The pharmacy appears to be under staff and all the customer care goes on one person. The same person filling prescriptions is also doing flu shots. This causes the customer to have a longer wait time than usual. There are others would could help yet they choose not too. They don't care how long the line gets. I waited at least 1hr in the line for a single transaction. When I asked for assistance, the pharmacist rudely said no she will be with you ( referring to the lady busy doing flu shots). The pharmacist wasn't doing anything but playing on her cell phone. She should be fired! read more

Ordered special items for gifts via their website. It was easy to setup an account and start my project. There's different varieties of printing they do. I opted for photo collages and a photo cube. I picked up the cube that same day and the collage pics were mailed to me in a few days from their main photo site. Was worth it. Everyone I gifted were very pleased with the results. The FedEx OnSite store associates inside the Walgreens were very unprofessional and were rude as they refused to take my returned package that had a provided RMA return shipping label taped on the box. Minutes later a FedEx delivery truck arrived on scene at the store and the driver also refused to take the returned package with no reasoning as well. The store associates and store manager suggested to visit another FedEx store to drop off package. Mind you, the packaging box was not big nor heavy as to their reasoning for the store to refuse to scan and receive the Box. I placed a photo order at this Walgreens. They cancelled my order due to "their machine not working". Despite my estimated pick up time not even being till another day, they still cancelled it. I assume they intend on never fixing their machine since they are cancelling all orders instead of pushing estimated pick up date back a couple days back.Very annoyed at the lack of customer service. Worst experience in the pharmacy I scheduled a Covid test to get done I waited like about 10 minutes who ever preformed my test treated me with respect however never informed me I was getting the results in my email so I was waiting when Kasandra the cashier informed me I was getting my results on email I stood up as I couldn't hear her so she asked if I had a mask I said no than she threw one at me I understood but dam do you have to be that rude. As we were getting ready to leave she started spraying with Lysol understandable but she couldn't have waited once we were at least 40 ft away from her instead of spraying on me. Anyway the reason I am upset is she accused me of giving everyone Covid joke was her because my results came out negative. I understand at the end of the day it all falls on management because by her actions it looks like she is used to do in and getting away with I just hope she gets proper training so she can stop treating customers like animals. Their drive thru pharmacy sucks! Been waiting inn the drive thru for over 455min now!! So irritated with this. They are also very rude and have an attitude when you get to the window.. from my understanding you just drop off and pick up your meds wheel they text you that they are ready.. maybe they have to explain a bit I if the patient is'nt familiar to a new med but wtf??!! read more

Was sick with covid for past week (using cvs drive thru lab results as my work does not accept at home tests) so I tried booking an appointment here for RAPID test. They advertised the results would be sent via email within 2 hours so I booked an appointment. Appointment was at 1245 via drive thru, followed directions and was hoping to hear back from them asap so I can go back to work. This store's pharmacy is the most unprofessional and disorganized pharmacy I've ever been to. The pharmacy staff Igor customers waiting to be serviced. They don't even acknowledge customers presence. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be. Sometimes it takes another day, after they get you they would be ready. Today, my 92 year old mother had had an appointment to get the Covid Booster. Upon arrival there was a note on the window stating they were not going to dispense vaccines. I asked why they hadn't called to inform us of the change. The pharmacy staff just said that they started calling people but never got back to calling after the first couple of people. They were other customers who arrived that were not notified. What upset me the most, was the staff's lack of acknowledgement. Especially, after passing in front of the counter at least 3 to 4 times. It's unfortunate, but this site should not be opened if the management continues to allow such unprofessionalism. This store is convenient to my mother's home. But, not with the frustration every time we go to the pharmacy. read more

It's been more difficult to find products you love. I used to buy Lactaid pills from Costco and Walmart but they seem to have a long line and with this heat I am not easily convinced it's worth waiting. Walgreens has become my go to place. I not only found a more affordable brand but I found probiotics and hair oils that are always sold out on Target. I visited this Walgreens in 2012 when I was working in Downey and decided as a change of pace to drive down part of Imperial Hwy instead of immediately getting on the freeway to go home to Santa Monica. I was looking for some childrens items that I had coupons for to donate, and the store had everything I was looking for. It's clean and well lit and well organized. The employees were friendly and helpful, and when I asked one of them where I needed to go to get on the westbound 105, I was given directions with a smile. The directions turned out to be good. I had a positive experience here. P.S. I also liked the fact that the store was selling sweatshirts and I think other items with the Lynwood High School logo on them. This tells me that this is a store that is part of and supports the local community. read more

Order one time a calendar and they said they didnt have the spirals to attach it to come bak in 3 days i went bak and they said they were ganna make them anymore cuz they do not have the machine to make them. I was so mad. I went to another walgreens they printed them but theyre machine wasnt working!!! I had to staple my calendar myself!!! Went recently for passport photos. Im waiting amd waitong for an employee to help me. And the cashier sees me waiting n ignores me. I get no help then after 15mins waiting i asked for someone to send an employee to photo they get there n says i cant do nothing for u the machines dont work.! I came here after a horrible experience at the Hawthorne Walgreens. I was sent here to get a photo book printed since Walgreens at Hawthorne had me working on my photo book for two hours and failed to tell me the printer was down. They sent me here to the Lynwood Walgreens with a cd with nothing on it. I had to re do the whole book all over again. However the Lynwood Walgreen employees were very helpful and although they weren't able to pull up anything on th DVD the Hawthorne location they did assist me the best way possible and their concern was very much appreciated. read more
