I have only had positive interactions with this business. I was able to get my COVID-19 booster with a spur of the moment decision on my part. They accommodated me with no problem and always have my prescriptions filled and ready. Tried Kaiser to get our Covid booster shots with no luck so I called B&B Pharmacy. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and said they were taking walk ins but said we would need to register for an appt so our info was in their system. Quick registration for the appt took less than 3 minutes then we headed over for our vaccines. We walked in and we're kindly greeted. The gentleman took our info and let us know they would be right with us. Took less than 5 minutes and we both got our boosters then waited in their very comfortable waiting area. Everyone who helped us today was very kind and pleasant, this will definitely be a place I frequent more when I need medical supplies or prescriptions. read more

Very unprofessional service.. walked in for the post office, took staff about 5 mins before they helped me out.. but no one was in the store but my self as a customer.. finally i asked the staff which was 3 people, if the post office was open?? and if anyone was there to help me and i got looks and finally this older lady with a lot of tattoos said yeah i'll be with u right know, she seemed annoyed about it though.. then she and one more of the employees walk over and she asked what i needed.. i replied to send a letter and stamps.. finally the transaction took place and she seemed very in a rush.. once finished i turned away and said thank u, i got nothing! no you're welcome, or thanks or anything.. management should give that staff some type of customer service classes.. much needed, will not be returning to this place again.. read more

Been here a few times to use the postal service and pharmacy, services is always great, it's nice to come in and have Arlene greet you by your name and already know what you're in there for. At times the post office side is closed due to the systems being down or supplies gone missing but anyone can easily go to the real post office and get their packages out (hence in why this is a PHARMACY). I will continue to do all my pharmacy needs here where it's friendly and the staff is amazing. read more

I had an amazing customer service experience with a pharmacist on the phone. Too bad I couldn't remember her name, but she was so helpful and friendly in helping me decide on the most cost-effective dosage form of medication for my dog. My vet referred me to this pharmacy saying that one of his patients was getting their compounded drugs from this pharmacy for hella cheap. I called to transfer the rx and the first thing they asked me was how much I was being charged at previous pharmacy. What a strange question, but little did I know they actually price match. That doesn't help much if you're being charged a lot in the first place...and I wouldn't transfer my rx if I'm going to charged the same price lol But the pharmacist and I discussed my options on the phone for quite some time and I ended up getting my dog's meds for way more than HALF the price I had paid for at my previous pharmacy. They even have all sorts of flavoring agents. I was able to choose a chicken flavor. Hopefully I'll be able to trick my dog into thinking his medication is a treat. Just purchased a lift chair here! Although it's for elderly people, I need it during my pregnancy because it's getting hard to move around and I figure it will make for a great recliner in the baby room. They have such a great collection of lift chairs, as well as medical supplies. As far as the service goes, I do't know what the big complaint is for this place. Definitely beats out CVS for customer service and they were very polite and attentive to my needs. I had a prescription filled here, and it was ready to go, no problem. I went to this pharmacy wanting to get the experience of good customer service from an independent pharmacy. Unfortunately I was greatly disappointed. The pharmacy is big and offers a lot of services but looks messy, lots of wasted space, largely overstaffed (6 people just behind the counter), and gives off a very dull atmosphere (no music, dim lighting). They told me 20 mins for my prescription! Most independents do 10 mins or less and they chit chat with you. I thought i might as well wait this place is big i will walk around. Well this place took 40 mins! 2 waiters after me got their meds first and then they tell me they don't have it in stock! Shouldn't the techs stock check first if it's a med they don't usually carry? No apology from any of the 3 pharmacists on duty, only from a clerk. Here at this pharmacy you are just a number they don't care about you. And when someone was picking up a new rx they asked if they would like to talk to a pharmacist, that is a big no no! Under federal law it is illegal to ask if a patient would LIKE counseling. The pharmacist must counsel on any new medication as mandated by law unless the patient refuses. I took my prescription to CVS and they filled it in 5 minutes! haha I'm sticking with CVS for life. read more

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. They aren't even deserving of ONE star! People that answer the phones barely speak ENGLISH. No ONE answers the phone. NO ONE Returns phone calls. Last time I was able to get a live person, it was horrible service. I've tried calling several times for several days and NO ONE is answering! Maybe they are on vacation. This past Friday, I went into B&B Pharmacy to purchase some much needed supplies for my mom with Alzheimer's, the entire store was blocked off except register area, everything I needed was behind quarantine block off tape. 4 people were behind the plastic divider, one acknowledged my existence stating he'd be right with me. I waited for 10 minutes listening to all 4 of them talk about their purposed weekend plans, meanwhile I've run out of the house while the hospice aid was there to gather those needed supplies. My time is limited, I don't have time to stand and wait until water cooler talk is done, I have bullet lists that need to be accomplished & done in a short time. After ringing the bell again, I was once again told to "hold up" they will be right with me and the conversation quickly returned to said weekend plans. Needless to say, I left without the acquisition of those much needed supplies and had to go to another store, Victory Drug and received amazing help and supplies. I was in and out of victory drugs in 10 minutes. Needless to say, I will never go back to B&B Pharmacy again. If They don't want to provide for and assist with customer service, then they don't need my money. BTW, the purchase total was $300. read more

This place is absolutely horrible. I've stopped by on two different occasions to use their postal service and both times I've been treated like sh*t! The employees are always in a bad mood and give the worst attitude to their customers. The first time I went a couple months back their "system was down" and were unable to help me ship my package. Waste of time. Today on 4/20 around 9:45am I went in again & a man with dark hair looked so annoyed that I was there to use their shipping service. He said that they didn't have any supplies for me to use. No labels and that someone "stole their tape". So I couldn't ship my package. He was unapologetic and very unprofessional. It was obvious he was just too lazy to help me. This place is a joke and his attitude made it worse. I thought about asking to speak with a manager but I had my two young children with me that I unloaded out of the car along with my package for nothing bc again.. complete waste of time! I recently broke my foot and required some medical accessories to use with my air cast. B&B has quite a selection of medical aids, along with their pharmacy and a US post office inside. Yvonne, who is a specialist in DME (durable medical equipment) was something special. A lovely young lady who really knows her stuff. She took her time with me, showed me several different types of items, and showed me tips and tricks on how to use them. She offered me several items to try, and said that I could return anything that didn't meet my needs. She's really helped make wearing a cast a lot easier. I just had another poor customer service experience at B&B Pharmacy. I have been looking for a new lift chair for my mother. I stopped by BMB Pharmacy to get a quote on one of their chairs. No one was to be found on the floor. It was 2:45 in the afternoon so someone should have been working. I heard people talking in the back room so I called out "hello". One guy finally came out only to tell me he's at lunch and the girl who is usually there had to leave for some reason. He said for me to come back in 20 minutes when he finishes his lunch. BMB pharmacy once again lost this potential. I have had similar experiences of poor customer service before but I was giving them another try. If I could rate them zero I would. They could learn a lot from Victory Drugs, which is where I am on my way to purchase a lift chair. Its a very nice pharmacy, it has decent staff, and whenever I call in, I'm immediately helped with a worker. It has been renovated, given a much more modern atmosphere. Its also convenient that there's a postal service where you can ship packages. Not many pharmacies have this convenience.
