I was told they were out on lunch break and my prescription might not be filled till 4 AM. I remained in the parking lot until 6am and nothing. I then went home and didn't get a text till after 9 AM that my prescription was ready. By that time, I was already in excruciating pain and bleeding excessively. Whoever was working, the pharmacy was unprofessional and dismissive. I strongly do not recommend this pharmacy. If you do need a 24 hour one I suggest Monterey Park on Atlantic. They would've had my prescription ready as soon as I drove out of the ER parking lot.

It was my first time here picking up medicine. Never again. I was told I should receive a message when it's ready so I was literally waiting for hours. (Which I understand everyone is trying to get their medicine for THEIR HEALTH) I received a dexa injection from my primary doctor and I was supposed to take my medication right after but it's been so delayed. On the app it showed that it was going to be ready tomorrow so I contacted them and told them that I needed it today because I was supposed to take it after my injection. They said it should be ready after 6:30pm (I received my injection at 12pm) so again I waited for 2 more hours only for them to message me that it's out of stock. So I had to transfer my RX.

I asked what the potential side effects were because I'm moving in a few days and can't be feeling sick. I was assured the only side effect was a sore arm. The next 2 days I was exhausted, had a stomach ache, and massive headache. I googled it and apparently these are all very common side effects of this vaccine. They should go away in several days to a week, which wouldn't be an issue if I wasn't in the middle of a massive move and specifically asked the pharmacist what the side effects were. I asked for one after I finished my transaction and then was told they dont have any. He told me I can go to customer service to get my dime back. Not that it is a big deal but im not in the business of giving away any amount of money but it looks like I am because the customer service line was so long I kissed that dime blood bye. So then I had to put all my items in the basket and throw them in the car with not back.

Almost all of the Xmas sale items were being cleared out for Valentine's Day goods and it wasn't even noon yet. I circled the store 3 times with my arm full of goods until I stopped a worker to scan the price of them. Despite being Christmas items in the Christmas sale aisle, none of the prices were discounted. I had to put them all back. I'm not sure why they got rid of the price scanners in the store (worker told me the store didn't have any) and if it's a ploy to force more worker and customer interaction (please why would you want to force more human interaction, I just want to shop and leave) or if it's to make people go whatever and just buy at the cashier. I am going to an Xmas party after Xmas and was trying to find a festive shirt. I actually had to go through the industrial racks that a worker left in an aisle that clearly wasn't marked with anything (probably headed towards the back), which I think is a waste since it didn't even make it to the clearance rack. I got one for $2, but still think it sucks that if you weren't keeping an eye out and willing to go into something that clearly wasn't meant for the floor, you wouldn't have found it. Self check out also sucks. Credit card and no cash only, but doesn't take Apple Pay or tap to pay? Another ploy to make you download their app or something I'm sure. I got what I needed but kinda sucked as a shopping experience overall.
