Walmart has always been a place to find great deals. In my opinion they do not disappoint. Quality has always been in question. Yesterday, I drove over to the Keeaumoku location in search for a cheap body scale. I haven't been there in over a year. I swear the aisles got smaller. Social distancing in this place is impossible. Walking around I saw many children & adults either not wearing their mask properly or not at all. Many employees walking around in groups. All I wanted to do is find that scale and get the hell out of there. I did eventually find it with some help. I asked two sales associates and got two different locations. I've purchased items from the Walmart website before. Delivery is fast. Recently I've noticed a charge for shipping even when you meet the $35 requirement. But it maybe worth paying the shipping, especially during this time. read more

It's almost always majorly crowded at the Keeaumoku store. But today I'm not in any rush so I really don't mind. The parking lot was packed with a long line everywhere but with shoppers pulling out regularly, there seemed to be a relatively good flow. Inside the store is when I got so excited..! Did ya know? Walmart sells University of Hawaii-licensed H-logo items! Update your Rainbow Warrior gear in time for our first game on 8/30/2014! For the tailgate: Various nylon chairs sizes, portable folding table (hey, awesome new product!), tents! For the game: Fleece blankets for those chilly game nites and the always dependable gotta-have-at-least-one tee-shirt, key chain, lanyard, and set of stickers to bling your cell phone, office space, and car windows! Some other new and interesting items: H-logo crystal iron-ons (comes two to a pack) to bling your denim wear, green golf cooling towels, and soft, zippered eyeglass cases. You can't miss the display - UH goodies are in the walkway to the left of the pharmacy right at the front doors. Seeing the display will surely make you a proud fan and get you right back into the Warrior Football groove while shopping..at Walmart! Went into the Optical department to have my eye glasses tightened a little bit as it was falling off my face. Of all my years having them adjusted at home in Canada was no issue except this lady at Walmart actually chipped one of my lenses in the corner!!!! Of course, I had no recourse since it is my own responsibility but how incompetent is she!!! She did not apologize and shrugged it off after chipping the lens. There goes my $1000 lens thanks to the incompetency of the Walmart employee working at the Optical department (mid Feb 2024). Yesterday I had such a traumatic thing happen to me a Walmart. Im still not sure what happened. But let's just start by saying going to Walmart is always an adventure. It's like a one stop shop for everything. I just love going up and down the aisles and discovering new items. Well after spending quite some time shopping I stood in line to check out. I was waiting in line and I was second in line so it wasn't too bad. Soon it was my turn. But all of a sudden I started to feel dizzy and light headed. It was like the feeling like how you feel when you're about to pass out. The clerk was checking me out and I just told her to put my stuff on the side because I wasn't feeling well. Then I left the line and stumbled over to the next register. My vision was getting foggy so I just sat down on their plastic bag turnstile. I was getting all clammy and hot and I needed help so I asked the bagger in the next lane to help me. She quickly asked me if I needed water and got it for me. Then she took me to customer service to sit and rest. From that point on, the Walmart employees were so helpful to me. They kept asking me if I was ok, brought me out more water, and even called 911 for me. I'm not sure if this lady was the manager on duty but Carneita was especially helpful. She got my items that I left at the register and brought it up front to customer service for me. She even got me a bottle of orange juice so I could get my sugar levels up. Even after the EMT came to check me out, she still seemed worried and kept asking how I was doing. I totally appreciate all the caring people that helped me out yesterday. It was really scary and out of the blue to get light headed like that, but I'm glad Carneita and other employees were there. read more

I was at self check out at the American Savings Bank area with my family when this Filipino lady with glasses name Maria walk towards us and stood in the back of us watching over us . I was scanning my items and putting it in my bag then she said that I didn't scan a product I turn around and told her that I was done scanning she then search my bag . She is not even security and besides I was still in the store and she demanded to search my bag what give her right to do this !!! I was so angry I talk to a manager name Robert who I felt didn't resolve the problem but I feel he took Maria's side instead of the customers side . What happen to customers is always right ! I am not going to give this Walmart any stars cuz they don't deserve any . This location is the worse in Oahu, Honolulu. Hands down, -*. The General Manager needs to be let go, fired, terminated or 86'd. Wal-Mart CEO Doug McMillan salary $22.8 million, the median salary Wal-Mart employees $19,177, basically 1,188 times the average employee. Customer service should be better, not sure what they get paid but I know it's hard work. Worked for retail making $15.00 Home Depot when I was in College, and they will work you to death. But one thing I learned working for Home Depot is guest satisfaction is priority #1. We, the customer pay their salary, not as much as Doug McMillan and you don't want to know his bonuses. I live 10 minutes walking distance, parking is horrendous, absolutely chaos. The 3 security guards outside don't do anything. They play with their phones, shirt untucked. G4 security company, maybe not sure but they should be replaced. Go back of Wal-Mart, up the ramp to park. Do not leave your car overnight, it will be vandalized. Honolulu cops will not care, so be aware of your surroundings. Homeless in front of store, trash everywhere, escalator filthy, do not touch the rubber guards, if you do sanitize. Employees are generally not happy there, I don't ask for help there except at the self check out, if there is a discrepancy on the item price or buying liquor, I'D check. Other than the bad customer service there are a few Wal-Mart employees, who do care. Beware, by law the receipt check out person are not allowed to double check your receipt. In California there is a lawsuit about checking receipts after your purchase. I've been there plenty of times bringing my own shopping bags and never been checked. Certain times and the employee checking will say they're told to check all receipts by their manager. This is where the Store Manager needs to be fired. Wal-Mart supposed to have Loss Prevention and security to make sure no one steals, but they're losing customers to Target due to making loyal customers feel uncomfortable. I highly recommend Target, it's only a few blocks away, much cleaner and better products. Was there today, Campbell and Progressive Soup much cheaper than Wal-Mart. They also have better produce and steaks packaged. The only way that this Wal-Mart will improve is by hurting them in revenue. CEO NEEDS to look at the reason sales are slumping and why there % of theft is high. Good luck and shop at better places. Honolulu in general needs to improve customer service. The locals feel the impact now due to the scare of the Coronavirus. Waikiki is empty, no foot traffic. Only the top tier stores will survive but Wal-Mart will do well because it does overall $40 million a day in profit. Think they can pay up the employees just a bit. read more

Customer Service here really sucks! I rather make the journey to Pearl City Walmart. We recently moved to this side of the island and every visit has been awful. 1. The first incident that occurred happened when my sister and I ordered photo books for pick up from the Honolulu location. We both received email and text notifications that they were ready and went to pick them up the next day. I ordered 3 copies of the same item, my sister ordered one. When picking up the associate could only locate 1 of my books and my sister's hadn't even been printed. We were asked to wait an hour which we did and that we would get a call when ready. An hour and a half later no call. So we head over to the photo/electronic station. The books were given to us with the wrong color cover (brown instead of black). Frustrated, we asked for a manager. The woman who came lacked any empathy whatsoever. After explaining to her what had happened her response was a very monotone, "So you wanted black?" She left with the book and came back 10 minutes later handed us our order and took off. No sorry for the mix up or any type of apology. 2. My husband and I went to the self check out. We were purchasing superglue which needed approval from an associate. There were 3 of them standing together talking. My husband got the attention of one who reluctantly came to assist and instead of saying excuse me she squeezes her way between me and the QR code on the side of the machine that I didn't know she needed to get to. When leaving the other associate she was with was scrolling through social media on her phone. 3. My sister and I were leaving when asked to exit through the entrance because the cart collector was bringing in a line of carts. We did as we were told when the associate from the other side pushes my sisters cart back towards her and tells her to exit from the other side. She normally holds her baby in a front carrier but luckily I had offered to carry him instead. He would have been hit by the cart if she had been carrying him. read more

Thus, I did what any normal civilized person would do in a pandemic and decided to put my mask on and browse for items I don't need at wal mart, all while listening to a nice audiobook and dodging shopping carts. Then it hit me, not a cart, but an idea! I think I can reload my cash app debit card... holy moly. I was so excited! Who gets excited over making money deposits? I do Okay! Anywho, I was told that money service was in the back. I deposited some physical dollah bills I would have aimlessly spent at a strip club and put it to better use! My poor Black friend! I've never posted before, in fact only been reading Yelp for years, but decided I needed to write this to warn others who might have the same experience at Walmart Ke`eaumoku. Wish there were negative star ratings to match how angry I am. I've lived in Waikiki for decades so I have shopped at this Walmart literally hundreds of times since it was built. Never had any problem even when dressed like the beach bum I am. So I was shocked when a long-time friend shared with me that he has been tailed by security there a dozen times. About us, we're both older adults and I'm your average local Hawaiian/Haole/Chinese guy. He, however, is tall, muscled and African-American. He always dresses nicely, is a professional, doesn't even drink, looks just like me except for his skin color. So I actually joined him half a dozen times to shop there. I thought he might be imagining it (please forgive me for my naivete). AND I WAS SHOCKED. Three of those times a security guard was clearly following us. Once it was almost comical. The guard was trying very hard to appear nonchalant but every time we came out of an aisle there he was a few aisles over. This started in the grocery area, then the auto area then in pet food. By the time we got to electronics I had had enough. I walked up to him and asked, "What brah, you got a problem? You're following us." He stammered and squeaked out, "No, I'm not." I said, "Yes, you are. Knock it off!" Mind you each time we had a full cart of what turned out to be over a hundred dollar purchase. I have had an identically-filled cart a hundred times over the years and NEVER been stalked. The only difference these times was that I was with someone who was Black. I'm horrified! That this is happening in our Hawai`i, of all places, is soul-hurting. I didn't know what to say to my friend. We laughed a little, got angry a lot, but what can I say? That this world is full of injustice and bad people and silliness? That rings so hollow. Problem is I like shopping at this Walmart. I shop even more at Sam's Club so it's convenient to just run downstairs after instead of going to another grocery store. I even overlook their rude workers and perpetually-empty shelves. I have to decide now whether I can even go there anymore knowing how they profile certain races. My friend can't be the only one facing this trauma. I asked around and my Asian and white friends have never had this happen. It has, however, happened to some Polynesian and Micronesian friends. Also heard that this has happened to other black people. It's painful. Decide if you can support a store that clearly has a policy of racial-profiling. It was easier in the old days, I guess. Rip off, price gouge. I went to buy Zero water replacement filter. Web says available in store. Walmart employee says "only what we have here on display". Web says in stock, can order for pick up today. So order made (at 1pm) for "pick up today". I receive an email "order not ready will be ready by 8pm. Wait for email notification." At 9pm, I call "is my order ready?" "Oh, they closed at 8pm" email doesn't say you can't pick up after 8pm NOR does email say pick up department closes at 8pm. I would say that this has to be the busiest Walmart in all of Hawaii and maybe in the whole country. With that being said, it is pretty busy through out the whole day. I don't think they have stock clerk's to restock the shelves during the day as many times I find empty holes. One time I came late night and saw someone stocking the shelves and I noticed that he wasn't rotating stock. He just pushed the cans back and started putting the news in the front. What happened to stock rotation??? When I used to work for another competitor, we we're always told to rotate stock and to face the cans. One thing I do like besides the prices, are the greeters as they say hi and seem to be happy. So Walmart please hire some competent fast workers to stock the shelves during the day time and cashiers Tha can handle the long lines and you will get more stars from me. read more

Absolutely abysmal experience at this Walmart. I have been to plenty of Walmarts before, mainly in the continental US, but no experience was as bad as this one. Extremely busy, rude people, higher prices (must be because of being in Hawaii, which is somewhat understandable), but what took the cake was the kid who checked us out. The guy who helped us, Dylan, had his headphones in the whole time and scanned our 25 items without asking if we wanted a bag. Didn't say anything else, other than when we tried to buy beer, he just said "I'm not old enough to process beer" and went to put the beer on the belt of another Walmart employee who could. Didn't ask for help, anything. So, we had to do two separate transactions because his dumb ass couldn't communicate to us properly. Avoid this Walmart at all costs, if you can! read more

Having worked at HMSA right when Walmart opened several years ago, the place was many times a place that I would stop in on my lunch break. While I don't agree with some of their business practices, I do have to hand it to them the amount of the stuff that they offer here. The parking lot can be a very hectic place. I would suggest not parking in the spaces near the entrances. Cars tend to get backed up often here. This after all is a complex shared by a number of other business including a Sam's Club. Store layout is pretty reasonable. I think the wide aisles are definitely needed as this place can get packed. It is one of the big meeting places where local meets tourist. Locals come here for cheap prices on everyday goods. While tourists come here for the cheap prices on the Hawaii centric products. It is not the kind of place I really want to shop at. But I go to Walmart because they have almost everything under one roof. read more

I really don't prefer this walmart, but it's pretty much the only one in town. The only good thing about it is the parking (it's covered so you don't have to worry about the rain) and the large selection of items. The bad part is that everyone is at this walmart. AND although it seems like there are a lot of parking stalls, a lot of them are taken or either too narrow OR people just don't know how to park and take up more than one stall. My last visit here was an unpleasant one too. The whole parking garage smelled like urine and some other areas around walmart. I wasn't having it. I felt gross and icky. They need to pressure wash everything or something cause it stanksss! Meh, I'll just stick to the Pearl City location. That's the best one I think. read more

Walmart is a pretty good place to get deals. I'm not a huge fan of the store and brand historically. It's more of a lower end bulk retailer but in certain situations it does the job. The store is pretty large and has a large variety of popular products. I mean if you're going for generic stuff it's great. Specialty items I usually shop other places because quality is a bigger factor. One of the best benefits of this store besides being central and close is that it is one of the few places open 24 hours. So if you're in a situation where you came in on a late night flight and you need some basics, it's great. read more

Today was my first visit to this particular Walmart. Not a bad experience overall. It is a good Walmart store. Parking was a little bit of a hassle, but eventually we got a spot. Lots of pedestrians going to and fro made it a challenge. Once inside, my fiancé an I had no problems. Everything was well-marked, everything was clean and organized, and there were lots of helpful signs and available employees around. I liked their souvenir section, which attracted a lot of tourists. It was tidy and organized, and I found some good stuff their, too. My fiancé and I went in for some Hawaiian kine slippers. We found the perfect ones, and the price was perfect. Checkout took a little while, but that's nothing new for Walmart here on the island. I liked that they had an L&L BBQ inside the store. Not sure the quality of it, but when we try it out another time, I'll let you know. It's just cool that the restaurant is there for anyone who wants a yummy bite to eat while out and about. read more

Walmart has almost everything! I love coming here to buy anything. The prices are usually cheaper than most places. If I want to try something, I look for it at Walmart before looking anywhere else because of the price. There's plenty of parking and Sam's Club is upstairs! But I suggest to go at an off time - early morning or late afternoon. The traffic can be horrible. I would also be aware of where you park. Some drivers don't park in the lines or park too close to you. I don't mind walking so I usually park in the back - lessen stress on myself. The store is HUGE! From souvenirs, food, drinks, medicine, make-up to clothes and electronics. Walmart has (almost) everything you'll need. The employees are helpful especially in the paint and car section. They either know the answer or try to help you figure out what you want. For me, is super awesome because with car stuff - forget it! Lol. Oh, and there's an L&L inside :) Very convenient place. I have had the worst experience with a female worker who seemed like she was in charge of the "self check outs" story time, I am patiently waiting with my baby for a self check out register to open, seeing that 2-3 self check outs had lights blinking that indicated that a WORKER needed to take a look at them. Mind you, I am minding my own business, not even bothering to say anything to the female worker b/c i figured she sees the 3 bright blinking lights! As I'm walking to a self check out that I seen just opened up, this female worker says to me -- "Why, what's wrong with this one?" Me: Oh, it says system is busy, and the other one says restarting. Worker: You just gotta press okay!! This worker had such a terrible tone/attitude while speaking to me. As my boyfriend heard the way she spoke, this worker is at the register behind me, she's tapping on the screen very loudly and looks over at us with such a stink face, "So, I guess pressing okay never work ah? I never bother your machine, because that's YOUR job. I don't work here to know your systems, you got 3 other lights blinking saying the same thing" Worker: It needed damn receipt paper k!! Worker keeps going back and forth speaking loudly as we walked away -- "You think I care about this job? Fuck this job" "Go ahead, tell them" "This is my second job anyways! I'll just find a new one" Called a manager/supervisor to the front to have a word with her. As we tell her about the incident, the supervisor asks who it is, this female worker is close by, she knows we are speaking to her supervisor about her, so she waves at the supervisor signaling to her that she is the one and continues to laugh. The supervisor apologized, and we ended it there. Walmart by Alas, if this female worker continues to represent your values at your establishment, she is going to piss off so many of your customers with such a PILAU mouth/attitude. read more

My biggest complaint about this Wal-Mart is that it is so busy that the restocking of shelves doesn't seem to keep up with the demand. A friend buys facial tissue & toilet paper here but there frequently seems to be a lack of the value priced items. Aside from that, parking has never really been an issue for me as I just park on the 2nd floor and just walk down one level. There's lots of empty spaces on the 2nd floor and it is easily accessed from the ramp on Sheridan Street! So easy! TIP - Wal-Mart price matches all other stores advertisements at the cash register! If you find an item on sale elsewhere, like $1 for 2 liter Coca-Cola soda, Wal-Mart will price match! Frequently other stores may run out of their sale items but they can easily be price matched at Wal-Mart! read more

Careful with staff at Wals. Not hired for expertise, just bodies. Tried using Wals gift card at self checkout. The card wouldn't go through. Staff woman ran the card half dozen times then tried to convince me the card not valid & to pony up and pay another way. Trying to convince me Wals card without credit. But I held the balance receipt in my hand. Asked for the supervisor & after 5 minutes of attempts the card finally worked. Dang! The gift card was purchased at this Ft St store, I bought it myself. Using gift cards? Keep receipts with the cards and don't back down. I'm thinking this a biggie for stores and/or staff. Part of the cards used and next purchases the card doesn't work. Honestly can not believe this store has 2.5 stars. Are we going to a different place?? I'm from California (live here now) and Walmart isn't a sought out destination, where I lived at least. I was hesitant to come here at first to to my experience on the mainland. This store is definitely 4/4.5 worthy at least!!! It's great for tourists and locals. Fresh produce, meat, frozen foods (pretty much entire grocery store in side. You can get snorkel gear, body boards, and a whole section of gifts to bring home to friends and family. This store is very clean, everytime I have been and staff always so nice and helpful. And you can't beat the pricing either. This is probably the busiest Walmart in the country!!! it's hard to find help because a lot of the workers are just vendors stalking their own shelves with their own products. When u do find help, they do help tho. I guess it's hard because this place is huge plus it's so busy. They is a lot of things u can get here. Pretty much almost anything u need they will have. Some things they have more variety of than others. Sometimes u have to ask someone if they have an item even tho u are looking in the section and want a different brand or something similar because sometimes items they put in different area for some reason. The lines are always long and they do have a lot of registers open. I try to go later in the evenings to avoid the crowds. Wkends are definitely the worse time to go shopping there. There's both women's & men's restrooms inside Walmart. It does smell a little funky most times. There's also an L&L BBQ at the diamond entrance. I recommend the Walmart pharmacy on the ewa entrance. The parking lot is crazy on the 1st floor. I recommend parking on the 2nd floor. Walmart is the cheapest when it comes to pricing. My wife loves target but it's further away from us because we do live in town & target is more expensive. She doesn't like Walmart because it's always too busy & parking is bad. Great selection of products can be found here along with some of the nicest, most helpful employees! When you think of traveling to Oahu, you usually worry a little bit about how much everything is going to cost, especially if you forget some basic things at home that you need to go out and purchase. Fortunately Walmart has kept things affordable in Oahu and you can find things like sunscreen for the same prices you would pay at home on the mainland. I was so glad to learn there was a Walmart close to where my accommodations were on the island - I definitely made a few trips to this store while I was in town! I was able to get breakfast items, snacks, and souvenirs for friends and family at more than reasonable prices. This is the place to visit for all of your needs while on the island! I am writing a review specifically for this Wal-Mart location. Wal-Mart usually have good deals on items that are better than from buying from the grocery stores or other places but are never re-stocked you have to ask an associate. I normally don't shop here because the parking situation here is terrible. Bad drivers around and if a driver is waiting for a car to reverse out to park, you do not have a chance to pass them. Not to mention, pedestrians walking without looking causing traffic for drivers to enter and leave. This location also happens to be one of the busiest in town so expect a lot of people inside. However, what I liked about this location was the customer service I had recently. I saw this item I thought it was for $1.67 inside the freezer. So I bought it along with other groceries and was at the self checkout. I noticed my item I thought was $1.67 it was rung up at $3+ on the screen. Luckily, one of the lady associate was available and I mentioned the price (saw the price label, etc.) and she when to check. The lady told me that it $3 but the stock was in the wrong section ($1.67 item was sold out). I was willing to return it back but the lady was very nice and priced it to me at that price rather than return it back to the freezer. That is an example of what customer service should be. It is rarely we have good service at places nowadays. I am considering to return here to go shopping at this Wal-Mart whenever I am in the Ala Moana area. read more

Walmart, I can drop $200. easily at any give time at your establishment; and walk out with out a problem with your checkers. Today, however I really wanted to put ALL what I had spent back!!!!! You have a checker at the door for some reason stopped me and gave me this look and I gave her my receipt like normal, today however; I didn't have them bagged, which I thought would make it easier to see my items. She looks at the receipt in detail them of course looks for these plastic bowls. Tell me they are NOT on the receipt. She hands the receipt to me I find it under bowls. Than she proceeded to locate the towels I bought. Mind you while doing this processes there is now a line of people behind me. The lady now tells me she can NOT find this time and hands me the receipt. I look and its under towels. Ok, by the time she did this till the time I left she gave me no eye contact and proceeded to take her time. Once this was done I walked out, NO THANK YOU OR ANYTHING from this lady. If I hadn't spent like a hour or so in this store I would have returned everything. ** maybe this is just a same of the employees whom work there. *** the checkers should be able to read the bar codes and the description of the items before the actually take a position at the door. I normally don't write things even if I have a bad experience; nevertheless, I spent money whether it be 2$ or 200$, people need to do their job correctly or have some called if in doubt. I like going to this store. You can usually find what you need here at a lower cost: home, personal items, fashion, pet needs, snacks, auto needs, entertainment, and souvenirs here. The prices are low. The isles are easy to navigate. Well stocked items. However, this store lacks the makeup items and home cleaners I usually buy. I find them in the mainland. Some of the items like sponges and cleaning gloves cost a bit more. The lines usually are long. However, if you go to end near the entrance the lines usually are shorter. Go to Walmart during 11am on the weekdays when the store does not have many shoppers. You can avoid much frustration during this time. Located near the Ala Moana center this makes it easier for people who want to pick up some stuff not founded in the mall. read more

I don't live on Hawaii anymore. Born and raised there but embarked my life now in California. In California it depends where you live but I have the opportunity to go bargain hunting. But when you're in Hawaii and not familiar with where the great prices are at, I just go Walmart. I hate to say this but I think the swap meet Aloha Stadium is overrated. You have to buy 7 T-shirt's to get a good price. If you don't wanna force yourself to buy lots of tshirts but only need a few, go to the Aloha wear section at Walmart. Also this is where I get my souvenirs for my coworkers. It depends if you need to buy bulk versus only a few things. Walmart is your best place to get Hawaii souvenirs. read more

I've decided that it's finally time to do a review on the evil empire that is Wal-Mart. Throughout the years, I've grown rather annoyed with WalMart. First, it's the parking. It's dark, dank, and filled with exhaust fumes. Many individuals don't know how to park within the lines nor do they know how to wait on the side for parking, especially if you are waiting for somebody who is still loading their items in their car. That causes major backups and frustrates drivers. Second is the failure to keep their aisles and shelves stocked. Their shelves are frequently empty and will stay empty for weeks, even months. Third, the employees are very unhelpful, prone to give you incorrect information, and seem to have no clue in customer service. Fourth, there's just too many people and the cashiers aren't exactly the quickest. Also, I can never understand why individuals use the self-checkout when they don't know how to use it... Finally, it's like a zoo in there. It definitely smells like one outside. I've had a very rude employee who got so easily angry at absolutely nothing. I needed a key copy and was just looking at the keys to find the one I need. There was no one at the counter, so I just peaked over to look at the display. I didn't step inside. All I did was lean over the line a little. Suddenly, a crazy lady yelled at me asking me what I was doing. After a few words into my reply, she talked over me and threatened to have me kicked out and banned from WalMart if she sees me doing that again. Wow, ok. Over exaggerating a little? After her little tirade, I showed her the key I needed, she glanced at it for not even one second, and immediately said NO DON'T HAVE. I actually found her awful attitude amusing because it was unnecessary, overly exaggerated. BTW, never get your key copied here. They do a terrible job and your keys will not work at all or only for a short period of time. Wal-Mart is Wal-Mart. It's sometimes a necessary evil even though it feels wrong to go and you expect an awful experience. Yes, it has many, many items that are usually lower (regular) prices than other stores. If you can wait for the sales, the other stores are cheaper than Wal-Mart though. I can't wait for the Target to open soon across at the street in Ala Moana. read more

Personally I like Pearl City, Mililani or the Downtown Wal-Mart's better than this one. It's so crowded and even though there's long lines at each register, they don't open any more. Good thing they have self check outs, those nice pretty quickly. Parking is a *itch. Don't even think about looking one close to the entrance cause there aren't any. Normally I go to the second level but it's getting worst than the first level. To those drivers who want to get the stall near the entrance, please pull off to the side so that others can pass and find parking. One thing this store has going for it is that it sends to stock more things than the other Wal-Marts. I think it's because they have a Sam's Club upstairs. Also just around the corner is Starbucks. Though in Mililani the Starbucks is across the parking lot. read more
