Not only does it do a great job cleaning my car but the owner goes above and beyond with customer service you just don't see anymore. Once you come out of the car wash you will see a table with cloths, windex and a bin to place your dirty cloths in. Several times I've come early enough to see the owner setting up the table. I was pretty blown away, seeing him, do it with such care, and taking the time to make sure his customers have the finishing touches they need. To the owner, whoever you are, THANK YOU!!!

I asked for $50 cash on a pump and in the middle of me pumping he runs out and yells extremely aggressive at me that a machine wouldn't take one of my $20s. I stop the pump and he's screaming at me across the lot as another customer is trying to walk in and he looks visibly uncomfortable cause this grown man is screaming at a young girl. I don't understand what he's saying cause he's a bit far away and he's super worked up over the $20 so I walk in. As soon as I walk in he demands that I pay him $1. I say okay can I pay with card. And he proceeds to argue with me that I must pay with cash. I keep telling him that I don't have any cash and I'm more than happy to pay with card. But he keeps insisting that I pay with cash only for the $1. I think he realized what he was asking of me (stranding a young girl at the gas station over $1 at 10pm at night) so he angrily told me to just leave and gave me my $20 back. He treated me like I was a criminal basically inferring that my $20 was counterfeit. I came home and tested the $20 and it was real to no surprise. It's nerve wracking enough as a young woman to have to put gas at night but he made the experience so much more stressful for no reason as my bill was valid. Maybe test your bills more than once before you accuse someone of paying with fraudulent cash.

This is a privacy concern because what do these scanners pickup from your driver license?? They say it only picks up your birth date but how do we know for sure - nowadays anything can get hack or being used to sell your data. Driver licenses has your full name, home address and date of birth - all the necessary information for stolen identity. I called the surrounding Shell stations and none of them are doing it. This tells me this is a franchise policy not a corporate policy. Now let's say their scanners only reads the age on the iDs, but how we know there's not an error in the programming (glitch) or hacked in the scanners that picks up and save or sends it off your information somewhere. The risk is too great.

I drive up, insert my car (which I the show him the charge on my mobile app that says Leffingwell Chevron for $8) and drove thru. No soap or water. I point him to my car and tell him to look it's still dirty. He says he doesn't know what happened and I tell him me neither but I paid for a wash. Even after I show him the mobile charge ken my phone and he can clearly see my car isn't clean he still said he didn't know what happened. He then tells me I need to come back and speak to a manager and look at the tape. Why would I come out of my way at 100 degree weather to con a gas station car wash out of $8? Here's photo of the charge on my card and this occurred at 1:58pm. Doubt any Manager will read this review but if anyone else has this problem, reference it because I'm sure it won't be the last time you get second guessed for trying to just get a car wash.

I've never had them really friendly and there's quite often a little bit of a line. Just a few people. I like going to other places where the price is competitive and the service is much nicer. Inside it seems not very fresh and the other guys lat you have any size fountain drink. The only allow a large. And I could see a rest room. I needed to go very badly. But they said no customer restrooms not like the competition that does have them at most locations.
