDLES.. SMH... Oh... i don't get why the DVD bins are so busy with people digging through them... they could just go to the guy in the parking lot who announces he sells DVDs... Just like Kathy I. Came in at 4:55pm to the tire service which closed at 6pm and they didn't want to help us balance out my new tire which takes about 5-10mins. They said that they couldn't help anyone else because they couldn't give their co workers overtime. Which was crazy because it was just balancing a tire. Please do not EVER buy any electronics from this place. My fiancee' bought a portable speaker for my birthday, so that I could listen to my music from my phone. It turns out that the speaker wasn't even compatible with my Samsung Galaxy Note, so I had no use for it. It was purchased on 5/23 and I just had a moment to run down there to exchange it today. First, the CSR in electronics told me that all electronics must be returned within 15 days for a store refund or credit. HOWEVER, NO WHERE ON THE RECEIPT DOES IT MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT THEIR RETURN POLICY....not on the front or the back. So, I went down to customer service and they called a manager to come check the product out. Mind you, I said that it wasn't compatible with my phone, so it was never used. She had the nerve to tell me that they couldn't return it because the serial numbers didn't match and that I had to go to the manufacturer for a return. Why? They didn't have a problem charging his card for $100 to purchase the speaker. The CSR didn't check the serial numbers then. But, the SKU numbers from the receipt and on the product did match though. If this product was previously returned, then it was Walmart's responsibility to check the SKU and serial numbers before placing the item back on the shelf for resale. Now, I'm stuck with a brand new speaker that doesn't work for my phone because this store just likes to work people out of their money. I'd rather pay a little extra and go to Best Buy or Target. I came in to this store simply to return something and there was no one in line other than the person ahead of me. My complaint is that the one and only person working the desk could have called for help instead the line grew 10+ deep. Poor customer service. After yet another visit to the returns department (not a fun thing to do but sometimes you have no choice), my impression of this location is improving once again as the process seems to be getting faster and friendlier with each visit. After a short wait in line, Anthony helped to complete my transaction in no time with a few funny comments and good customer service skills. Keep it up guys! I hope I won't have to return anything soon, especially with the holidays coming up fast, but it would be awesome if those lines and CS agents will be as friendly and professional as Anthony from now on. read more

This place is horrendous. The customer service is horrible and the some of customers have no manners. That is to say, at 11:30pm, I waited on line for 20 min, and there were only 2 people in front of me. Why the wait? A cashier opened a second line, letting a random person cut in front of 4 people standing right in front of her. The customer at the front of the first line started cursing her out and she and the woman who cut began their own bouts of loud, childish behavior. Meanwhile, the manager just watched silently. Walmart Steals from Customers There is no other way to put it, but Walmart's return policy openly steals money from customers. I purchased an item from the Walmart Store #2886 in Pico Rivera on February 24th where the tax is 10.000%. The item plus tax totaled $104.37 and after realizing I did not need the item which was not open, still in the box, and original purchase bag, I returned the product to the Walmart closest to my home at Walmart Store #2110 in Paramount only one day later on February 25th. Noticing the refunded amount was only $103.42 I looked over the receipt and saw the calculated tax at 9.000%. I asked the cashier why the discrepancy and she said that the tax in Paramount was only 9.000%, which I knew, but assumed if I return an item I would get exactly the same amount I paid no matter which store I choose to return it. I guess its my fault for assuming Walmart follows standard return policy and doesn't blatantly steal money from customer. After asking to speak with Manager Steve Leake the Assistant Manager Mike (no last name given) came to speak with me. He advised me that there was no way to override the transaction and I will only get the money based on the tax of the city the item was return not purchased. I told him I did not care about the 95 cent difference but what they were doing was criminal. Walmart literally stole money from me and didn't even try to hide that fact. If they would have called it a "restocking" fee or any other one of those random fees it wouldn't have been as noticeable. If this is standard practice no one customer notices $1 but when they do this to the masses the money adds up and they because rich just by being jerks and taking their customers for fools. read more

I came here in a emergency because my 17 year old daughters car tire was splitting in two! I was literally standing at the counter waiting for them to help me and I was literally being ignored when they saw one of the mechanics walk me in and said they will help you. I had to say to them 'are you guys going to help me or what are you doing'! The stupid girl thought it was funny because clearly she is a hater. I shop at this store on a weekly basis and overall like the store. What I am rating is the return department. I do a lot of shopping online but have learned if you need to return something back to this store be prepared to wait up to 2 hours and that is arriving at 8 AM when this department opens. They have one person working that counter and do seem to care how long you must wait. These long waiting time takes the convenience of online purchasing useless. With this Walmart I'm normally OK with usually the errands runs aren't so bad. But this perticular day,.I'm running errands for grandmother and family ... Using 3 different cards Worst day of my life! I got two boxes of diapers in the cart, infant and toddler clothes, underwear, socks, household items, bath items , batteries , plants and pet supplies) For one I scanned a different color plant because of the barcode being overlooked since it was inside the leaf of the plant itself (so stupid whose going to look under the leaf?) I only purchased 1.diaper a few outfits the household and bath items the plant etc. .. 3 seperate transactions a receipt for everything... Except what I walked to the cart of go backs which was next to me! The girl the rung up my last items asked me how many receipts do I have I said 3 she tells me oh I need to check you still, I don't hesitate at all her and another lady start reading of my bar codes, tossing everything to the top of my cart almost killing the fish I had. Took the plant away took 1 body wash away took the shampoo away said I have two conditioners on my receipt when clearly she is the one who helped me when I said the conditioner double scanned I want to remove it (it rung up 3 times) took a few shirts back plus pants saying the barcode isn't on it yet I scanned the duplicate item for this very reason. I left in disbelief walked right back in told them give me my money back for that plant. Came back a second time asked for supervised clearly my first receipt was missing two items girl tried to argue me down in front of her first superviser that I have those items she didn't take it etc I asked the supervisor kindly can she go look in the go back carts sure enough the superviser brought me the two mussing items (that itself explains I purchased the items and the girl took it out my bags) that it self was 40$. Came back a third time bout 20 mins later because I checked my receipt and checked off all the matching items with the barcode I'm missing 6 items that I purchased that NEVER made it out the store I brought everything back for them to check they self a different supervisor tells me ok I will check the tapes I said ok thinking its a long process because I've worked at target I know loss preventions process , this supervisor walks away with the girl who checked my stuff and 6 minutes later returns telling me she can't do nothing because everything I purchased I took what I didn't purchase I placed in the cart or the girl did? My response was check the tapes again because this my 3rd time straight coming back for the same issue the other supervisor gave me my missing items before that y'all claim y'all didn't have. So can you please check the tapes again her response was NO IM NOT, I said mam I didn't tell you I asked you. Her response again with a smile on her face as if I'm a joke was NO UM NOT DOING ANYTHING TO HELP YOU THERES NOTHING TO DO YOU LEFT WITH ALL YOUR STUFF. I LOOKED AT HER BAFFLED and said hmm thats interesting how I only have 1 if everything but I purchased two of everything her response is well I see this right here and this item as wel. My response was Mam there's two purchases on my receipt where is the other items . So another customer over hears and says wow. I said they bout to have fun with this go backs because there about to give me all my money back (those 6 items amounted to 55$ I spent 220$ in this transaction and only got back 163$ WALMART LITERALLY STOLE 55$ FROM ME A CUSTOMER , all because the girl wanted to check me because she felt I don't have enough money to buy all these items since one if the cards would not work. I still had 2 other debit cards plus cash that covered this trip. Imagine the embarrassment I felt when its like 12 other customers laughing and pointing as if I stole something? Yet I payed for everything in that cart even the 8 that was taking out of my cart I only was able to retrieve two items! So yes this Walmart gets1 star which should be negative 1 because of the I'll treatment 2 the embarasment 3 because y'all stole my money I didn't steal from you but you stole from me my little hard earned money . read more

I had to wait around 20mins while 3 automotive GENIUSES walk around looking for the keys to unlock a glass case so that I could get a car charger.
