Auto zone quickly came out and tested the battery, which came up with ok levels but we knew it was better to go ahead and replace it. Brandon mumbled something and went back inside, leaving us confused. We went inside and he was at the register, simply calling "Next customer". After some more mumbling and me having to ask him to repeat and clarify what he was saying, we got the new battery purchased and he brought it out on the cart with his needed tools. Despite Brandon's apparent shyness or whatever it is, I do have to commend him for taking the time to get the battery swapped out, cleaning out the bay before putting in the new battery and throughly cleaning the posts and cable connectors, along with some anti-corrosive spray. The car started right up, and my SiL was of course relieved and far less stressed. I made sure to thank Brandon when he finished and shake his hand, because he did a great job and helped my SiL finish her trip on a positive note and with peace of mind.

Haven't used mighty wash in a while. Needed a wash so I stopped in and pulled to booth told the…read moreattendant I wanted a wash with tire shine. Went through wash and no tire shine. Stepped inside office to let employee know and she said that tire shine is broke and they should have it fixed in a few days. I asked "what does that do for me now, shouldn't the attendant have mentioned that when I asked". She printed off my receipt and wrote a note on it and sent me to 19th street location to get it done again. So I go through the 19th location only for it to apply shine on two spots on each tire. Now after hour I was running out of time. I threw my hands in the air and called it quits. I used to use them all the time. I don't know what is going on with the maintenance at their locations.
