I pay for the sweats and am told that they will BE DELIVERED IN STORE within 5-7 business days. Fast forward THREE WEEKS LATER (12/22/18) and I still have no email about my delivery to the store. Thinking that this unprofessional act was strange, I go into the store and asked where my shipment was. The other store manager, Charlie Crouse, is conveniently helping me out. He checks my order status and to his dismay, sees that it has been recorded as "delivered on 12/17/18" to the mall, yet, they do not have my order in the store. Why is that, you ask? Well, the first store manager I referenced told his employee to just list the delivery location as the mall location, not specifically to "in store delivery to hollister". THIS IS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT, MIND YOU. So obviously, I need these pants. Instead of helping in any way, I get a response of "I'm sorry but they have never been delivered and they are now all sold out and can not be bought. The best we can do is give you a refund that will take 3-5 business days." BUT WHO KNOWS BECAUSE BUSINESS DAYS ARE NEGLECTFUL IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I'M SORRY WHAT!? No compensation, nothing. Just a "don't know what to tell you" type of crap response. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE is the expectation that you should have when galloping to this disgusting store. Hollister Co. has lost my business FOREVER. If you love incompetency and a lack of customer service of any kind, you will love this place. My message to you Lebon and Charlie, reevaluate your profession and impact on the company when our address future customers-that's the least you could do for ruining my family's Christmas.
