The return line was long. I almost left but it seemed to be moving so I waited. Well the line moved pretty fast. Marquita, the cashier, was so efficient with the returns/pick ups that I only waited about 7 min. Not only was she efficient, she gave the customers personal attention and was friendly and nice! She had my returned processed so quickly but still was able to have a conversation with me. The store has a lot of merchandise but it clean, staff wear masks and hand sanitizer is available. I'm glad I caught this at the register cause it was a $20 price difference. They already had limited sizes in a few items I wanted which was disappointing since there was at least 5 items I wanted to get but couldn't find the right size for. I don't recall seeing any sales associates on the floor unless they were putting something away from the fitting room so it can be hard to get help if needed. One thing I wish Zara had were shopper bags to carry around the store while looking around because you HAVE to carry everything by hand without having a place to put it on hold.
