Decided to try it for a galentines dinner I was hosting! My fiancé who picked up the cake, took 40 mins for the entire process. The cake was ready but no one was at the bakery. He asked four different associates and no one had any idea. He went to the customer service desk, and then they paged someone to bakery twice but no one came. And then a manager had to go find the cake, and apparently it wasn't even under the pickup persons name but my name. A whole 40 mins. But the cake was $14 and it was super cute, and looked like those more expensive cakes you see nowadays so not complaining about that more the service! read more

Don't expect help in finding anything unless you are very very patient. I needed a rubber stopper for my shower/sink and asked 4 different employees before being guided to the right area by a middle aged man who did truly try to help. The first gave man me an isle number which i couldn't find. The second laughed and said he had no idea because he didn't have his scanner. The third guided me to the bathroom area that didn't have stoppers in that location. Although the forth took me to hardware area directly and showed me the spot, they were sold out. This is a large store that is strangely organized and not intuitively setup at all. People need help and it's unlikely they will get it at this store. read more

I have found that their employees are not trained properly to provide good customer interaction. I found that their service application scan&go is excellent however you have employees at the register going through your packed bags without approval from the customer, nothing is worse to find a complete stranger emptying your packed groceries to count every item, so you provide an app to make it faster for a customer yet you do not trust your customer and man handle their groceries without asking or explaining what they are doing, yet when someone does explain their procedure they explained that their manager makes them do this, yet they do not agree with the process, interesting!!! The black old lady at the register is so rude, she just can't help it. And if you are rude back she is indignant. But one cannot expect to be rude with people that create your salary, and think that the client should be happy with that arrangement. That makes no sense. Which is why I suggest that people that are not happy at their jobs, should retired so that they don't make others unhappy and unnecessarily miserable. I LOVE this Walmart! I've only had ONE bad experiance here. The security guy was following me around the makeup section one night while he was texting on his phone. He walked up to me and said, "You were here the other night, huh? And a Mustang wad waiting outside for you?" i was like, "Huh?!" He repeated himself and I said, "No. I have NO clue what you are talking about and I don't know ANYONE who drives a Mustang." He was like, "No, I'' pretty sure that it was you." i said, "Id be MORE tham happy to go with you while you check the cameras again, because I can ASSURE you it WAS NOT ME!" he said, "Thats not necessary. You can continue your shopping." I said, "Ok." So I did just that and at the END of my shopping trip, I passed by him AGAIN and said, "Did you figure everything out?!" He said, "What do you mean?" I don't have much Walmart Supercenter shop experience, but I think that this is a nice, spacious store carrying all of one's needs. Their little Walmart Neighborhood Markets (like the one in Rancho Santa Margarita) are cute, but too small and cramped for my liking. At that point I would much rather shop at the cute, quirky Trader Joe's grocery store where I can get my usual familiar healthier products. I like that it's an all-in-one spot to shop and you can get your drug store items, cleaning supplies, office supplies, car supplies, and groceries done all in one stop. You get the picture. Customer service may not be the best, but I usually don't have to call on anyone. I just grab what I need and go to self check-out and off I go. Easy peasy. read more

This review is not directed at a single store but Corporate Christmas Card Printing. I have learned my lesson will never order from Walmart again. On December 8th I ordered 60 Christmas Cards with 3 photos on the front one on the back. It is the 21st and I still don't have them. How will I address and send out so they are delivered by the 25th? I have been doing this for 30 years, never had an issue except with Walmart. If you can't print cards in 2-3 days and ship out you should get out of the printing business. They do not offer expedited shipping that I would have gladly paid for, only Fed-Ex Ground. I tried calling them a week ago does no good. Came in here for items showing in stock online. Asked 4 different staff members that redirected us to other staff members because item showing in stock wasn't where it was supposed to be. This Walmart is a particularly unpleasant place to shop, it is supervised by a variety of different cultures so no one will speak English or be helpful, they have someone requesting receipts at the door, which people are NOT REQUIRED to provide to the person as it is a store open to the public not a Costco whereby agreement you provide your receipt. Walmart knows this and Im not sure why the incredible over reach is necessary in the foothills which seems to be a nice area. This is an awful Walmart, I would not shop here. read more

I found an item from Walmart.com advertised $27.66, which is available for pick up in local store. I just drove to Walmart store as I was few mins away, and found that the item is $44 in store. I asked for price match to their own website, and I was directed to customer center. After long line wait, I was told that they don't match online price even if it is sold/shipped by Walmart. I showed online price match policy clearly saying that Walmart U.S. Store will match the price of the identical item advertised on Walmart.com if sold/shipped by Walmarr. The representative doesn't listen. Supervisor came in, and I was told I just need to purchase online and pick up. I'm very surprised that employees are not educated with their own policy. Why do you guys place slow people to check out? I had this lady Nelly, who didn't know Roma tomatoes are sold by weight, not amount, she was busy counting them. Unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience at this location with the HR department a lady name Kelly she is blonde and over weight lady (white) I am not sure why she was so rude to me and didn't even make eye contact when answering me so disrespectful I hope the store manager (shabnam) takes care of this matter and consider swapping this old lady with a younger employee because her attitude came off as extreme racist towards me and I was very professional and polite not only I deserved that but nobody in the future needs that hate and negative experience read more

Time to update my review here. Shopping here during the current pandemic has been nothing short of a crap show. I started by doing drive up orders and the instructions on the signs are clear as day. Pull up. Check in. Pop your trunk. Every single time I did a drive up order everyone was out of their cars, not wearing masks. They were helping load their groceries. They were out talking on their phones walking around. Not one rule was enforced by employees. If they didn't want to enforce, management should have been outside enforcing. Then I switched to deliveries. The deliveries were done through Postmates and were never consistent. I was very generous with my delivery drivers at least, as I'm on the third story with no elevator and I often ordered a lot and cases of water. I tipped $15 - $20 cash and an additional $15 through the app. I started going into the store, to do my shopping as I couldn't always get a drive up or delivery time. Last weekend I had a gift card that wouldn't work on the register. It was $50, and I really wanted to use it. The cashier ran it through four or five swipes at a time, extremely spastically. He then tried to scan it. I asked for the card to try on my side. Nothing was working. So I paid for everything and left. I went back today and went to customer service first. Their systems were down so they couldn't transfer my gift card to another one that would work. I did my shopping and went back. Still down. The second person showed me how to do Walmart Pay so I could the gift card through the app. That didn't work at the register however the one good employee here manually entered my gift card numbers at the register and it worked. While shopping today, customers were not wearing masks. While they are no longer enforced in OC (dumbest county ever), they are strongly recommended and this store has chosen not to enforce that. Bummer. A woman shopping with no mask had a shirt on that said, "Proud mother of three dumbass kids". Well, at least we know where they get it from. I won't be back to this store until masks are required. I will not risk my life to get my groceries. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

POSITIVE The people that work at this location are very nice. They do a really good job making sure the store is clean. Every time I come into this location the floors are always really clean in the bathroom is pretty clean as well. That is not something that you always see at a Walmart location so I am appreciative NEGATIVES I really feel they need to increase the quality of the food that they provide. Some of the produce that I purchased from this location was rotten. It was spoiled and it was not very good. Not something you would want to feed to your family. I come to this Walmart pretty often and usually do not have a problem with the staff however, Tina in the self-checkout line really should attend customer service classes. My bill was $16.30 and when I attempted to put in the 0.30cents in the coin dispenser it would take the quarter and not subtract it from my bill. I notified Tina and she was behaving in a manner like I was not being honest. She went and got the manager and when he opened the coin dispenser the quarters were jammed. He told me I could not use that self-checkout for cash because it was broken. While moving to another self-checkout my grocery bag dropped and my pasta sauce broke. OK I never have high expectations at Walmart because every Walmart I've gone to is never that great. I do still come back here because they do you have good priced items for kids clothes, and kids toys. But other than that I don't like to come here. First of all the isles are way overcrowded you can't even get a shopping cart through it's just way too busy and there's not enough room to walk around. The Walmart that used to be in Irvine was amazing that was the only Walmart that I like but they closed it down during Covid. Sadly. When I went to the cash register to do a self check out and there was no price tag on some thing the sales associate says I don't know I can't do anything about it and she didn't even ask or try to help me. So there goes that but again I don't have expectations for customer service. Everyone just seems really depressed that works there, and no one smiles, and you can't get anyone to help you. The customer service here is terrible after waiting 10 minutes in the bicycle area to get a self sealing tube for a bike a representative walked by and I asked her for help opening the glass cabinet. I really love the new remodel Walmart is going through. It makes me realize how beat up the store was getting. It's so fun to have a clean brand new cart to zoom around within each of the areas, going through their metamorphose. Grateful for the fitting rooms coming back. I'm surprised at the clothing Walmart offers and how much of it I seem to keep buying. Glad they are reinvesting in a facelift of the store for all of us. A big reason I really love the store is the people that work there. All the way from the checkout, to the greeters, and especially the pharmacy! Big shout out to Farnaz and Eric, and everyone there that have really been compassionate with me during all my medical trials. They are always good about explaining things and answering questions and they always try to get the best deals on whatever it is I need to buy. I LOVE THEM! I also just love the greaters there are so many of them I don't know all of their names but we definitely recognized them all by sight. Aliyah is one I just visited with the other day and I just loved her dearly. Most of these big grocery short chains have high turnover and nobody knows anybody but it seems like even for its size, there's a low ecosystem community there and the people really do care. But be patient with them... I believe they are all doing their best and when they get to know you, they really try even harder. So I don't know how to put Instacart on Yelp but I've been with them for years and never had a problem until today, but I'm really complaining about is the Shopper. He is the rudest most unprofessional shopper I've ever dealt with. I ordered 23 items and it took him two hours to get two items into the cart because he was doing multiple orders anyways because I asked him how many orders he was doing. Normally I post about food places, however I wanted to post about something different. Walmart's are all over Orange County, but our family finds this specific Walmart to better than most. We lived in this area a couple years ago and come back here when we need to go Walmart. The prices are as usual as they are lower than most grocery stores. The selections for the things that we need are always exceptional and easy to find. This specific Walmart is way better than the one in Santa Ana. It is way cleaner and does not have issues that you see at other Walmart's. Lastly, remember that once you find a place to get things and they don't let you down, you keep going back. So we drive the 25 minutes to go here because they have what we need. read more

I needed new tires and nobody had them in stock so I had to order them online from Walmart. I made an install appt 2 weeks in advance for their first available time. Expected it would take an hour. I arrived early to make sure nobody got ahead of me. The car has been on the lift for an hour and the techs are walking around doing nothing. How do these people stay in business?
