And as I'm talking to her. She glances at the guy behind me like I'm the problem lol. No. You're all the problem. Seems as if you all forget that you applied to a customer service position. When I know they've taken it in the past. This occasion, I was the one to say hello and get stared at. No hello. What can I get you. How can I help you. Just rude ass behavior. Every time. I find that I spend at least 20-30 minutes (minimum) to get my prescriptions which is a lot longer than other pharmacies I had used in the past. I switched here from Walgreens because the Walgreen's Lakewood Blvd location closed and this one was the nearest to me so I am pretty much stuck. Wish CVS would hire another staff member to help with the demands of this pharmacy location. I do think another person would make the line move and lessen the wait time for customers. Outside the wait, this pharmacy is good. No issues with them.
