Excellent experience! Came here today for Covid testing ($95) and got results in 15 minutes. The young lady who performed the test was a total sweetheart and made the process easy and comfortable. I would not hesitate to return here in the near future for the vaccine. Recommend! read more

What an amazing experience I had getting my medication at Pico Care. Lauren an Lyn go out of their way to take care of their customers. Because of them I continue to fill my medication. read more

They are always fast and friendly with prescriptions. It's easy to refill prescriptions using their automated phone service and you can chat with a pharmacist if it's not working and they refill quickly. read more

I had my prescription sent here. And when I called to ask if it was ready for pick up the lady on the phone told me they never received a prescription. I called my clinic and they sent the prescription again. And once again the pharmacy said they hadn't received it. My clinic called them and they told my physician they HAD received the prescription BUT didn't have that medication available. They told me they never received it!!! Such a waste of my time. So so so unprofessional read more

On the surface, it makes more since to review a restaurant or a car mechanic, because quality of food and service at a restaurant vary from place to place. A repair shop with a skilled and honest mechanic is important to find. But a pharmacy? Most people don't give much thought about a pharmacy. They all do the same thing: take your money and give you your pills. Pico Care Pharmacy is different. Each customer is cared for, for their individual needs. In my case, one of my medicines is made by several different generic manufacturers. All but one of the manufacturers causes a rash on my skin. Other pharmacies can't, or are not willing to take that into consideration. They just order from whichever manufacturer gives them the best price. They would sometimes say that those are corporate discussions that they can't do anything about. Pico Care always makes sure they have the right manufacture's brand available for me, even when they have to special order it for just me. The staff is always helpful and willing to listen and discuss the best options and products for your health. Linh is my favorite, but Parth, Uchi, and the others are just as helpful! I'm sorry I don't recall all of their names (I think there is a Jeffrey?). So much nicer than the big corporate experience! read more

I can't begin to say enough about the wonderful people working at Pico Care Pharmacy!! They truly treat you like family and never have I had to wait more than 10 minutes for my prescriptions ! They're kind, considerate and very friendly and still manage to be fast! Not to mention the store is absolutely lovely full of wonderful merchandise along with medical supplies too. I go no where else!!!! read more

After using the CVS redifill program and it going out of business, I was recommended to Pico Pharmacy by my UCLA doctor. I must say I am extremely pleased with their service. You must go to this Pharmacy. Parth and his team are amazing. Very professional and attentive. Highly recommended.

This small, family run pharmacy is totally excellent. I came all the way out from west LA to get vaccinated, and even with all the pressures of Covid, the atmosphere was friendly, everything was incredibly well run and professional. Great community pharmacy. read more

Pico Care Pharmacy is filled with a dedicated group of professionals that helped me retrieve my medications promptly. A day after I left my doctors office they called to assure me they will get my medication delivered in a timely manner with no hassles. When my prior auth wasn't successful the first, the second and third time they didn't quit on it. They kept me in the loop every step of the way until I was approved! I have spoken to a variety of their Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacists. Each time I call they are welcoming and happy to help. Thank you very much Pico Care. Looking forward to continuing a genuine relationship over the years. -Mark, RN read more

I was able to get in the same day for my Rapid Test due to a family trip the next day. Very easy and fast.

My 92 year old mother came down with Covid and the pharmacy staff could not have been more considerate helping me get her the medications she needed. If only her doctors were as conscientious and timely! Thanks to you all for being there to help so many with health needs in these especially difficult times! read more

When I booked my appointment for a Covid-19 test, I was told it was $40. When I got there, I was told the test I need was $95, that the $40 only tells me if I have the antibodies in my system, not if I have covid or not. Then I'm told I need the $95 test. I told them no thank you, and I was then told there was a $25 cancelation fee. I was never told during the appointment booking process that there was a cancelation fee, and they didn't tell me that the $40 test was in fact not a covid test, but checking for antibodies. Terrible lack of information, easy way for them to make $25. read more

HORRIBLE!! DO NOT USE FOR COVID TESTING!!!! I had to get a rapid covid test for an event. I booked an appointment online on Saturday for Monday. On Sunday, I found a place that does it for free (orange county covid clinic - GO THERE INSTEAD). I tried calling to cancel my appointment on Sunday but they are closed. I sent an email reply to the email address that sent the confirmation. I called first thing in the morning on Monday to confirm the cancellation. They said they didn't get an email and I would get charged a $25 late charge fee. They said they cancelled the appointment and I called again to confirm after getting a reminder email for my upcoming appointment. The lady was rude when i called to confirm the cancellation - she was short with me and quickly hung up saying she cancelled it. Well, I got charged the full $79.99 and its been 2 weeks and now I'm on hold with my bank to dispute the charge. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I feel like I got scammed. read more

I love this pharmacy and would give it more stars if I could!! Their customer service is top notch and they are so accommodating. They worked hard to get a difficult prescription filled and they came through for me. They even mailed it to me when I was out to the area and couldn't pick it up. Keep up the great service, it is very much appreciated:) read more

Until now, I'd always gotten my meds at Costco and CVS, where trying to get brand name drugs was like trying to get blood from a stone.  The fact they ALWAYS trying to substitute generics when I specified brand name meds and had zero interest in whether any of them got approved by insurance or not was always a huge frustration to me.  Pico Care is truly a hidden gem in this city!!  The pharmacist there, Parth, is not your garden variety, cookie-cutter pharmacist.  He really cares and goes the extra mile for his patients.  Best of all, when it comes to getting brand medications approved, he is on-point!  He really knows his stuff and the amount of money he saved me is unbelievable (on BRAND name medication that I've struggled in the past to get covered, no less!)  I just wish I'd come here sooner!!  It's not too often you come across a pharmacist who goes as far above and beyond for their patients as he does so he definitely deserves recognition...there are far too few pharmacists like Parth and pharmacies like Pico Care out there.  Pico Care, you have a new customer for life! read more

No one ever plans to be sick on a Friday, when your doctor's office is packed and when most local pharmacies don't have your medications in stock. I visited 3 different pharmacies (Target, CVS, and Walmart) and called about 5 other pharmacies (I can't even remember which ones...I was desperate!) to see if they had an antibiotic in stock. Nobody had the medication in stock anywhere and nobody could get it until the following MONDAY. I can't let my husband suffer for another 3 more days without any treatment...It's an antibiotic, for crying out loud! I finally called Pico Care Pharmacy and was sooooooo grateful that they were able to get an order of my husband's antibiotic the very next day...on a SATURDAY! And they DELIVERED it home! THANK YOU, Pico Care for your prompt service. You are a life saver! 5 stars for convenience, service, customer service!!! read more

Store was clean. Obviously because it was newly built. However on my pick up was a decent one. It's been 3 months since I've been back for a refill. I left one message to get a call back two days later. On a refill I left all my information and contact number to get back to me. 3 weeks after my first call I still don't have my refill and I was told he would fill out some paper work to help with my co payment and that never happened. And that was when I first picked up my pills 3 months prior to my refill. Yeah so I just let it go. I got to go back to my Dr to get the prescription refilled and go to another pharmacy I guess that's what I get when I try to go to new pharmacy recommended by my doctor would ever happen again. read more
