Bad experience. Bought 2 tires with life time rotation ask n confirmed that they will rotate it with no extra charge as I only bought 2 tires n not four . when there now told have to pay $10 for tire rotation n balances n $30 more for the 2 tires not in plan. Must make sure written in document as they will deny telling you blaming other employees Told by previous employee to make appt for oil change reach there n then tell them need tires rotated too this also wrong have to make both oil change n tire rotation on the same appointment or else have to wait 4 hours more So when there I ask for the $ 3999 oil change on their price list posted again told Walmart no longer doing that price n conventional oil why post it if no longer offer the service there. I cancel my oil appointment n went to other oil change at rt 41 Cherryhill with immediate oil change better service n less hassle read more

One star is too kind. This all happened today in one trip- I went to the Walmart on route 70 to get keys made. I asked 2 store personnel where the key shop was. both gave me a blank stare as if to say what is a key shop? I gave up and found it my self. They win. they don't have to do their job. I finally got to the automotive section to where they made keys. finally reached the "key" person so to speak. she said she couldn't make the keys because she was on break. but she offered to show the cashier how to do it. I said no thanks. They win! I went away so they didn't have to make any effort. that's the key! I went to the checkout line to purchase something but gave up because the line didn't move at all in 10 minutes I was waiting. I gave up. I have been in alot of Walmarts and this is by far the worst. I was leaving and security rudely ask for my receipt. I had 2 items in my cart and it took him 80 sec to look in my cart. I told him I had two items and he told me don't be rude. Went to this particular store because It was closer to the Gift of Life Transplant house. The store is very limited in items seems like it was ransacked. Either they had your items or they didn't. Staff was friendly and helpful. Just needs more product especially in the food aisles. read more

It's Walmart, not Nordstrom's. Expect cheap prices, terrible service, and in this day and age, you get what you pay for. List of things I've purchased here that was great: Flowers to plant in my pots, basic groceries, basic stuff like shampoo and kitty litter. List of things that were a hot mess: Watch battery (it took over an hour of them trying before I finally snatched my watch away and walked away), electronics ("You know nothing, Jon Snow - and Walmart staff"). You know things are hoopty when there is always a cop car up front with a hoopty with no license plates, broken windows and a kicked in side door. read more

Extremely rude woman working self checkout. Her name tag was flipped backwards so no one could see her name but she was about average height, wearing a flannel and glasses with dark hair. She's too busy talking to her coworkers to inform guests waiting in line of the self checkout policies which are not the same across all walmart locations. Being there for 15 minutes, I witnessed more than four different groups try to check out in the self checkout and then get berated by her when the machine stops working after 15 items. This is not standard policy at most competing stores such as Target. Customers may be confused for this reason and it was handled horribly by this employee. Not only was she unnecessarily rude and hostile, but she was also creating an extremely long line by not clarifying this before people with 15+ items started checking out. Instead of being proactive at her job she was treating it like a social hour and wasting customer's and the company's time. read more

Walmart can have some awesome deals, but to get the deals at this location your gonna have to put up with this horrible Walmart. The store is dirty, unkempt, the lines are long and the staff is nowhere to be found on the floor and when you do find them, they're not friendly. Your best bet is to drive a bit further to a different Walmart, or to shop online. read more

Writing this review for the experience my Wife had at the Cherry Hill NJ Walmart Tire location. She went in to purchase 4 new tires and make an appointment to have them installed. From the beginning she said the manager and his employee were WAY to comfortable with her. Started making inappropriate jokes to her. My wife was in a rush and all she wanted to do was pay for the tires. The female employee told her "They're just messing with you because they want to keep you here longer." They also made these following comments, "Are you sure you can pay for these tires? She's probably paying with a credit card. Her husband is probably paying for this. Make sure you check with your husband before you buy this, so that way he doesn't BEAT you when you get home. Uh oh your card is going to decline." As a manager for a retail location myself, find the whole interaction very inappropriate and insulting. My wife called me practically in tears about the way she was treated. She said they made her feel stupid and as if she was broke. One thing I've learned is you never sell out of your own pocket and assume a customer doesn't have money. She paid for the tires. ($560) I picked them up and had them installed elsewhere. I saved myself an extra $100+ and recieved proper service at another location. Walmart has already been contacted and a formal complaint has been filed. read more

I shop at Walmart all the time, of course it's dirty it's a Walmart. It's not Target so if your expecting that don't shop here. If you want cheaper prices than shop at Walmart. I don't find the staff any different than anywhere else, you will find some are nice and friendly and some are rude. I know a few very hard working ladies there who are extremely nice. All stores these days seem to have rude workers and nice workers , you never know what someone is dealing with on any specific day so you just be nice. read more

Does someone mind explaining why the apocalypse hit this Walmart location a long time ago? Walking in, I'm like a deer in headlights with the absence of neck tattoos, tight polyester clothing and loud, screaming children. I quickly scurry past the masses at customer service and Subway, trying to avoid eye contact while planning my attack. The faster I get to the items I need, the faster I can just get out of there already. Problem is, the items I need never seem to be in stock, or available at all. Something as basic as plastic cups was too much to ask on my recent visit. I secured small cups but, other than the giant red Solo cups, there were no other options for something in between. The only redeeming thing about the place is the body shop, which unfortunately means I have had to endure many an hour walking around the store while my car received an oil change. There aren't even any decent stores in the strip mall that shares the parking lot to escape to. I do believe I made my final exit through this Walmart's doors the other day. read more

Every experience I've ever had at this location consisted of tight aisles, trash floating along through the parking lot, and weird smells. Tonight, I even had the pleasure of getting stuck walking behind a dude and his girlfriend while he comfortably felt her up. Super. Thanks for the show. Just what I wanted to see while reaching for my food. So, yes, this Walmart really, truly sucks -- and more than other locations. Now what can I say about Walmart?? A lot of products & a lot of people...YES but it wasn't chaotic when I visited. I was tempted to purchase more than what I came in for but I behaved!! It was easy to check out due to the self check area having ALL MACHINES FUNCTIONING!!! There wasn't a line & I had a few to choose from. The cashier who monitors the area was pleasant as well. She did check to see if I needed anything but I was ok. The only thing I can bring attention to is the tidiness of the clothing area that I had to pass thru to check out. It was a bit snug as the racks were close together. Some items needed to be put in the proper place as well but again...a lot of people & a lot of products under the same roof. I've been to much better Walmart's and much worse ones. My first time here soon after it opened, I watched a woman pin her baby's used diaper under the windshield of a car that was not her own. I placed an order online for a comforter and a body pillow same pattern and color. I went to pickup my order a day later and received the comforter fine however the pillow was a different pattern and color. I advised the clerk this was incorrect and proceeded to show her my order, which she had access to. She could clearly see it was wrong. She then goes to check the floor to see if they had one there. She came back empty handed and advised she can give me a refund. I requested she call the Turnersville store as they may have in stock and I can pick up from there. She calls and they say they don't have it. She advises she will give me a refund and said someone should have called to advise me the pillow was not in stock. I did not receive a call or email. The return is processing and I placed the order again to pickup at the Turnersville store as the website states they have in stock. I will follow up with another review once my pillow has been received. Not a happy customer at all. I wish I was notified and that this Cherry Hill Walmart was more organized. read more

If I could give this place a -10 stars I will. I had a poor experience at the customer service line. I was helping my mother return an item and the walmart associate denied our request. She kept repeating that it is the store policy to not accept returns after 90 days but we missed a couple days of the deadline (in which most college professors would even be understanding). I asked her politely if she could make an exception for this one return and she denied us again. We went ahead and was going to purchase selsun shampoo in exchange for the item we didn't want (which mathematically and finacially wise for walmart to proceed with the transaction) The same associate denied the request for an exchange. I asked to speak to a manager in charge to assist with the service to which the associate replies that they don't make exception for returns or exchanges. I informed her that overrides are possible if a manager chooses to do so (retail experience). I also made her aware that she isn't a manager to make that decision on behalf of her superiors. She mocked me with a response of "whatever." After waiting for 15 minutes of the manager's arrival, this confrontational associate took it upon herself to advocate for my problem stating I wanted a return. I interject and clarify it was an exchange (again that will help walmart gain a net profit of $7) The manager denied this request and denied to come to a mutual understanding. In which, I left the item behind and went to Target to purchase the same otc product. For all my sales people, the retail industry is highly competitive. When you choose to engage with a customer with a poor attitude, fail to meet their needs, and degrade their integrity, there will be other named competitors willing to satisfy and retain their customers. Thank you Target for accepting exchanges after 30 days for items of greater value. Thank you CVS for accepting returns without receipts. Thank you Walgreens, Rite-aid and all other convenience store for respecting your customers. read more

I hate this store. I don't like any Walmart to begin with and Target is further away so I have to come here sometimes. It's always dirty, unorganized,caotic and I can never find anyone on the floor. I'm in the paint section, made eye contact with staff nearby and nothing. Do you need assistance? Can I get someone for you? I ended up calling the store and asked for assistance in that department. I guess since I brought 4 items and was in and out in about 15 minutes I will get over my sheer detest for this store. Why don't I like this place? There were employees standing around doing nothing and some even on their phones. I went there for only groceries and the selection was pathetic. The shelves in the Wal-Mart are always EMPTY. There are soooo many times I've gone in for something and left empty handed due to an empty shelf. I won't blame it completely on the store, as this location is central to many surrounding towns therefore it gets a lot of volume. The police are ALWAYS there! They need to get it together with better security or something because people always steal. The grocery isles seriously need help. These are the main culprits on being out of stock. The lines are always long, unruly children running around, people screaming... Customer service sucks. Especially the return line. They never have enough staff uo there leaving you standing in a long line, in the way of all the people entering, and in the line of all the elements, heat, cold, etc whenever the doors open. They just retiled the front entrance, with slippery ass tile. When wet, these things will be dangerous. They had fans and towels down, with an employee mopping last time I went in there and it was raining. I see plenty of lawsuits. I will admit, I run here for last minute items because its sooo close. 7/10 times I'm turned around due to what I need being out of stock. So not worth even stopping at this establishment. The Deptford location is SO MUCH BETTER. They always have what I need. Worth the 10-15 minute drive. read more

She then marked it as delivered. Well, I don't have my groceries. I tried to call the store multiple times to no avail. They never answered. I tried to call the driver, they never answered. I tried to call Walmart customer service, and their answer was "oh well it's being taken back to the store, and is going to be cancelled." WHAT. THE. HECK. Why. Imagine my horror when I realized that I made a mistake in my online ordering. It was store pickup, instead of home delivery. So I put my head down and trudged to the back of the store to get my items. The counter is unmanned, and the area is filthy. Only bench available for sitting is taken up by a man with knee pads, who is apparently working on bathroom reconstruction, but continues to chat on his phone. I hit the touch screen to summon an employee to help me, as dozens of employees ignore me and chat while going into and out of the storeroom. One young man swears he'll get someone to help me. And later, tells me someone should be coming. As far as I can tell, this makes hm a clear winner for employee of the month... No, probably the year! My person finally arrives, with a barely audible, Hi. Then, she proceeds to be confused while logging into the register. Once logged in, she simply stares at me. I stare back and hand her my phone, with the email queued up that instructs me to show that, along with some form of ID. Flummoxed again by the cash register computer, it takes a while for her to locate whatever screen she's looking for. She stops the process entirely, waving my phone around for emphasis, while complaining to one of her coworkers. I finally get my phone back and receive my boxes, one of which barely recognizable as a box, but item ok inside. I leave as quickly as I can. So as others have recommended, if possible, take your business elsewhere. You must spend a minimum of $49 to qualify for home shipping. Target's minimum is $25 for free shipping, and if you have their RedCard, you get 5% off your entire order. Oh, and Target just got curbside pickup, which sure helps for those of us with ambulatory challenges. read more

This is just about the worst Walmart I have ever been to. Without fail, there are always countless items falling off the shelves around the entire store. There are usually open cardboard boxes all over the place, too; presumably these are from employees who started stocking shelves and then simply walked away. The employees are always rude, and there are never enough registers open. Nine times out of ten, there are police stationed in the store, usually with K-9 units. Unbelievable that a manager would say to the customer that the cashier "doesn't have to turn the carousel FOR YOU." I would have turned it myself if I had been thinking of that instead of leaning over to pick up a heavy bag of juice on the other side of the carousel. As it turned out, I didn't see the other bag and had to return to the store (I thought everything was in the one bag and failed to check it.) Is this racism? I explained to her other incidents that have occurred in other stores, so it is not my imagination. I think I'm picked on because I'm a short thin white woman who looks young but am in my '60s. At home, I called Walmart HQ to not let this be unknown that racism occurs this way, too. I've never had the problems that I've had in this town compared to the lower-income neighborhood I just moved from. I haven't returned to the store and am thankful the new Walmart, much more efficiently run, isn't far. Managers may now be watching their employees - my husband checked it out last week, but if the article on Walmart's CEO is accurate on attempting to address racism, my advice is TRAIN your employees who need a mind change and gently guide them as any child who needs to be guided in the right way to go; don't just fill a vacancy. Yes, it hurt me, but these things happen to me, I surmise, because I want to find and share solutions and not blame. Employment can be a building ground to raise up fine citizens, where this kind of nurture has not been previously accomplished. In employment, my sister and I came out of our shells and learned how the real world works. It has served us well for 40 years thus far. I used Wal-Mart for an oil change for the very first time. Horrible experience. The shop is a scam. I asked for the Pit Crew oil change which I was told was $20 however, when It was check out time the price was $31. I told the guy ringing me up and he goes " I don't understand why it's $30 it should be $20" for the service that was done and that I would have to come back the next day because the manager left already. When I spoke to the manager the following day, he gave some lame story that my car type needed the Standard oil change where they do more for you car such as vacuum your car etc. I never heard of that and for the record my car was not vacuumed .
