With this Walmart I'm normally OK with usually the errands runs aren't so bad. But this perticular day,.I'm running errands for grandmother and family ... Using 3 different cards Worst day of my life! I got two boxes of diapers in the cart, infant and toddler clothes, underwear, socks, household items, bath items , batteries , plants and pet supplies) For one I scanned a different color plant because of the barcode being overlooked since it was inside the leaf of the plant itself (so stupid whose going to look under the leaf?) I only purchased 1.diaper a few outfits the household and bath items the plant etc. .. 3 seperate transactions a receipt for everything... Except what I walked to the cart of go backs which was next to me! The girl the rung up my last items asked me how many receipts do I have I said 3 she tells me oh I need to check you still, I don't hesitate at all her and another lady start reading of my bar codes, tossing everything to the top of my cart almost killing the fish I had. Took the plant away took 1 body wash away took the shampoo away said I have two conditioners on my receipt when clearly she is the one who helped me when I said the conditioner double scanned I want to remove it (it rung up 3 times) took a few shirts back plus pants saying the barcode isn't on it yet I scanned the duplicate item for this very reason. I left in disbelief walked right back in told them give me my money back for that plant. Came back a second time asked for supervised clearly my first receipt was missing two items girl tried to argue me down in front of her first superviser that I have those items she didn't take it etc I asked the supervisor kindly can she go look in the go back carts sure enough the superviser brought me the two mussing items (that itself explains I purchased the items and the girl took it out my bags) that it self was 40$. Came back a third time bout 20 mins later because I checked my receipt and checked off all the matching items with the barcode I'm missing 6 items that I purchased that NEVER made it out the store I brought everything back for them to check they self a different supervisor tells me ok I will check the tapes I said ok thinking its a long process because I've worked at target I know loss preventions process , this supervisor walks away with the girl who checked my stuff and 6 minutes later returns telling me she can't do nothing because everything I purchased I took what I didn't purchase I placed in the cart or the girl did? My response was check the tapes again because this my 3rd time straight coming back for the same issue the other supervisor gave me my missing items before that y'all claim y'all didn't have. So can you please check the tapes again her response was NO IM NOT, I said mam I didn't tell you I asked you. Her response again with a smile on her face as if I'm a joke was NO UM NOT DOING ANYTHING TO HELP YOU THERES NOTHING TO DO YOU LEFT WITH ALL YOUR STUFF. I LOOKED AT HER BAFFLED and said hmm thats interesting how I only have 1 if everything but I purchased two of everything her response is well I see this right here and this item as wel. My response was Mam there's two purchases on my receipt where is the other items . So another customer over hears and says wow. I said they bout to have fun with this go backs because there about to give me all my money back (those 6 items amounted to 55$ I spent 220$ in this transaction and only got back 163$ WALMART LITERALLY STOLE 55$ FROM ME A CUSTOMER , all because the girl wanted to check me because she felt I don't have enough money to buy all these items since one if the cards would not work. I still had 2 other debit cards plus cash that covered this trip. Imagine the embarrassment I felt when its like 12 other customers laughing and pointing as if I stole something? Yet I payed for everything in that cart even the 8 that was taking out of my cart I only was able to retrieve two items! So yes this Walmart gets1 star which should be negative 1 because of the I'll treatment 2 the embarasment 3 because y'all stole my money I didn't steal from you but you stole from me my little hard earned money . read more

How many walmart employees does it take to unlock a glass case? THREE apparently! I had to wait around 20mins while 3 automotive GENIUSES walk around looking for the keys to unlock a glass case so that I could get a car charger. 5 Stars only for the Deli and Bakery. I came by a few weeks ago for a tres leaches cake and Sina was very knowledgeable and helpful. She had a great attitude and was smiling :). I also wanted to inquire about a large chicken order and at first I got this stuck up chick ( I don't remember her name) but then Mike came to my rescue! He gave me the correct information and helped with my order. He made up for that thot. After walking around and getting a few things it was time for me to leave so I get in line and lucky me I get the snobby Kid with to much attitude for a fucking cashier at Walmart . This Walmart has the WORST customer service. I've been on hold and transferred around to every department EXCEPT for the one department I'm trying to get ahold of. I've even spoken to a manager and the manager hasn't done anything to help. I've been on hold for 30 mins and am still currently on hold. OK first off I went in to walmart on the 4th of July, America's Independence day, and there was not sight of any American flag, walking in today I saw the Mexican flag everywhere. This store lacks customer service oriented employees. They take no pride in personal appearance and seem to be annoyed when asked ANY type of question. I've even heard foul language from the employees. (Unprofessional) It's sad how most Walmart locations seem to employ the same type of individuals. Once in awhile you get that rare person that is willing to greet you with a smile and genuinely care about how they represent the store and themselves. Walmart Automotive employee Rafael is horrible, rude and has NO customer service skills. He was training a new hire and was very rude to her in front of customers. I ordered new tires for my vehicle and he refused to put the tires on because he said they were. Not the mfg size( the GM sticker has the same size tires that were ordered by him) spoke to Armando store manager and he was very helpful. I dont recommend Rafael to help you in anyway. read more

I loved coming to this Walmart and have been coming since a kid with my family. Went in the cosmetic section today and treated us like we were going to steal! I literally had like 4 or 5 things I was really excited about buying and they just ruined it for me. NEVER IN YOUR LIFE TAKE YOUR CAR TO WALMART! my car would not start as I was shopping at target. I call AAA they come. They say, your battery is testing bad. Everything else is testing good. My advice would be to go to Walmart and get it replaced as it shows its under warranty till September 2016. I drive to Walmart. Meet with Albert a manager he tested it and says. Yes it's testing bad. I move forward with replacement. He says it will cost me nothing to have them do it. Biggest mistake of my life. The mechanic replaced it but backwards. It FRIED my car. It was time to close and he had to replace it 2 times in order to get my car to start. And someone had to hold the negative cable to the battery while someone else turns on car. My car was perfect before I went in. And now it's dead. All the power distribution box to my car is fried. I put in a claim with William, another manager and I get a call from their claims department that since no one at Walmart is owning what they did, they will not pay for anything. The video shows what they did and they are wiping their hands. He said that they claim they told me that there was stuff wrong with my car. That is a LIE! All lies. How disgusting, these grown men lying. Disgusting company I will never shop at Walmart again. I will let EVERYONE I know and anyone willing to listen what scammers they are as well. oo ma gaww, this Wal-Mart is sooo ghetto! It's very close to my house and if I have to, I will go as early as possible to avoid all the hotmess. Otherwise I would rather go to Target or go to the Wal-Mart in Cerritos. There are 4 Wal Marts within a 10 mile radius from where I live and this is one is by far the worst. I know it's a Wal Mart and I can't expect the best, but seriously this is one of the more ghetto ones out there. There's that new show Undercover Boss on CBS, and I swear the CEO needs to drop in on this store because the employees there are grumpy, they walk around and bypass customers. While inside I heard an actual customer and pick up the phone and got on the intercom and demanded she need help in linens. I know most Wal Mart's lines are long, but this one is extra horrible. I'm not just knocking the store i'm also knocking the customers in that area. Some rude ghetto customers, so ghetto they had to remove the self checkout lanes because everyone was too stupid to figure them out and created more log jams. Crazy as always. I went to try on bras and the one woman on the phone. Another packing open underwear. Waited 5 min before the woman on the phone points to the door. Ok, umm, I guess that ment go. So I tried them on. Got what I wanted and gave her what I didn't want. Didn't say a word like thank you or find what I'm looking for. What ever. .so we go to check out at the self check. Lines on the cashiers were long. Self check no. So we went there. The girl was nice. We did our items and we weighted our jalapeños and it froze. So we put our red light on and turned around and the girl was ringing up items for customers. I told my husband she's the only help here and she's ringing up items for a young couple. They have Allot of stuff. This self check out clearly says 15 items or less. My hubby went to her and told her we need help. After the couple she went to another self check, helped them then came to us. She did apologize that these people just came to her to ring them up. She let them know she's really not supposed to but she will go ahead. That froze All the self check area. She helped us out and finished our transaction. I looked around and felt sorry for her. There ended up a long line. Every one waiting on her for help. She seemed really nice but she put her self in a situation. She really should have told them they need to go to the cashiers not the self check out. It's a limit of 15 max not 40 items. But that's just me. read more

I love this Wal-Mart.I come from Los Angeles(Westside) and I travel 30 miles to this one because they have more things that are available than the one in Leimert Park on Crenshaw blvd.This location has terrible parking and is very crowded. It is not in the safest of areas but i don't come here for all that.Its not that "ghetto" as people make it out to be.What do some of y'all mean by "ghetto"?,i don't get that.Is it cause you see a lot of minorities,being latino or black with their children that makes them ghetto?.I don't get it.If i'm at IHOP and I see some white woman with some unruly children I don't call them "ghetto"(you would say she doesn't have control over her kids).Its a secret undertone behind that "ghetto" word.That's just my opinion.This place has a lot of minorities here so u will see a lot of people who financially are at the bottom of the totem pole.In my opinion the workers aren't that rude and if I felt they were,I go to the next person with a badge and ask them.If u come here to shop and not to judge people you will see that this is actually a great place to get a good deal.The parking sucks and yeah its crowded.You gotta go through that if you are trying to get a good deal. read more

Black friday was a nightmare at this store, at first it seemed like they were on it, they were giving out tickets for key items that were on sale, i purchased the xbox 360 kinect bundle that night, i arrived at the store a little after 9pm, found the xbox 360 area where they would issue the tickets and stood in line waiting as this item was going on sale at 10pm, sure enough just shy of 10pm an employee came around and gave those of us in a line a ticket so we could get our xboxs, i was impressed i thought, i'll be out of here in no time. 10 pm came around within 10-15 minutes i had my xbox in hand. so i was like, im outta here, boy was i wrong, while it seemed like they were organized the front end checkouts were anything but. there were no lines, there were clusters it was the worse 2.5 hours of my life, in retrospect i would have rather paid full price for that xbox than waste 4 hours of my life... read more

Horrendous service from the pharmacy clerks. Dropped off prescription....after waiting in line for almost 15 minutes (one customer ahead of me) two techs behind the counter neither of them acknowledging we are there the gentleman gets helped eventually I do too I'm told since I want to wait for my Rx I have to wait 45 minutes -no problem it's understood I can shop around. I actually loose track of time and return to the counter 1hour plus later and my Rx is still not ready I get told by the woman now that I have to wait another 20 minutes with an attitude like if it bothers her that I'm picking up my prescription. Pharmacy employees should have a little better tact in dealing with patients. Technically you a healthcare profesional and as you know sick folks come to your counter. You don't know if I'm dealing with an anxiety issue, cancer or just a common cold. Either way I DONT FEEL WELL!! And I still have to put up with you crap. Ugggg... Horrible service. I wish my positive experiences at Walmart would out rank my bad ones but unfortunately the best employee I ve come across is the older gentleman who greets during the day. This place is G-H-E-T-T-O. I have only been here a few times and every time I go, there is a brotha outside selling his most recent mixtape. I can't make this shit up. I walk in and it's like I stepped into Watts in the 80s. There was Laquisha getting ready to pull out her strap, yelling at one of the store associates over a notebook. And Margarita with her comadre Guadalupe and their flock of 10 mocosos knocking over displays and breaking shit. Those people you see on 'the people of Walmart' are here. I think the only time I would ever come here again is if I am in need of Daquans fire mixtape or if Josefina is flipping her foodstamp card and this Walmart is where she is meeting me up at lol just kidding. Wow the woman at the returns area was just rude! I couldn't believe how she gave some of her customers dirty looks and was just unprofessional. How can they have staff on their floor like such?
