The turkey and cheese was very good on wheat bread I enjoy but they also have different kind of bread to choice and other items you add to your sandwich and baklava was really good I realty like it very much. I go in and pick the one I want. They ask me for my ID, and when I go with a friend, they never ask for her ID which is wrong. Or sometimes they ask for your ID after you make the purchase. I just walk out. They get upset, it's like if you did your job right in the first place, you wouldn't have problems. Like last week, my mom and I went inside, and she asked for wraps. The guy asked for ID, I hand him mine, and he looks at us. and while scanning the ID, he asked, " who is this for."? I took my ID back and said, none of your fucking business! I am a paying customer, were not friends or anything. none of your business who is buying them. I just want my item and I can leave. Like what the hell is that about, don't question the customer, just do your job and let us leave.

Recently I discovered an absolutely unforgivable flaw in their system that needs to be fixed. If you are a Keiser member you can log into the pharmacy center and order meds that arrive in the mail. It is a snap. But did you know that they also let you order things that they do not sell? yes. I just click on all of the meds that they tell me that Dad needs. But what if they let you place an order for something that they can not provide? They leave you a computerized message to call them back about a prescription. No details so you have to call back. The phone system was too full so it let me wait about 5 minutes before telling me to call back. I did that three times. The fourth call I was put on with a live person after a 15 minute hold. I wasted all of that time to have a person tell me that the order that they took would not be fulfilled. It was for freaking baby aspirin, really? They made me call four times and wait for over 30 minutes to tell me to go buy it elsewhere? Why did they take my order? An email would suffice. Making me spend a lot of time dealing with their broken system? Fail. This is simply unacceptable. Complete failure of the system. I hope they read this.

This location has both positives and serious issues that need attention. On the retail side, the store lacks a good variety of products, especially when it comes to lower-ingredient or more natural options. Prices are also high for essential items, and it would help customers if there were more affordable and better-quality choices available. The biggest concern, however, is the pharmacy. The experience there is consistently frustrating. There is one pharmacist who frequently has a negative attitude, rushes interactions, and makes patients feel like they are an inconvenience. When asking basic questions about medications--especially new ones--it's important to receive clear and respectful guidance, but that is often not the case. The staff at the pickup counter are also inconsistent. Sometimes they provide helpful information, but most of the time they seem unwilling to answer questions and immediately direct customers to another line to speak with the pharmacist. This creates unnecessary delays, especially after already waiting 30-40 minutes for prescriptions. Communication about insurance issues is also unclear--some staff explain what's happening, while others simply send you elsewhere without answers. The overall process feels disorganized and inefficient, and the attitude from staff makes it worse. It comes across as a cultural issue within the store, where poor customer service has become the norm. This needs to be reassessed and improved. There have also been issues outside the pharmacy. For example, I waited about 45 minutes for a passport photo while a manager saw the line and chose to attend to other tasks instead of helping. Experiences like this add to the frustration. To give credit where it's due, the CVS app is helpful for checking prescriptions, requesting refills, and communicating with the pharmacy. Also, the security guard is consistently friendly and welcoming, which stands out in contrast to most other interactions in the store. Overall, this location has potential, but it needs major improvement in customer service, communication, organization, and product selection.
