I stopped in for a state inspection on my parents vehicle unexpectedly on a Friday morning and was greeted promptly and advised about the wait time. Got me in quicker than advised and they completed the inspection in a matter of about 15 minutes. Pleasantly surprised with the speed and courtesy. read more

I went in to this Bolton's gas station to get a pack of cigarettes. I usually come here because the prices are great and the people are usually very nice. But i noticed there was a new lady at the counter and when i asked for my cigarettes she rudely snapped at me and said "sir I've told you time and time again to not peek behind the counter". This was very shocking to me as i have only seen this lady once in my entire life. I asked her what she meant as i was very confused. She then said "are you too blind to see the prices?". This was shocking as everyone here is usually very nice and i told her i was seeing how much they cost and she snapped again and said "i promise you it is very easy to see" i then snapped back at her and stated that she was standing directly in front of the prices. This was a horrible experience and whoever that blonde lady was with the glasses should be fired. read more

I just came in on a rainy day and the service was exceptional! The crew was very courteous and professional! I had never been to a service station like this, but you stay in the car the whole time like the previous commenter mentioned and they offer you a drink. I was told that I had a nail in my tire before my tires got low, that was definitely helpful due to the fact that was going on a long trip. I am always blown away by Bolton's service. I went on a Saturday at 2:30p, typically a busy time for an oil change. They got me right in. The best part is that you stay in the car the whole time, they bring you a soft drink of your choice, clean all your windows, and check tire pressure. Such a great experience! Won't go anywhere else. Excellent! This was my first oil & filter change in Lubbock in decades. I'm always very nervous about finding a new auto service vendor. I figure I have a 50% or greater chance of getting ripped off. These guys were great! Friendly, courteous and competent. The car is 16 years old. They did not try to sell me anything other than the oil & filter - told me everything else was fine.
