My dad and I came here just now and it started off badly. We clicked the button once to get an item out of the locked case and no one came. We tried a few times and still the same result. We were about to leave but decided, no. We are NOT quitters. We had to click the button multiple times until a worker even looked our way. It horrible when you do not feel good and you're looking for an open drug store. Then you find a "open" drug to only drive there and it is not open. The hours on the door reads open at 8am. Easy and covenient stop for some toiletries. Most of the time, however, they have long lines because only two cash registeres are open. Sometimes just one, if the other person is scooping ice cream. Get your rite aid card because they always have sales. Or they give you free bucks for your next purchase. Love the ice cream of course. My fav is rainbow sherbert. Next best is rocky road. Pet wee wee pads are the cheapest here for the big package when compared to other brand stores. Have not used the pharmacy yet, since im a pretty healthy person i think. If you need a pharmacy this is not the place to come ., I'm telling you, you will have an issue with pharmacy counter person .such an angry lady ., rude most of all . I came with my mother because she got a call message telling her her medicine was ready to be picked up . I have been a customer from rite aid pharmacy for years, but now am ready to change, due to the fact if I purchase a medication from them why? Do I have to call my self the company for a inhaler that get defective it stop working without being expired, and still has 87 puffs. They do not stand behind there products. They have my pharmacy records, again why do I have to call the inhaler company. No warranty on there products. I like coming to this location because it's never packed (at least during the times I've been there), everything is well maintained, items are easy to find and their employees are friendly. Sometimes they'll some good deals, just make sure to use your Wellness card. Oh and their ice cream... yummm. Everyone knows Thrifty's ice cream is the ish! read more

Maria made our experience horrible. She is a disgrace to this store and I will be reporting her to her manager and to corporate so that this person sees that her attitude and demeanor is absolutely unacceptable. We were looking for coffee but they apparently are too lazy to stock up and they only had one flavor, to which this ridiculous store workers starts yelling at us from across the store to stop moving things and making a mess, which was a complete lie. She can not be spying on, harassing us and not only that, accuse us of things we were not doing. Had the worse experience at this location at the pharmacy. ..Dropped off dads prescription was given a 30 minute wait time to be filled. Returned to pick up 30 min later was not ready and was given 20 min more to prepare..20 min later still not ready when asked to speak to the manager I was told he wasn't in..and spoke to the Asian pharmacist whom care less about the situation..I made it clear that CVS is a better pharmacy and more professional. I'm 26 weeks pregnant with twins and am in early labor, I called about 1 and told me my prescription would be ready in an hour I called to see if it was ready and they told me another 2 hours so I go at 3:30 and they have the fucking nerve to say I have to wait tomorrow bc they don't have it in stock and have to order more, like are you fucken kidding me, instead of giving me the damn re run, they should know if they have any in stock instead of saying it'll be ready knowing they don't have it! Worst place to come in and pick up a prescription. My son's Dr send his prescription here and it was a nightmare to pick it up. Came in at 11:30 AM and was told to be back at 1pm, I went to get his medicine at 2pm and was told that they didn't have any record of his prescription. At 3pm and still no prescription ready.
