Plenty of parking. Well organized shelves. Clean counters. I've been coming to this CVS for document printing because I'm too lazy to buy a printer. If you rarely need to print, I think this CVS is amazing. The website usually overestimates how long it will take to print your documents. I upload my pages to their website and I get modified within 5-10 minutes that it's ready for pickup. The website always says 2-3 hours after you submit the order but I believe that's a general wait time for photo printing and not document printing. Staff is very helpful and courteous. The store is clean and tidy, and the staff are kind and friendly. Since the Rite Aid Closed now, all the prescriptions were sent to this place for the family. I am done with automated receptionist. However, if you leave a message, they will return your call. They take lunch between 12 and one and the drive-through line is long all the time. The door has many items, but they are all locked up and good luck finding a person to open them. Pharmacy hours close at 9 PM weekdays weekends closes earlier. read more

To all Cvs customers do not purchase any gift cards . they are fraudulent and they are being charged in other states. i received a gift card for my daughters baby shower came without a pin. called Cvs and they informed me that it was already used. this was after 45 days of me calling back and forth to cvs and walmart . finally 12/31/2025 Kim from walmart informed me that the card was used in Missouri. and they cant do anything about it. read more

I always enjoy the pharmacy, they are super knowledgeable and friendly. I never have bad experiences with them. The staff is always funny and friendly, they always put the customer first. The pharmacy staff is very rude and incompetent. They lie! They tell you they will order you prescription to pick up on a certain day then when you go pick up they lie that they never said that and then say they couldnt find it anywhere. I can't seem to find a CVS that knows how to manage lines. The store was really well kept and it looked clean, but those lines!!! Haha. There was one register open and the person that was being attended was making a big deal out of a special on hair conditioner (there is always that one shopper). It took about 5 minutes for someone else to go to the front and open another register. I believe that person was probably a manager or supervisor because they kept apologizing for the delay/wait. That was greatly appreciated because at other locations I feel like workers get compensated on how long they can make customers wait. Just like the recent Comcast fiasco I think someone needs to get a GoPro camera and document just how ridiculous these lines can be. And just to clear things up, it isn't that there is a ton of people in line, it is that the person at the register doesn't move quick enough. read more

I went to CVS in a bad mood. The lines for the pharmacy are always long. Due to Larissa's great customer service changed my mood and perspective. She gave me great customer service and is very attentive. Showing me these qualities shows customers how she cares about helping others. Don't go to this CVS is you want credit for your 2% of what ever you pay to go to your Extra Care Rewards Card for shopping at CVS.. Every time I go to this CVS I have noticed on my receipt that the receipts Extra Care Card # does not match "MY" CVS/pharmacy Extra Care (Customer Rewards) Card number. Sometimes but very rarely do they ask if you have one & now I know why. They just decide to use their own personal card to reap the benefits of someone else's purchases. Can you even imagine how much they rack up in points which lead to actual cash to spend at CVS when they keep using their Own card? I personally feel that if they want my 2% of what ever I am spending at CVS, then they should pay for my damn purchases, same goes for my prescriptions! since it has happened to me at both sections of CVS. I called this CVS to inquire why this was happening & they gave me some lame a$$ excuse that they use a NEW card & placed it into my bag if I don't have one (Of course never have this so called NEW card ended up inside my bag nor handed to me) & when I said I do have one with me at all times, but they do not request it from me, I got the silent treatment & was told hold on & of course a typical hang up of my phone calls. That only goes to show me that they know the scam they are pulling because I've even asked to speak to the Manager or Head Pharmacist & always get the run around. That OK, I'm now going to call the CVS General Mgr for that district as well as calling the headquarters for the CVS/pharmacy Extra care card number on the back, just to inform them of their thievish cashiers. read more

I did not like how I was treated from the female supervisor. I was trying doing a return, however the supervisor gave me looks and kept talking about how I used a coupon. Great ... take that amount away from the total. I know she can override it, why won't she? In the end, there were two supervisors and an associated who ganged up on me and decided that they couldn't do the return after 10 minutes. THE GOOD: It is always appreciated when a person who is there to help you out, remembers a small degree or more of you. In this case SALLY was awesome in helping me obtain a prescription. When I approached, she smiled, and turned away, with a look on her face that was indicative that she remembered something about me and what I was there to pick-up. That was awesome. I got stuck going to this pharmacy because my regular one is closed on Sundays. I have a prescription that is important but short term (I only need it a few months, and then cvs and I can part ways). First off the techs here are friendly but the wait is long (usually a bunch of people filling prescriptions and only one working the register), also it bothers me when they shout out your personal info to everyone in hearing distance, for instance, "is your address still blah blah blah"? Seriously? By the end of most transactions, anyone who cares, knows your name, birthdate and home address. So fast forward to the last, and most notable incident. I brought my prescription home to find out that I'd been shorted 9 pills. The refill was for 40, and I got 31. Odd mistake right? They corrected the issue after I made a trip back to the store to complain, but what if I never counted or checked in the first place? A customer service rep called me with a long winded excuse as to how this could have happened with no intent to rectify the situation. He promised it wouldn't happen again, but how would he know, if he doesn't even know how this happened in the first place? He said if it was a controlled substance then he may suspect theft by the technician but since it wasn't a controlled substance he really could care less (I may be paraphrasing here). I recently transferred my prescription elsewhere and will avoid cvs pharmacies in the future. read more

I gave them multiple chances to simply just fill my prescriptions correctly. First mark against them was that it would take them close to two weeks to contact a doctor to refill a prescription. Second mark against was that they would fill my prescriptions in different amounts then was stated by the doctor ( IE if it was a prescription for 30 pills they would give me 28). I noticed less pills, and decided to count them, and it was short on multiple prescriptions. I went back to CVS and they stated they probably just didn't have enough to fill it correctly. I don't even know if that is even legal. I stay far away from this place now. read more

The cashier Brandyn was extremely rude. I understand working Christmas Day can be frustrating but me and my boyfriend didn't appreciate the attitude and rudeness. We attempted to use our CVS card after he rung us up and he continuously told us it was too late and that it would be a burden for him to void all our items so we can get our discount with our cars. We went in there for a passport photo. We looked around for the photo area and it was super small, but luckily we were greater very quickly. The worked asked us what we needed and she took us to the area to take the photo. It was nice she gave us a couple takes to get it right. It was 14.99, we were in and out in 15 minutes.
