There were three items that I needed help with and some education on them. She was quick to tell me differences, comparisons, and what item options were available. She checked out of stocks and tried to locate items for me. She spent time sharing what would potentially work for me and gave me clear understanding of the items in question. I really appreciated her knowledgeable, her positive and genuine energy and the fact she showed real support toward me and my confusion on items trying to find the right item that would be a good fit.
