I have been going here for about a year now for mainly to pick up my continuous glucose monitors (I wear them preventatively, not diabetic...but who knows what the future holds with all the food I'm Yelping ). They are always extremely friendly, and the service is pretty quick. Lately, I have had them mail my prescription to my home and it always arrives fast. This year however, they have started to charge $30 for shipping when last year it was free. I really can't complain though because there is obviously a cost for them. In addition to the drugs they also have a small supplement section and little juice bar. The place is pretty small overall but it usually makes for a smoother and speedy experience which is what we're all looking for when trying to pick up our meds! read more

I used countless of pharmacies before, but this one by far excels at taking care of their customers and my new pharmacist did take the time to answer my questions or concerns with a new medication. I moved mine and my son's prescription for the ease of the location and to keep away from crowded places due to COVID19. Another perk is that the pharmacist can make some tasty boba teas. This review is about their boba. They are literally one of the best boba places in the entire area. Not only are their employees so freaking friendly, they will explain the menu to you every time you come in, even if they absolutely know they explained it to you last time. It's also a pharmacy so while you wait for your delicious milk tea or fruit tea, you can pick up some essential cabinet meds, they usually have cough meds in stock and other items you can't find in any other store right now. Medella pharmacy may be small in size, but it certainly delivers excellent service. I've had to rely on them a few times when larger pharmacies such as Giant or Walgreens were unable to supply the medication I needed. If Medella was closer to my location, I would definitely choose them more often. Whenever I'm in the area, I always make it a priority to refill my prescriptions there. The staff is exceptionally courteous and helpful, taking care to thoroughly understand my insurance coverage. read more

I come here all the time to get the creamy hokaido & now it's gone & left us with only 3 boba choices that wouldn't be my top picks. Loved the smoothies as well & those are all gone. Checked this spot out for the 1st time last week. I found out about them on IG. It's a very unique concept to have a boba place and pharmacy together under one roof. Nonetheless, I gave them a try because I have been looking for a boba spot in Downey. It didn't disappoint. I tried their thai tea boba and it was awesome! The bobas weren't too big and they taste great with my thai tea. This is definitely my new spot. Hey, maybe i'll switched my prescriptions over here too. I'm so glad Medella's Instagram account popped up on my feed a few weeks ago. I remember following the account and telling myself I needed to make time to go! First time I went, I have the green apple lemonade with popping boba and I was hooked! It's so good! Recently tried their Taro and Thai Tea and both were amazing too. Staff is really friendly.
