False advertisement... I have been to this location in two separate occasions and they are always closed when the hours of operation say it should be open. This last time I went to get some theraflu I ran into the employees leaving when I was getting there (15 minutes before closing). My go to place. I walk here or drive. Just half a mile away from my home. I know some associates when i come in (not personally but as a frequent customer). I think the only issue i have with the store is that they don't carry REGULAR cheetos, they have other cheetos in small sizes but not big size (8.5oz). lol when i remember i mention it when i can. lol Its been a year now still waiting. lol not a crucial thing but weird they don't carry it. This review is for the pharmacy. I called about a refill yesterday and they let me know I had to do fix something with insurance which I handled and was approved last night. I called back today about the refill and they tell me they don't have my medication and they have to order it and won't get here till next week. So why wasn't I informed yesterday that you didn't have my medication?! I would have sent the prescription somewhere else! Now my doctors office is closed and I have to wait until Monday to request my refill be sent elsewhere. Not to mention i have to do everything with my insurance again. I'm so mad. I understand that pharmacies are undergoing high amounts of stress and have a lot of patients at the moment. However, the customer service in this pharmacy is really poor. In particular, the pharmacist Mindy was really rude when I tried to ask for help she completely ignored me and told me that "she had to go to lunch." Also, when I told her that the hospital was calling in order to verify with them that they (hospital) sent the medication to the pharmacy, she responded "oh no we always answer our calls." Uhhh hello I am not freaking lying !!!! Very poor customer service and this is why people are afraid to ask for help. Love thrifty's ice cream from rite aid! Pretty much the main reason why I come here. All the ice cream selections are always stocked and available. So delicious and a great price compared to other ice cream shops. I normally get a single scoop for $1.99 buuuut today called for a double!! Only $2.69...score! They also carry and sell thrifty brand ice cream in the pint size containers in the back. I do other shopping here as well, great prices with the rewards card. I kind of forgot about Rite Aid ever since I became a Walgreen's snob. Not cool. I was greeted about 4 times throughout my whole visit. Nice. I couldn't believe the amazing deals Rite Aid has! I went in to check on the tanning oil prices (ha-ha right? me? tan?) and seen the usual $8.99-$12.99 per bottle of name brand oil. But right underneath was the great old B.O.G.O.FREE! Whaaatt?? Cool! So I was able to mix/match tanning oil plus sunscreen! There were so many B.O.G.O. Free items that my little trip for oil turned out to be about 20 items in my cart plus an ice cream cone. Fatty. I also posted pictures of their $1 aisle because it is nuts! So many items like pet toys, candy, cleaning stuff, kitchen utensils, disposable plates/cups/napkins, cookies, juices, and lots more! Lastly, their alcohol prices are on point! Beer and liquor prices beat the market big time! And if anyone is wondering how lovely tan came out; I burned like a darn lobster!! :( Tan = FAIL! read more

I finally got used to the greeting from the security guard and I don't mind being called Miss BUT not every time the cashier says something to me. It's a little over done. And something that keeps happening is even though my wellness card is on the counter waiting to be scanned, the cashiers still ask "do you have your wellness card?" I like how everything is clean and organized. This is a plus because some places have everything all over the floor. It's ok I guess that they have security. One thing I really hate is that for some reason they always seem like they are short on staff. If you're in a hurry, this is definitely for you. They offer great specials and the staff is really helpful. As for the pharmacy, well it always seems like there's no one there to help out the customer. Some how this place always has a long line, even when it's empty. The staff is completely unproffesional. From the clerks all the way to the pharmacist. I have to mention that customer service in the pharmacy is horrible. The person that was so in helpful with me in the pharmacy was Maria. Well Maria demonstrated poor customer service. She is very unprofessional and rude. I can't understand how RiteAide hires people with horrible attitudes and no people skills. I will not be returning to that pharmacy. I don't understand how I had to wait an additional hour for my prescription because it was workman comp related. When initially it was suppose to be a 30 min wait.
