We've been to the Walmart super center up in Santa Clarita but we come to this Walmart every now and then just for some quick checks on stock. We're figure collectors and were very surprised to find some new figures. Typically they sell out quick, especially the location by us. Stock on the Pokémon Jazwares figures were nice, lots of dupes but still, stock is good! We were surprised to see some of their new cityscape sets as well. We were here just for the new Jazwares Harry Potter sleeping plushies and were very surprised to find them since they just came out! Figured people would've already been all over them. Glad to find a bunch of new figures and plushies for our collection and looking forward to visiting again. IG: @ammysalamii

Everything! First of all if you cannot honor an online transaction/return/WITH RECEIPT! Why are you allowing online transactions? I hope these two uncaring individuals remember me I bought 110 pairs of leg warmers online and Walmart sent me only two pairs. The receipt even said the online receipt even said only two pairs were shipped of 110 yet I was charged for 110 I had the receipt the online transaction and these people refuse to honor my return because they are saying that the weight for 110 pairs of leg warmers is too heavy for their system to process so what am I supposed to do when I need 110 pairs and they only sent me two???? whose fault is that it definitely isn't my fault if I'm holding the receipt. Very upsetting that the sales associate and so-called manager refused to help me. Horrible customer service.

I went in there weeks ago (12/10/2018 to be exact), to order a pair of men's sweatpants. I come to…read morefind out that those specific pants are no longer available in stores. No problem at all, so I order online at this location with the help of an employee and their store manager, Lebon Keawprasert (or however you spell his last name). I pay for the sweats and am told that they will BE DELIVERED IN STORE within 5-7 business days. Fast forward THREE WEEKS LATER (12/22/18) and I still have no email about my delivery to the store. Thinking that this unprofessional act was strange, I go into the store and asked where my shipment was. The other store manager, Charlie Crouse, is conveniently helping me out. He checks my order status and to his dismay, sees that it has been recorded as "delivered on 12/17/18" to the mall, yet, they do not have my order in the store. Why is that, you ask? Well, the first store manager I referenced told his employee to just list the delivery location as the mall location, not specifically to "in store delivery to hollister". THIS IS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT, MIND YOU. So obviously, I need these pants. Instead of helping in any way, I get a response of "I'm sorry but they have never been delivered and they are now all sold out and can not be bought. The best we can do is give you a refund that will take 3-5 business days." BUT WHO KNOWS BECAUSE BUSINESS DAYS ARE NEGLECTFUL IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I'M SORRY WHAT!? No compensation, nothing. Just a "don't know what to tell you" type of crap response. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE is the expectation that you should have when galloping to this disgusting store. Hollister Co. has lost my business FOREVER. If you love incompetency and a lack of customer service of any kind, you will love this place. My message to you Lebon and Charlie, reevaluate your profession and impact on the company when our address future customers-that's the least you could do for ruining my family's Christmas. I hope you get coal for Christmas. Happy Holidays to you.
