Not cheap lol BUT quality of the products is excellent. Today I was helped by Robin (Robyn? Not positive on the spelling) but she was SOOOO helpful in recommending good gift options for my buddies kids. She wrapped the clothes beautifully and even noted which box was for which kid. She was fun to chit chat with and truly made my shopping experience enjoyable and a highlight of my day. I'll be back!

I saw that this alleged boutique was close to our hotel, so my 4 year old daughter and I walked over to have a look. From the moment we walked in, a young woman seemed to be looking over us at every turn. It didn't dawn on me for a while that she was someone who works there, actually following me, presumably for loss prevention reasons, for the precise reason that this HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME EVER BEFORE IN MY LIFE! Usually sales associates flock to me because, based on the way I present myself, they know they are about to make a sizable commission. This might have made more sense if I was dressed casually or something, but I guess they see a lot of thieves wearing Hermes and diamonds? A word of advice to the staff: you sell onesies; get over yourself. Oh, and your selection is very pedestrian; get a new buyer because your sales floor looks like literal garbage.

Visualize the sequins, fur, feathers and thousands of miles of ribbon that make up the inventory of this super organized and absolutely old-school kiddie boutique. Elaborate christening dresses, formal holiday attire and flouncy tutus in kaleidoscope colors are all swathed in plastic to keep them neat and clean. Prices are high, but it's all perfectly constructed special occasion stuff. The two ladies who run the place were just as nice as can be when I went in to pick out something gorgeous for my four-year old cousin's birthday. A super-soft black and white herringbone jumper dress with colorful flower embroidery and matching, satin-lined beret jumped right out. It's the kind of thing that's both practical (warm with a turtleneck underneath, she can wear it to school, etc.) and also nearly as beautiful as the kid wearing it. Money well spent on something special at a local business.

While the owner may think it is acceptable to give a little 8 year old girl a body complex, I do not find it amusing. I'm not sure if the owner (of a children's store mind you) has ever encountered twins before, but loudly referring to one as "chunky" and the other as "skinny," while the girls are listening, is absolutely unacceptable. What makes it even worse is that it simply is not true. I can only describe this inaccurate interpretation as rude, insensitive, and hateful. If you saw how sweet the twins are and how adorable and close their relationship is, you would understand even more how atrocious and out of line this comment truly was. I'm not sure if she needs an IQ test, a sensitivity course, or both, but I personally could never give money to a store that functions with such a low moral code. Of course, shop at your own free will, but I would personally appreciate it if you would buy your children's clothing elsewhere in honor of my adorable nieces who should never have to endure such a mean-spirited comment from someone, least of all from a tactless adult who should know better. Offering a discount to make up for the comment was the the icing on the cake. My niece's self-image cannot be bought. This was about the principal of the matter. We will not be shopping here in the future.

As far as buying goes at this store I'm also going to give them a ZERO...why? First their gently used items are WAY overpriced. They actually have items there with original tags on them and then their tag with a higher price then what it was bought for!!!!!What??? Secondly their pricing method is crazy...they have pairs of beat up shoes for $18,25, even 30 dollars yet pass on Nikes that were worn maybe 2x ... out of curiosity the other day I brought in a container of children's clothes that I washed dried and inspected myself and they were up to par to say the least there were multiple name brands in there I went back to pick up my bin after I received my text message and they didn't take any of it I'm talking brand new Nike Reebok jackets name brand clothes that a lot of people would be very happy to have and yet they passed on them and yet I can walk down and find in any aisle in that store clothes that they have marked for more than their original price with stains on them. This store has lost it's mind and if you sell here than so have you. This is supposed to be a store where you can purchase gently used items at a decent and affordable price that's why people go there and this store has become anything but that ... oh and if you buy high-end name brand items here that they put out once in awhile on the rack let's just say Gucci Brands like that and they label them for $80 for a Gucci t-shirt for a kid make sure you do your research because 90% of those items are not real and also not to mention the fact that the staff there goes through and hand picks what they want first out of items before putting them out so that's nice
